Price says it all!! You get what you pay for. Very dirty room. Bedding was dirty, and floor was so nasty I couldn’t walk on it without shoes. I did use potty but would not dare to use shower. Showered elsewhere. It was however very convenient to airport and people I needed to do business with. Staff were very nice but motel is way outdated and needs renovations.

The floors in the room as well as on the property were sticky similar to being in a movie theater. There were crawlers and bugs in the room. The sheets were stained and one had a cigarette hole in it. The toilet had visible stains in it. The break fast was toast wrapped in plastic wrap, a few pieces of fruit (bananas and oranges), coffee, cereal and yogurt. The room door barely closed. I had to prop a chair behind it for a sense of security. There were guests outside our room playing music loudly without regard for other guests. I absolutely do not recommend this place. The only good thing about the property is that the staff was very courteous.
Tanisha
The room that we had… someone put holes in the wall the cabinet where you put your clothes had a hole on the side of it the toilet was linking the shower had the next person hair that stayed in the room in the shower and on top of all of that it was roaches in the room the little in the furniture which is wood they never once said that they would give me my 100.00 deposit back. It’s nasty here I’m homeless so I had no other choice to come here with my family you can’t lay anything out or the roaches will come out.. the staff know that the roaches are in the room they gave us roach spray instead
Smh!!! Don’t spend your Wyndham points are money here!!!

The room was clean. The staff was really nice. Bathroom could use some updating but other than that it was a great stay. The only other thing was the breakfast. I wish that there had been eggs, sausage, bacon, different breads and such of that nature instead of just 2 kinds of cereal with yogurt and loaf bread for toast. There was also coffee.
Jennifer
The property was dirty and in disarray. It smelled of weed and trash littered the property.
Cristina
Asqueroso. No estaba limpio. Toallas y sábanas sucias
Brianna
The was absolutely disgusting.
The floors looked like they had never been cleaned.
The toilet, didn't flush properly, maintenance had to come and, then said it worked. It in fact did not work.
Laid in the bed for all of 5 minutes. I felt like something was biting me.

You get what you pay for. If you’re in a pinch and need a place for one night close to the airport, it’s okay. I would not recommend staying longer than that.
Pro: This place is very close to the airport. The pool seemed okay. We didn’t use it cause it rained.
Cons: The area is borderline sketchy. Homeless were camped out across the street. The breakfast (not much to brag about) consisted of cereal, white bread or bagel to toast, coffee. The motel room was dreary.

The breakfast menu and what is offered should be improved, as well as the aesthetics of the breakfast area.
Santos
I didn't like the breakfast. They only had cereal and bananas. And some yougart.

Room was very clean and breakfast was ok too. I read a lot of bad reviews and did not see anything bad as reported. Location is perfdct with restaurants and shipping close by and also minutes from the airport.
Geoffrey
Didn't stay to evaluate these .
Nathan
Bed was comfy, hotels close to basically ever
christian
Tv didnt work, shower was in poor shape and the property between the car and room wasnt clean.
Lisa Dussinger
Very kind and welcoming staff.
Dale
Website says there's a 24hr airport shuttle but that is a lie!

