Bed was comfy. They are pet friendly with small fee. Parking at your door for lower floor. Breakfast was nice. Had several standard options beagles, muffins, yougert, cereal, juice and coffee, and self serve waffles. We had a king room that had a huge bathroom and a extra vanity outside the bathroom. Pillows were fluffy and the bed was soft and comfy. Yes I said it twice. Because it was so nice after driving on the packed highways for 10 hours for our 5 hour drive.😉

This room was not worth the $90 I was charged. I had to park my car in the front of the building and walk around the dark corner to the back of the building. As soon as I walked around the corner it smelled like a group of 10 had all smoked the biggest joints of their lives. Upon entering the room it was an immediate shock as nothing looked like the pictures. My room was an adjoining room with someone I didn’t know. The occupants in the other room had small kids and a baby. The gap around the adjoining door was so bad that it felt like the crying baby was in our bed all night. I was woken up around 2 am to the smell of probably that earlier group smoking the 2nd largest joint of their lives. The smell was coming from not only the gap in the interior door, but also the gap in the exterior door. Our entire room and all of our belongings smelled like weed by the time we left the room at 7 am. I understand that the weed could possibly be a chance encounter and not the responsibility of the motel, but the inside of the room and maintenance is completely the responsibility of the motel. I wish I could attach photos of the rusty fixtures and outlets to give you the warning to not touch anything metal in that room. Anything that had metal on it was rusted. I’ve recently had a tetanus shot, but I still didn’t take any chances. The shower also had a leak in the ceiling. Who knows where that water was coming from. My husband and I will never stay in a Quality Inn again.

Excellent stay .... although it was an older hotel it was exactly what I needed for "2" days !!! Clean and good bed and good pillows !!! No bells nor whistles but "2" nights for one pricing !!!! Other hotels adjacent and nearby were much more expensive and I wasn't entertaining guests I was sleeping and a place to chill ....

Staff was nice but the room wasn't very good.

It wasn't great. When we got there they ended up giving us the wrong room. The one I reserved had a couch and a king bed. But the lady at the desk was polite and gave me the correct room without much hassle. The new room wasnt great either though. The TV technically worked, but it had white light spots on the screen like the tv is going out...the ac worked, but the heat did not, we tried turning it all the way up to 90 degree's which was the max, but it was still blowing cold. THe wifi also wasnt very good. The first day it worked pretty well...but the next two days it was in and out the entire time. The staff was polite...but there was just too much wrong with the room.

We came here because we had to evacuate for hurricane Milton. The gentleman at the desk was so friendly. We appreciate everything he did for us. The hotel has the nicest staff. The area around it has everything you need. We definitely appreciated it.

Room was supposed to be a non-smoking king bed. I was traveling solo and just needed a bed to sleep as this was a last minute stay. Bathroom wreaked of cigarette smoke and there was cigarette butts in the toilet. The toilet barely flushed. The shower was sketchy so I didn’t take one. The place is definitely in need of some serious renovations. The hand railings going upstairs were rusted out and barely held in place. The usual humid musty smell was there too. The lady at the desk was nice though. She was kind enough to let me borrow her wall outlet plug to charge my phone overnight.

I chose this hotel based on the reviews. It was a quick transient stay as we were passing through. This room was not in any condition to be occupied. Light switch did not work upon entering. Looked like there were blood stains in the carpet near the sink. The drain in the sink was a slow drain The toilet barely flushed. We did not even bother with a shower as the mold was disgusting. Stain on the sheets. We arrived too late to complain and ask for another room. Did not have any hopes another room would be different. Rate should have been $49 vs. $150. This was no better than a motel 8. I was not looking for anything special - just a clean room. Everything was disgusting.

Television in the room was not in working order. Staff tried to fix the problem and when she couldn't, she promised us a discount upon check out. But they were unable to give us a discount. Said Expedia would have to authorize it since we reserved through Expedia. Our date of stay was Friday, March 11 through Sat. March 12. Phone in room also did not work so we had to walk to Main lobby in the rain to tell them about TV.

Let me start with saying Run!!!
This is the type of hotel I would expect in the $50-80 per night range. By far no the worst hotel I've stayed in but is very close to it, for the price this is the worst I've been in for $185 with taxes.
The room was warm when we came in.
The front door had lots of room around it which let a lot of light in and if it was storming rain or roaches could easily crawl under or around.
The mini-fridge had not been cleaned at all, there was old flavored beer spilled in it.
The beds/pillows had hair on them.
The carpets were not very clean.
The towels had hair on 3/4 of them.
The toilet had not been thoroughly cleaned in months.
The shower was not clean either, not very hot water either.
Drains all flowed very, very slowly.
AC was less than effective, it was not overly hot, but it was a mild day we were staying and AC barely kept up.
Don't believe the pictures, the outside has been repainted but its still the same old place.
Rusted stair rails that look like a good push would break them and no elevators.
I'm being picky but I don't think the room was cleaned with any degree of care. I know I'm not staying at Hilton, Hamilton, or Holiday Inn but I would expect a little bit more at this price point.
Bed was also off-center which made getting to the outlets very hard. No nightstand outlets either.
Cable TV was exceptionally slow to load channels, nothing worth watching either.

I was very happy with my room I brilliant I got up to use the washroom just after midnight. That’s when I discovered the cockroaches!!! I killed at least 10 of them before I decided I’d had enough and packed up to leave. I tried to make myself a coffee to go but the coffee machine didn’t work.
The lady at the front desk was very apologetic and said I would not be charged for the room. They were fully booked so she couldn’t offer me another room.
Thankfully there was a pot of coffee already made so I could take one to keep me awake as I resumed my journey at 1:30 AM.

We had multiple roaches in our room and there was rust and grime on the microwave and shower. We arrived late(after midnight) to find unsavory people out on the balconies of the hotel. I am in law enforcement and from my experience their behavior appeared to be that of drug dealers. Had not been for our late arrival and exhaustion there is no way we would have stayed at this hotel. All this to be greeted by front desk personnel who was less than friendly. In good conscience I could not recommend this hotel to anyone at any price.

This is an old property. The door faces the outside like a motel. There was a gap so I could feel a breeze and street lights shone in my room all night. There was a cockroach the first morning I woke up. I reported this and the management was kind enough to spray for the cockroaches and clean the dirty toilet I reported. There’s nothing to do about the gap in the doorway. I seriously considered buying some weather stripping from the hardware store just down the street. The breakfast was standard.

Absolutely a horrible hotel.

I am a relatively easy to please Business traveler. This hotel was below the rating of a low standard. The rooms were not clean when we got there. They did not clean them while we stayed there. They did not replace towels. I forgot my toothbrush and the attendant charged me two dollars even though the sign in the room states that they have a complementary replacement. Garbage cans were placed in the breakfast area to receive water that was leaking from the plumbing in the roof. The property is in a virtual state of disrepair with electrical conduit hanging and bare wires exposed, surfaces rusting and not painted And cigarette butts everywhere. I will never ever stay at this hotel nor do I recommend anybody to do so. I normally stay in a beautiful hotel in Kingsland but there was a car show in North Florida and there were no rooms available. If I ever get in a situation again I would just sleep in my truck.

We stayed at this hotel for 1 night. It was close to 95 and although reviewed were not very good, it was hard to get anything better in the area at a reasonable price. We got exactly what I expected. A marginal quality room, not very clean, although it was spacious and had everything I needed. I can’t say for sure that it had bed bugs, but the next day I discovered bug bites all over my body. It could had been spiders too. Breakfast was not good.
I would not recommend this place
