OMG. I did not expect this to be such a hole in the ground. Everything in the room was old, dirty, rusty and musty. It even smelled bad. At least the AC worked. I expected basic accommodations, but I did not expect it to be disgusting. I will never stay at another Red Roof Inn.

Floors needed cleaning, no soap, weak water pressure, tub very slow to drain, mattresses need to be replaced- both sides on both mattresses are weakened so if don’t sleep exactly in the middle you almost roll out of bed. Chair could use a cleaning.

The only good thing about this property was that it was pet-friendly. However, even though we were in a smoke-free room, it smelled strongly of smoke,
we still smelled smoke at home.The first thing the desk clerk was not so eager to help is a happy birthday get another room or have someone come to clean anything on our room as well as denying a change of rooms. The shower was moldy and dirty. The faucet was so gross we decided we were not getting a shower there. The toilet was filthy with urine stains. In addition, it wouldn't flush properly. We had to hold the handle down for anything to go down. The floor was so dirty that neither of us felt comfortable walking barefoot. Looking at the refrigerator, it appeared someone had been using it as their primary cooler, as it was quite dirty on both the bottom and the door. I apologize for being so direct, but we thought you might like to be aware of this.

While the hotel was spotlessly clean the premises were in a run-down condition. Not unhealthy or unsafe, but very unsightly. The light over the sink in my room wasn't working and one of the room lamps had a bad bulb.
The breakfast selection was very basic, not unappetizing but noting special either.
I didn't use the pool but it did look very inviting and well-kept.
The only staff I had contact with were the front desk clerks and they were both very personable and professional, no complaints there.

My family and I stayed at this hotel on 2 different occasions and had 2 completely different experiences. The first time was great. The room was clean, beds were neat, the process was super easy. Last time, it was bad. Our room had so many roaches, flies, and insects. We woke up to many of them in the bathroom and sink area. I let the staff know upon checkout. We travel every weekend here, and I'm thinking we will explore other options in the area for our next trip.

This hotel is old and it shows. The room was fairly clean but the bedside table light did not work, the light over the vanity sink did not work, the shower faucet was falling off the wall in the tub, and there was a full humidifier in the corner. No coffee machine on the room. One of two ice machines was empty and the other not working, thankfully there is stores next door. The bathrooms in the lobby were out of order also. We were planning on staying another night but decided against it. The included breakfast was cereal, waffles, and toast.

Room was filthy. Furniture had greasy hand prints. Towels were dirty. Broken alarm clock. Hole in wall. Room smelled like pot and cigarettes and was a non smoking room. I had to wipe down everything. I slept in my clothes on top of the bed with my own blanket. Red Roof should be notified. I didn’t even attempt breakfast. Worst hotel experience. I usually don’t give negative surveys however health department needs to stop by this place.

Thank goodness I had a gallon of bleach in my car! This place was by far one of the most disgusting places I had ever seen. I got there late at night, so going anywhere else wasn’t an option right away, as I was way too tired to be driving. I almost slept in my car once I saw how misleading the photos and reviews were.

There was no work ice machines, the elevator didn't work, and the staff was not help in in of these circumstances. They basically say deal with. I was told by Renea that " what did want her to do but the machine when asking if they had another method for getting ice. The first room I was given was so nasty I just couldn't stay in it after looking through a few rooms windows I found one that was liveable , and not so dirty. If you need to stay here you will need to bring your own cleaner and spray. It's over priced for the community of the property and and the state of the rooms.

Our room had not been cleaned when we checked in. So then we had to move rooms, of which had no refrigerator nor did the television work. The next day they moved us to the original room we were supposed to stay in the 1st night, and had to bring a refrigerator again. Was very disappointed they didn't offer any compensation for all of the inconveniences. Won't stay here again!

Our room size and the staff were ok. We were never told to turn on the switch near the door in order to turn on the TV. The toilet was never scrub clean. You can see the ring above the water in the bowl. The bath towels were sworn out (thin) and looks no clean. The back parking lot has trash- MacDonald box and empty cups....does not look safe.

They advertise a hot tub. There is no hot tub. The pool was green. You could tell it hadn’t been clean when you asked about it. You were towed all the chemicals are right in it and it was open. The bathroom had like black mold on the toilet that was two towels

Nasties Hotel Ever!!

This hotel was so nasty that we never even made it to our room. Upon pooling in we noticed the swimming pool was green. Once we got our room key we came upon a male subject sitting outside of a room that stunk of cat urine so bad we could smell it outside. Two women were in the room the subject was sitting outside of screaming and cussing at each other. Once we got to the top of the stair, at least 10-15 bags of trash was piled up. We went straight to the desk and asked for a refund. My suggestion would be burn the place down and start over.

The front desk staff told me to speak to a manager if I did not like my room. The second bedroom was in similar condition (dirty linens, smelly carpet/couch). Sheets were clean, overall room and bathroom was cleaned 2023 it’s 25’ , was so tired on road trip for work, woke up congested & couldn’t believe there was multiple humidifiers… the smell of smoke and drugs, sticky floors, and I’ll just stop there but the list continues. I understand it’s a red roof inn but from photos and price I guess I assumed $120 a night was a great red roof to just catch a quick 5 hours of sleep. This would be reasonable at $18 a night but even then I wish I just slept in the truck.

My advice RedRoof hire cleaners to atleast touch up all the rooms and then charge $65.

Our “non-smoking” room was definitely a smoker room prior to us staying there. The smell was so strong. They had 2 dehumidifiers running in the room the entire night. The mattress or bed spring was broken on one side of the bed. The place was awful.

Breakfast was a waffle maker, a few cold cereals and pastries. Not a coffee drinker so not sure about that. The juice was bad.

