Bedbugs, paint is terribly chipped and dirty, refrigerator has missing glass shelves, tub and shower plus the toilet are well worn, lamp is rusty, This is then worst Super 8 I have stayed in in 45 years. I had no hot water to take a shower!!!!! The bathroom sink only dripped out water!

This property should be dropped by Super 8 until it is updated.

They had roaches, remote didnt work so no TV, air conditioner worked great but sound louder than a Boeing 757 jet. When it was on the floor vibrated. No cups, no garbage pail, breakfast was cereal or waffles and coffee nothing else. But the room was clean and the bed comfortable. Just had to kill roaches. I kill four withi. Twenty minites and two the next morning. Wont stay there ever again.

Absolutely nothing was as advertised. Rooms were not cleaned adequately, pool was unusable and had not been cleaned in I don’t know how long.Parking lot had about a dozen abandoned vehicles. Check in time was 3pm I arrived at 4pm and my room was not ready and wouldn’t be for at least another hour. Had to settle for a room I didn’t want. Room door was so bad you push the entire bottom corner in with your foot. Too many other issues to mention here.
AVOID THIS PROPERTY AT ALL COSTS.

The bathroom towels had stains. One matched the color of the paint in the bathroom. There was mold on the ceiling in the bathroom. No vent fan for when you showered. Not enough towels. When asked for more we were told there were none. There was a gap in the exterior door. Broken down abandoned vehicles in the parking lot. This is not at all on track with the Super 8 brand we have come to know. Would not return. Will not recommend.

The room looked ok at first but then we noticed the bed covers were full of burn holes, the pillow cases and bed sheets were dinghy brown and stained, and the shower curtain was disgustingly stained. Some bleach would go a long way I think. The parking lot was half full of broken down cars with flat tires. The song Hotel California instantly came to mind and I worried about the tires on my Jeep being flat in the morning.

The front desk personnel was friendly and very helpful. He helped me to check in earlier than the check in time. However, the room I received was really rough. The floors were warped, there were bed bugs, and I found 2 roaches running around the place. I wasn't expecting a world class place for the price, but I expect not to get bit while I am trying to sleep. I booked the room for two nights, but I returned my key to the check in/check out window that same night and stayed at a different hotel. I'm sorry. I tolerate a lot, but that was too much.

My stay at this Super 8 was extremely disappointing. The room was noticeably dirty when I arrived and it did not appear to have been properly cleaned. The most concerning issue was finding roaches in the room, which made the stay feel unsanitary and unacceptable. When I brought these concerns to the staff, they were unhelpful and did not seem interested in resolving the situation. Because of the conditions, we ended up not staying the night. Despite this, the hotel refused to provide a refund. This experience is a disgrace to the Wyndham name, and I would not recommend staying at this location

The only good thing was no bugs!!! We were given a "pet friendly" room. We opened the door and were hit with a terrible odor and the curtains over the window were incredibly dirty. If we hadn't been so tired we would have found other accommodations!
When you shut the bathroom door there were black toe prints all over the bottom of the door!! The TV remote was sticky, we had 2 double beds but could only use one due to the stink of the mattress. When I bent down to put on my shoes, I noticed much dust and a pile of cat litter material under the dresser!!
There were loud voices and raving motors outside all evening. At 1am I called the front desk about the noise and the person on duty said not to worry, there were already cops outside!!! We packed up and left very early.... didn't have the courage to see what might have been for breakfast!!!
Obviously we will never stay at a Super 8 again.

We stopped here during a road trip from Miami to North Carolina because the price looked good and the pictures made the place seem decent. The reality was completely different.

The property looked very dirty as soon as we arrived. The lobby had a bad smell, and our “non-smoking” room smelled strongly like cigarettes. The carpets, furniture, and bathroom looked as if they hadn’t been properly cleaned in a long time. It genuinely felt more like an unsafe roadside stop than a hotel.

I went back to the front desk and requested another room, but the second room was just as bad — same strong odor, dirty floors, dirty towels, and an overall uncomfortable feeling. At that point, we decided we couldn’t stay there, especially with kids. We left and booked another hotel within about 30 minutes of checking in.