Go elsewhere
The hotel is old. Laptop was damaged by housekeeping. After staying in hundreds of hotels without ever having an issue I was baffled to come to the room and see my laptop had been stepped on or dropped.
Beth
Just needed a place to rest and it was close to airport had continental breakfast but stopped serving at 9 and didn’t have much before 9 it was all gone. Took 100 deposit that suppose to get back in few days that was 19th and haven’t seen it returned yet very shady.
Retavia
The staff was amazing. They were so warming.
william
I didnt like the property taking .y security deposit of $100 and depositing it on their account , and not giving it back to me.
I-netha
Didn't get no refund after staying there, i paid for 7 days but we checked out early Didn't get my money back for the last 3 days. Otherwise it was a good stay.
Amanda
The worst ever
After i spoke with the front desk i made my reservation and PAID FOR IT. AFTER THAT I RECEIVED AN EMAIL NOTIFYING ME IF A 100$ DEPOSIT. I WAS STANDING IN THE OFFICE AND I DISCUSSED THE CHECK IN WITH THE OFFICE PERSONNEL. HE THEN TOLD ME EVEN THOUGH HE SET TO GO ONLINE AND BOOK THE RESERVATION THAT I COULD NOT CHECK-IN UNTIL THE FOLLOWING MORNING. UH, SORRY AFTERNOON AT 3 AND I SAID, OKAY, HOW MUCH WOULD IT BE TO CHECK-IN NOW? HE FIRST TELLS ME $30, SO I SAID OKAY, I'LL PAY THAT SO I CAN CHECK-IN NOW. WE GO TO FILL ANOTHER PAPERWORK. AND YEAH, HIS BOSS WALKS BY, HE SAYS SOMETHING TO HIM, AND THEN HE SAYS TO ME, OH, I'M SORRY, MA'AM, I CAN'T OFFER YOU THAT DISCOUNT. YOU'RE GOING TO HAVE TO PAY THE FULL 85 TO CHECK-IN. NOW. I SAID, OKAY, THAT'S FINE. I'LL DO THAT. I HAD ALREADY PAID 85 ONLINE. I HAD ANOTHER 85 TO PAY RIGHT THEN. AND THEN I SEE THE EMAIL WHERE I ALSO HAVE TO PAY A $100 DEPOSIT. SO I SAID, YOU KNOW WHAT I DO NOT NEED TO STAY HERE BECAUSE I CANNOT AFFORD IT AND I WOULD LIKE TO CANCEL MY STAY AND I LEFT. THE NEXT DAY I SAW THAT MY RESERVATION WAS STILL ACTIVE. I GOT ON THE HOTELS APP AND HIT CANCEL MY RESERVATION. AND YET, SOMEHOW IT'S STILL SHOW THAT I WAS THERE. CHECKED IN AT THE HOTEL. I WAS THERE WITH A FRIEND AT THAT HOTEL. THE ROOM WAS TOO SMALL FOR THE BOTH OF US. NOT TO MENTION THE ROACHES, AND JUST THE OVERALL ATMOSPHERE OF IT BEING COMPLETELY RUN DOWN. I WAS WILLING TO OVERLOOK THAT NOT TO MENTION IN THE MORNING. WHENEVER u go EAT your alowed 1 sausage
Laura
The room needed work done on walls it smell moldy and the bathroom needed repairs too the alarm system beep all night. I mentioned to the front desk , he just said he will fix it.
tony
The property was clean, but the beds need an upgrade and the pillows were too thick. Nice breakfast
Chase
Staff was friendly. The tv didn’t work, they would not transfer me rooms. The chair was broken and I fell out of it twice.
Jason
After hurricane
Week long trip and this was the best out of the 5 hotels I stayed at. Just after a hurricane, so concessions should be made. Popcorn ceiling was flaking off. TV was busted and the remote was sticky. Stains on the lounge chair. No trash can in the room. The bed was SUPER comfortable and I got a great night's sleep. The hotel was quite, as well. Hot breakfast was appreciated.
Annmarie
Convenient
Annmarie
Short stay between airport and cruise port. Nothing fancy but comfortable and convenient.
Marion
Dirty towels and overflowing trash can on walkway to our room. Shower ran both shower water and tub water at the same time. Breakfast was lousy. Eggs were very salty and sausage were too hard to even cut with a knife and impossible to bite.
Richard
Place was disgusting
Ariana
Very nice staff.
Antonio
My stay was extremely nice and i will be coming back on my next visit to Jacksonville
Gina
Never booking at days inn
The whole room was falling apart paint peeling of the walls. Holes in the wall tile in the bathroom tub dirty. And i had to fight for towels!!! People smoking marijuana in the hallways.
Kathy
My dog sleeps on a cleaner bed than the couch at the hotel room. I had to ask for a white sheet to cover it up before I could sit on it. The comforter also had stains, and I had to ask for a replacement. Police were there when I was checking in. Strong smell of week outside our door at 3am.
Kelli
We will stay here again.
Rodney
The property overall was quiet and convenient. Nice area not far from the airport with easy transit to shopping areas how ever the pool was close the entire time and it took almost a month to get my security deposit back.
Michael
Stay was adequate but needs improvement
The staff was polite and efficient. The room was recently remodeled however the AC unit was ancient which meant the room smelled musty despite keeping the temp low. The couch was heavily stain and the room lacked a coffee maker. The complex overall is showing its age; the continental breakfast was decent.
Patricia
Very helpful and hospitable.
James
Furniture and curtains very old, need to be replace.
Did not like my driver's license copied and keep unsecure at the front desk, and Desk clerk would not return the copy to me when I Checked out. This practice could lead to identity theft.