Drive right on by. Started with the room tv on wall was apparently broken so they just put a smaller tv on the table prior to us arriving. Room was supposed NON SMOKING but that’s all you could smell.. comforter actually has a cigarette burn hole in it. Shower had heavy mold, found out no extra toilet paper at 3 am. Walls had splatter of who knows what on them. Totally gross and not happy.

The first night was horrible. 3 nonsmoking rooms all smelled of smoke and weed. The second room the sheets were dirty and it smelled of smoke, the smoke detector was ripped off the wall and the heat/a/c was broken. The next day the morning manager addressed my issues and got me in a clean room with everything working as it should. I was pleased how the manager handled the issue.

The service was quick and easy to get checked in, the employees were super polite and friendly. When I got into the room the smell of cigarette smoke was so strong, but there was an air purifier that helped clear that up in a few hours. The mattress was worn and sank in on one side and was firm on the other. There were neighborhood kids who show up and play in the back parking lot, only concern I had with the kids was them playing football so close to the cars. The room was clean and there's access to gas stations and several food options nearby. Microwave was dated and rusted in the bottom. Refrigerator needed to be defrosted. Freezer compartment was thick with ice. If your just needing a place to sleep for a night or 2, this is a good cheap option. If you're traveling with pets, they allow them. If just driving through or need a get away for a night, I wouldn't mind staying again. Just nothing more than a couple days.

Had someone tap on my door at 1 am. Got up and asked who is it. He said his name and then I ask through the door of course what he wanted. He told whoever was on his phone that they gave him the wrong room number. He just walked away without saying sorry or anything.i saw him through the peephole so the next day i ask him if he was the one who knocked and he said no. I knew it was him. Great hotel for dogs as they are free to stay, no charge.
Only thing I didn't like is that when you went outside cigarette butts were everywhere in front of each room.

Staff was friendly but hotel was absolutely disgusting. Floor was unswept in the room. Rust, mold and grime everywhere. All linens and towels had stains and hair. Fixtures and even door frame was broken. While my wife was worried about black mold, I was unable to sleep until I knew I wouldn’t be attacked by bed bugs/roaches.

Asked for new towels was told had to wait for them to wash before returning. Then didn't bring them to room had to go to front desk to receive. There is a lot to offer here for a budget hotel. The beds are comfortable, the breakfast is basic, but offers fruit and waffles in addition to the usual continental breakfast items, and there is a pool. The location is right off 95 but is in a quiet cluster of several hotels.

Trish the night manager was very helpful and professional recommending a good place to eat that offers a discount to patrons of Red Roof Inn . I opted for something quick as it was late room was great breakfast was good, good coffee. Would stay again if in the area.

I stayed in room 211. The room had a horrible smell to it. There was a big roach in the bathroom on the ceiling along with a big hole in the bathroom door and in the bathroom wall. When I went to trun in my keys I showed pictures to the front desk. I got the room for 2 nights but didn't even stay the second night. I didn't get a number to call or anything. Only thing the front desk lady said is that she'll pass it along to the manager and that she couldn't do anything about it. And also room 211 wasn't suppose to be my room number. In the computer they had room 229.

We had to change rooms 3 times! the first one was dirty like they had never cleaned it. The 2nd one the bed was so sunk in that the moment we laid down we both rolled to the middle. The pool was not clean and looked like it had a layer of white film over the top. If we had not booked through a second party and already paid, we would have left!!

I am sitting in this room right now after eight p m and cannot go to sleep. Another guest has a dog barking outside that they keep walking back and forth across the back of the property. Typical extended stay bums. Some guy that keeps riding around on a bus a down by support stopping at random places including too close for comfort to my car. People yelling talking to each other outside from like five rooms away.
No let's talk about the room: I've already picked a few bugs off myself. There's a huge gap under the door not keeping out the light,the bugs,or the noise. And,feast your eyes on these towels and this blanket. These were like this when I came in the room. Stained towels that I had not even used yet. I can't sleep on this bed because all of my luggage is on the other bed close to the door because I never sleep in the bed that's closest to the door. Wouldn't be able to sleep in that bed anyway because it'll be even closer to the noise. So my husband and I basically paid for a room that I can't shower in,can't sleep in,and not safe in. Have to stay awake all night worrying about my car because of the crap you wanna let go on on this property in these rooms at the back. Is this what you do,you hide the undesirables in the back of the building?

My fiance walked into the lobby to check us in and there was no one to be found. He stood in there waiting for 25 minutes while we called the hotel repeatedly, trying to get someone’s attention. Meanwhile, there’s gunshots going off pretty regularly in EXTREMELY close proximity to us. Finally, a girl gets out of a car in the parking lot and runs inside to help my fiance. She smelled so strongly of weed when she walked past my car I could smell it with the windows up. When she got inside and started the check in process she informed my fiancé that they didn’t have the room we booked available (standard king) but that we would be ‘upgraded’ to a superior king room. He said that was fine and she gave him our keys. We go to the room and walk in and it’s not clean. It had a no smoking sign on the door but smelled like an ashtray AND had literal ash trays on the nightstand. However, the biggest issue was the fact that the curtain and curtain rod and everything were completely ripped off the wall and thrown on the chair, with the bed in clear view of the window. There were sketchy people all over this parking lot and we weren’t about to sleep in a room where they could creep on us through the window… with that said we immediately headed back to the lobby to request a different room, however, once again, there was no one to be found. We did the same thing and waited and called for another 30 minutes and she never showed back up. We ended up driving 2 hours back home.

Like the upgrades in the room… modern sink and faucet. The shower walls are in good shape. The ac works good and is quiet. The carpet has been upgraded to vinyl wood look tile. My white socks are dirty from walking around in the room. Basically pleased with the room except dirty floor.
