Staff was very helpful and friendly. There’s no complementary breakfast but there’s a Dunkin Donut and Waffle House nearby. There’s currently construction going on right in front so lots of noise. The windows are not soundproof at all. The shower is extremely slippery; use the provided mat. Next time I will opt to choose a hotel with complimentary breakfast for easier logistics.
Emanuel
Excellent would come back
Cydney
Staff was so helpful and kind with any and all accommodations. I ended up arriving early and they didn't bat an eye in letting us check in a little early and utilize their pool! We will absolutely be staying again!
Vernetta
I will come back to stay at this Hotel the stuff was very nice and clean rooms good location as well!!
SHERRI
Great place to stay!!
Katarina
The room was spacious and I did not find a single hair or smudge of dirt anywhere. There were also no bugs anywhere which I know is difficult for Florida. Very good room for a very good price
Channah
Well
We arrived at 12am due to our plane! But when checking in, the staff told us that someone named George accidentally checked someone in under my name…😀 so we had to stay in another room. But they gave us free pizza from
That little section and water so I guess a plus? And I wouldn’t stay here more than a day! The place looked old and run down. THANK GOD it was only for one night

Room was clean. Smart TV, you can sign in using her streaming accounts like Netflix, HBO Max and such.
And a side note, but a definite requirement USE THE SHOWER MAT!!! That tub is soo slippery, can’t stress this enough.

Nice place to stay. Bed was not very comfortable.

Good stuff: Check-in was easy. All staff encountered were courteous and friendly. Hotel and room was clean.
Not so good stuff: I was excited to use the hot tub, but it looked like it hadn’t been cleaned in days so I decided against it. What really triggered this mediocre review was the bed. Not good. Not comfortable and no support at all. It felt nothing like a plush Hilton experience I’ve had in the past.

Nice property
Namood-E-Sahar
The property is worn down and nothing on the website indicates the age of the hotel. The sink was also not cleaned when we arrived.
Lacole
Elevator was out of order for a day
Water was tuned off for half the day

It was a very nice hotel to stay at, and was very clean. The staff was very cordial and the beds were comfortable.

Average Hilton Garden Inn
PANNABEN
Staff was extremely helpful. But drainage in bath tub was terrible. I had to get lots of heirs out before I even take bath. Water was not draining at all.
Wayne
There was nothing wrong with our room. Everything worked well. The coffee in the room was delicious and the bed was very comfortable and clean.
Darryl
Our room was not serviced for the next day. We had to go to the front desk for clean towels. We had been gone all day no reason for not having it cleaned up.
Mary
Room just felt dirty. Stained carpet in the elevators etc.
Rita
The room was clean, but smelled like mildew/wet.
Front staff was AMAZING when we checked in.

Stephanie
The room was clean and comfortable. George at the front desk was kind and helpful. We took advantage of the breakfast at the restaurant and enjoyed it. The gym is awesome! Highly recommend this hotel!!
Mark
A little above average hotel. I would stay there again. Nice they have A small bar and A small kitchen for Breakfest and dinner. Just so you know breakfest is not free. There advertising on hotels.com said it was. 20.00 egg omlet is not what I would call free. I had A pasta dish for dinner but the hamburgers looked really good that people where getting.
Kathryn
Don’t be in a rush for dinner or a drink it’ll be a while considering one server was doing 3 jobs and dealing with irate customers. The food was good but don’t expect them to have everything you might want, same with drinks. We did not go to breakfast because of the issue the night before. Also, all throughout the night you can hear noises from up stairs and in the hallways.. I was on the bottom floor but my baby was quieter than everyone else.
Quwan
Excellent staff, clean room

Christine
This is a good spot if you're staying for 1 night, the bathtub drain was clogged and I could get is drain smell all night. It looks nice on the surface but I'm sure the cleaners only clean on the top. Definitely needs deep cleaning. The beds were ok. This was specifically the room I stayed in not sure about the others.
Sarah
No issues. Close to airport.
Anna
Only criticism is I had to call several times to get a shuttle from the airport. No one would answer the phone. They did finally call me back. Staff was very friendly, welcoming and wanted to make sure my stay was great. (Morning shuttle was efficient and on time.)
Monique

Brian
Nice and clean. Outside restaurant very limited with in walking distance. Food quality is better on the property.
Michael
Friendly staff
Christine
Front desk was very friendly as was the shuttle driver. The airport shuttle was a great added benefit to our stay. The room was pretty run down, filthy carpet, bathroom could use a deep clean, and mattress was worn out.
Brenda
No sheets for pac n play
Only two bath towels for 3 guests
Did not get the room with 2 queen beds as reserved

I was met with not being able to check in at 7:00pm due to computer issues. Nothing was offered to reconcile the situation but wait. Didn’t get a room til after 9:00pm. I would have taken a free breakfast voucher or discount for troubles. Nothing was offered.
John
The hotel was clean and met our needs. An average Hilton. 4/5
Hillary
Clean and easy check in
Rachael
This was THE WORST hotel experience we have ever ever had. We can't say how disappointed we were. The computers were down - which in and of its self is understandable - but they told us there was nothing at all they could do. Waited hours. No help. No concern. No assistance in finding another place to stay. All that after getting off a plane.
Nicholas
Yes hotel room was great
don
yes all was great!
David
Clean, warm and helpful staff.
Tammy
Nice place to stay, however they don’t have free breakfast!

Jennifer
Our toilet wouldn't work, and our fridge didn't cool. The rest of the room was fine. After they fixed the toilet, they gave me attitude for asking that the floor be mopped from the spill-over. Their \"bar\" didn't have wine or beer and their mixed cocktails were weak and not made correctly. This location has some work to do!
Brandon
Very comfortable stay. Accommodating staff and a pleasant, quiet weekend.
Kurt
Well, room and staff where good, but killed 3 roaches the second night. The room above me had music so loud, they had to take care of. Never had any problems with Hilton until now. I will still stay in the future.

Hot tub was hot, but not open after dusk.

During my stay the hotel did not have hot water. The staff were friendly but didn't communicate the issue very well. The hotel was clean and in a great location for me. It accommodated my Great Dane which was a HUGE plus!
Saun
Everything was excellent the only downside was that the kitchen wasn’t able to keep up with the guests. I had to order out to get dinner. Not a huge deal.
shelly
place had no hot water. They didn’t disclose it prior to checking in. No hot water for 5 days !!
Brianna
Everything was immaculate.

The shuttle was good. It felt a little bareboned. Room no water bottles. Tub no stopper for water. The welcome message on tv monitor was nice. The pool looked nice but didnt get to use it arrived too late and left too early.

Tyler
Perfect location and clean and quiet.
Daniel
I was very tired coming off a 13 hour drive, my back was hurting, I used the hot tub, only to be scolded for being in there a few minutes after 11. When will guests be treated like adults?
Melissa
The service was terrible. The customer service was awful the whole time I would have been better sleeping in my car. Deposits were communicated about ahead of time. I went to buy bottle of water and the two capable people at the front register watched me wait and told me to go to the bar and wait I wasn’t assisted so I left and she said I thought you wanted water. I wanted to have a good experience a relaxing experience on my only day off but I was met with ma inconveniences and attitude. Worst stay ever. Waste of money
Robert
Departed for airport before breakfast opened
