Excellent place
Rita
The staff was exceptional. Beatrice was so sweet and helpful and Reggie our shuttle driver was so kind and funny. Everyone one was wonderful. The rooms were clean and comfy. Pool was a little smaller than expected and no shade, but other than that everything was great and also the location is very convenient close to stores and restaurants.
Mark
Clean, convenient hotel for morning flight at airport

I enjoyed my stay. The room was clean and I love the 12 pm check out. I missed breakfast because I was so tired, but it is a great bonus to offer.
William
Most of the staff was extremely nice. The breakfast was good, too.
The room we were in seemed to have a bent bed frame and both beds and all the pillows were terrible. On our third morning, I realized that I had been sleeping on a sheet with blood stains on it that DID NOT belong to me. YUCK!!!!!!! I asked for them to be changed while we out and to receive clean towels. Unfortunately, the housekeeper didn't understand English and the desk clerk at that time wrote down our needs to relay to the housekeeper. We guess the message was not conveyed because the bed was just made up with the same gross sheets, and we had one towel and three washcloths for 3 of us. The young lady who was signing in to work when we returned around 11pm on July 18, 2026 was very attentive, and she did get us the towels we needed right away. Thank goodness because I had to use the extra towel to cover the blood droplets so that I could sleep.
This has been our go-to hotel for the past couple of years, but it seems that things are going downhill, so we will sadly need to find someplace new.

Our room had heavy moldy smell. Prior guests food crambs were in the sofa bed. Overall, very suboptimal experience

The entire hotel is super nice and quaint. The Staff is amazing. I've never had an issue at this site until my last stay but the staff made it right. I was checked into a room where either the bed linens seemed to not have been changed. The pillows and duvet cover smelled like men's cologne or aftershave. The sheets felt gritty. I alerted the front desk immediately and they moved me to another room which was the exact quality I've grown to love at this hotel. Kudos to the staff!
Amy
The location was very practical and everything was clean. The staff was friendly. The building was older than I was expecting.
Susan
Great location, clean, staff excellent.
tammie
SUPER clean. Staff were nice and the room was spotless.
Jason
The handicap accessible shower does not have a seat. When I complained to the staff, all they said was sorry. The room was also not equipped with a microwave or safe. I found out later that you have to actually ask for a microwave and that no Hyatt has a safe according to the staff. Housekeeping never came to our room except for the first morning of our stay when they left towels and emptied the garbage. They didn’t make the bed though. The rest of our stay they never showed up and management said that housekeeping told them we had to do not disturb sign up, which we never used.
Gerald

Randall
Excellent place to stay. Close to Jaxport.
Kristy
I had two rooms, one for me and one for my kids. The pull out couch had crumbs and the covers to go in it had feathers all in it. The carpet had stains in both rooms. I didn't like how the toilet and shower was in a separate rooms from the shower. It was very small as well so it was hard getting dressed in the bathroom. There is no full length mirror which was very odd. There was nothing there like soap, lotion, shower gel.. Just one makeup wipe. The breakfast was very good but there was no where to sit so we had to sit outside. We did use the pool but the towels were blue which was throwing me off bc I couldn't see if they were clean or not. I was disappointed honestly.
Juan
Beautiful hotel, yummy breakfast!
James
Friendly and helpful staff
Jason
Clean room, staff was friendly. Overall good stay
Tanya
This hotel is just outside Jacksonville airport on Duvall Road. They offer parking on site for a duration of your trip(for a fee) as well as shuttle service too and from the airport. The staff was friendly and knowledgeable and it was perfect for my early morning flight the next day I would use Hyatt place again.
Nancy
Nice hotel. No complaints.
marty
Really large lobby and bar area right up front. Large mixed space for breakfast. Breakfast offered many options to choose; yogurt and fruit, eggs, sausage, French toast, cereal and bread options. Staff was very helpful and upbeat. Really nice, large room but bathroom was very small.
Fadi
Ellen was very helpful and Marco made a 5-Star burger!
Tera
The hotel was great, staff was great, and great location. Our only complaint is that the hallway was very loud all night. The hotel staff tried to keep it quiet, but I think because it is an airport hotel, there are just people in and out alot, and unfortualtely, the people there when we were there were not worried about waking up their neighbors.
Wynn
The staff was very courteous and helpful.
Marie
We were put in a room that had an intense urine smell. The carpet in the closet are was soaked with urine. We were then moved to another room where we discovered dirty laundry left on the other wide of the bed! We asked for a refund, but they said absolutely not. We chatted with a CS rep for Hotels.com, and at first we were told they would credit us the full amount in One Cash, but later only did $50.
Rosette
I liked the location pretty close to the airport and shopping plazas. The gym is good. I didn’t like breakfast it was too simple and bland. No pancakes or waffles for children. The holder for the body wash wasn’t clean, there was a piece of metal poking my feet when I stepped out the bathroom because the carpet was fraying and wearing out. The coffee maker didn’t work and for a 5 night stay I thought I would have a kitchenette but didn’t. I had a microwave and fridge in the room which made things easier. Overall it was just an ok stay and I expected much more from Hyatt.
Maria Rina Ramirez
We had a fantastic stay and highly recommend this place! It's conveniently located just five minutes from the airport. The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful, and our room was spacious, comfortable, and very clean. The breakfast options were great too!
Joseph Peter
The staff was not very friendly or helpful. So we paid a 1 day fee and left and went across the street to the Marriott, where thier staff was extremely pleasant. And very helpful.