This was easily one of the worst hotel experiences I’ve had. Based on the condition of the rooms and the fact that we didn’t even stay the night, I believe a full refund is absolutely reasonable. If negative stars were an option, I would choose that.

I hope management seriously improves the cleanliness, smells, and overall upkeep of this property, because it is nothing like the was photos suggest.

The pictures of the hotel are definitely deceptive, was one of the worst places I have ever booked online. Didn’t even make it into the room. The front desk clerk actually said wasn't the room worth 47 dollars, they had roaches in the night stand, smoke detector was disconnected with wires hanging out of wall, bathtub had no nonslip mat, no trash can, no tv remote, all around very horrible. And i prepaid when i reserved the room through Expedia for 70.00 and then when i did the online checkin was required to put down a credit card for incidentalls and when i physically checked in to get room keys, was charged another 47.04.

Most disgusting hotel we have ever stayed at. I generally don’t care about hotels when traveling through and just wanting rest but this place takes the cake. BED BUGS all over, pool is green and smells. Looks like there are people living there permanently trash everywhere. Vending machines are in the sun and products are extremely expired. The microwave popcorn was literally popped inside the vending machine. The staff was very friendly and even gave us a trash bag to put all of our belongings in so we could not bring bed bugs into our car or home. Thanks?

Asked someone comes to clean the bathroom as there was hair, dirt, mold, and poop on the toilet, floors were sticky and had muddy foot prints, tub was full of dirt and hair and shower curtain was moldy. They "cleaned it" looked no different. Asked for new linens as mine were full of concrete, hair, bugs, and burn holes, they just remade the bed. Homeless live there and get paid rooms for "cleaning" and do a terrible job. Adding to that, homeless and lots of drugs, just on your front step. Dogs trying to attack you when you walk by as they just have them on a leash with their doors open. Pool is the darkest green ive ever seen. Breakfast was minimal and they did not clean up even though the manager is literally standing right there. Even down to the microwave which had a giant glob of cheese on the plate. No cups, no ice bin, no coffee. Vending machines are broken. The parking lot and sidewalks full of trash and no seating of any kind. The ONLY positive we found was the cracker barrel within walking distance. People up all hours of the night right outside your room. Oh, and everytime they come in your room (not sure why when they didnt even empty the trash) they turn off the AC so its super warm every time you re enter the room. Not sure why anyone gave it a good review or said it was clean, but its the most ghetto little corner in camden county and im working on wyndham to get this crap hole condemned. This is a halfway house.

From having had my own fair share of many travels, and frequently having had to stay at many Super 8 hotels, this one by far is one of the best Super 8 hotels! I liked how the front desk staff greeted me with courtesy and respect, I also loved how there was ample parking at the hotel, and the hotel did not attract the usual troublemaker-folks that exploit the super 8 low prices.
One of the best things about this hotel is that it is conveniently located adjacent to the restaurant, and other great places to visit.

This was perhaps my worst hotel ever. Dirty and decrepit and literally hundreds of roaches.

Would not recommend.

The room was not cleaned properly and the door did not even seal to the outside. Our room had an adjoining door to another room that was taped shut. We were tired so tried to make the best of it but as soon as we woke up after a couple of hours of unsettled sleep, we left. Room was in poor condition.

Dont waste the time here

Roaches. Dirty smell of ammonia on the pillows in room110. The horrible trace of roach repellent scattered throughout the room. The not heat but a small space heater and the cobwebs. Or the traces of roaches from every corner of the room. Or the feeling of grimy sticky counters and floors. I cant upload photos but i did on the google review. Not worth the hassle or money here.

Beware!!!

Room was filthy, both beds showed evidence of bug infestation. Cockroaches crawled on our belongings. Junked vehicles in the parking lot, permanent residents camped out on the balcony smoking and blocking access to our room. Management unable to resolve the situation despite our efforts, and then refused to refund our payment because we didn’t ask for refund within the 15 minutes of checking in.

We left and stayed at another hotel nearby.