I cant rate this hotel because i didnt actually get to stay here. I booked online with the pay at hotel option and upon arrival they would not except any form of payment i had, cash, cash app card, and a load able visa card. And i wasnt able to cancel my reservation thru the hotel i had to go thru Expedia and they told me since i didn't cancel by the time and date that was stated that i would be charged for at least one night. And i asked but how will you charge me since the card i used to reserve was one the hotel didnt except. And i was told they would charge the card i used. Ok you can use that card to charge me for not staying there but you cant use the same card to actually let me stay there? So they tell me a representative would contact me 48/72 hours. And so far no one has contacted me. But they did try and charge my card but i have it locked to prevent it. But i ended up staying at Laquinta that was closer to where i needed to be and cheaper and they excepted my form of payment.

This was the worst hotel that I've ever stayed at. I would not recommend anyone stay here. They advertise a pool and then have a sign that says \"Danger, pool closed\". The room next to us blasted music at 2:30am during their showers that kept me awake for an hour. We think that there were some kind of bug in the bedding. Both my husband and son had bites on their legs after leaving. I didn't only because I brought my own blanket.

For the price, this place was exactly what I needed and the management were pretty great as well. Recommend this place for a short stay.
Lakiya
There were bugs all over our room the floor the bed, EVERYWHERE! My husband has no idea what kind of bug it was but I don’t do bugs especially not in my bed.
Visal
I smell some people smoking
Ellie
Very nice and comfortable. Husband is paralyzed waist down and they was very accommodating to his needs. Disabled veteran and they was very helpful with him
Cathryn
The hotel was convenient for my kids and I to stay in during our road trip. The beds needed some dusting before we could lie down as there was debris and hair on them. We could find the staff in to ask where the ice machine was. The breakfast was also missing some items and we were there first thing as we wanted to get back on the road. You get what you pay for so a bargain price gets you a bargain nights sleep.
Ashley
The ac didn't work and the beds are horrible
Karen
There was an issue upon check in but the staff quickly and efficiently made it right. Had a quiet and comfortable stay. Will definitely stay here again.
Iris
Not friendly staff pool was under maintenance
Jasmine
I would like to write this review hoping the manager will see it. I stayed this weekend here at developer inn and suites for my birthday… I was accused of smoking in my room and won’t get my deposit back because of it. When in reality if they looked on the cameras I left my room and smoked on the balcony and at the designated smoking area. I did not smoke in my room and I won’t be coming back to this place if I don’t have it settled Monday morning. Because it was my birthday I was not disrespectful and I am a smoker but I didn’t smoke in my room. There was a cigarette butt on the floor in my room which more than likely fell out of my pocket before we left. I knew this was a job smoking room and did not smoke in it. Very disappointed with this place.

Nice place to stay after hours of flight :)

Scammers
I got scammed out of my security deposit. I called the bank and they said they see where the money was taken, but they don’t see any traces of it being put back and I was short at the front desk by a beautiful young woman that I will get my deposit back the same day check out. now I’m back home. It’s been over the weekend today’s a business day and I have no deposit and they won’t answer the phone.

Marianne
Airport Hotel are Usually More Expensive
Good value if you don't mind the occasional plane overhead
Serena
Really nice place to stay i would go back again
Kenneth
The area surrounding the hotel has many dining options. The hotel has one entrance to the parking lot limiting the flow of traffic thereby making the hotel grounds safer.
Kelly
More lighted parking around the complex would be helpful.
Carol
I book this room 3 months ago with a king size bed. Did not get it. They were renovating the rooms and did not get an email. I was very disappointed that the room was not completed and had to take a second choice which was not completed!