Everyone was very professional and helpful...I will stay again.

They had absolutely everything I could eat. especially with my food allergies and accommodation of forgetting I was getting off the ship early. The front desk employees were extremely helpful in getting my friend and I to the local mall area to eat lunch and shop while we waited for our room to be ready, by use of their free shuttle! And bringing us back!

The room was very comfortable and clean. The front desk staff was Amazing. Helpful and Friendly. However, the housekeeping staff were not friendly towards me. No greetings at all. Nothing too important, but it could make it a Diamond stay if they were. Highly recommend

Every employee was friendly and helpful…

I was extremely disappointed to be placed in a room where the air conditioner was leaking all over the floor and mold was on crevices. Obviously a problem for a while. Got my socks soaking wet and then my feet every time I walked past the bed.
Pablo
Just needs better cleaning
Jaime
The ladies at the front desk were outstanding!! And also, Mike, he was a gem! Made our stay very pleasant!!

I enjoyed my stay at the Hyatt. The room was very nice and clean, for the exception of the shower liner. That's the only thing that I saw that needs to be taken care of. The breakfast was great. Overall, the hotel was very nice inside and out. I would love to stay again.
Susan
Breakfast was the only positive thing about my stay.

I cannot say enough wonderful words about Hyatt House off of Duval Rd. The staff from check in to check out were helpful and always smiling.
The room was clean, safe and comfortable for my stay, as I am an older woman staying alone.
Every staff member carried on a conversation and were genuinely engaged in the conversation.
The breakfast was amazing. Plenty of fresh fruit, eggs, biscuits, home fries, cereal, bagels, juices and fresh coffee. All the food was fresh and warm. No powdered eggs served!
If you need a late night snacks, I recommend the brownies which are amazing and the Hyatt House does have other snacks and beverages. I did notice the hotel had a grill, but I didn't partake because was visiting family. I am sure it would have been delightful.
My stay was 4 days and I truly enjoyed every minute of the stay.
I will be staying there again soon as my family lives in Jacksonville.

You have exceptional, caring and professional staff at this site. From the front desk to the cook staff to the housekeepers. Take care of them, they are a rare and valuable commodity!
Roberto
The staff was amazing, very helpful and beds where good and had a good rest. Place was clean.
John
I will stay here again and again! Wonderful staff!! Clean room! Airport transfer was amazing!
Robin
Hotel had all the essentials, including a breakfast bar. Bed was reasonably comfortable. Staff were friendly. Room design was spacious. Would say it was a good value for the price. Property was clean for the most part, aside from the restroom, which was very cramped. The shower in our room had a weird design, where there wasn’t a full barrier nor way to adjust the shower head to keep it from spraying water on the wall and floor outside the shower.
Veronika
The customer service was outstanding, the sweet ladies running the check in were so helpful and nice. The breakfast was delicious and the room was great. Very comfortable bed and clean. Overall great experience
Tracey
The room was super clean. Bed was clean & comfortable. The room didn't have a microwave but I didn't even ask. If that's a game changer, call ahead of time. There was a nice variety of food for breakfast. Constantly bringing more hot food out once it got low.
I would definitely stay here again!
I would definitely stay here again!

Clean room, nice staff
Jolene
The air conditioner in the room made a terrible high pitched noise. It was quite loud and grating. I had to wear my headphones.
The breakfast was fine except for the waffles. They were flat like pancakes and limp. They were not appealing.

Breakfast was below par and no microwave in the room…while traveling away from home a microwave is important to warm up food or coffee…front desk staff was great and room was clean…and pool was great … I gave an average grade because of no microwave…housekeeping was pleasant … I really was disappointed with the below par breakfast.
Nicole
Nice space. Friendly staff. Breakfast was good.
Wendy
Loved that the room was cleaned every day without having to ask!
Phillip
Arrived late and checked out early. Was charged a deposit and still have not received a credit even though I received an email showing $0 and it has been well past the 7-10 days. Not happy about that. Buyer beware I guess.

Regarding the breakfast I didn't like that the eggs were already peeled; the fruit and yogurt were terrible. The only things I liked were the potatoes and sausage; I didn't like anything else. I think poor quality.

Yes, very good.
