Excellent service – my family loved it! The room was cleaned every day, and the staff were always smiling and welcoming.
Breakfast was good and the staff were very helpful. However, it would benefit from more variety; we stayed for 6 days and started to get bored with the options after day 3.
Overall, an excellent experience.

I booked a Tiger Suite which said on their website comes with a separate Living Room but it didn’t mention that the bathroom is common between the living room and bed room . All bedroom should have attached bathroom for Privacy and you have a powder bathroom for guest in the living room . Secondly the suite should mostly have a shower area separate and bath tub separate but in this bath tub and shower area is one and the same . Was really dissatisfied nd disappointed with the set up of the Suite . Pls kindly update it else mention it on your website bathroom is common for both bedroom and living room .

All the staff, from management to the front desk, to the dining room/ kitchen and many more, including the room cleaning team, very nice team, serviable, freindly, always greating with smile, ready to make you feel home, I can’t stop talking, and complimenting them to my family and freinds.
I will hilly recommend anyone for their stay here at this hotel!!!! I spent 2 weeks with my family of 7 of us, and I will return again and again there, if I travel for Dubai.

Great location. The pool is nice and heated. Only problem we had was the humidity in the room. No window and the smell was getting worse. Room size is good and staff is friendly. My wife went to the spa and was happy with the quality.

Going in to and out of hotel to get to airport is very confusing. We booked it thinking it’s close to airport which it is but to get to the airport the highways are very confusing. Get an uber or taxi. If you are driving to this hotel, avoid it. Staff is friendly and very helpful but the hotel is dated and reeks smell of smoke everywhere.

Our stay here was faultless. The staff cleaned our room every day and extra if we needed it. Bottles stocked up every day. Staff always happy to answer and help you. Food was good too couldn’t really fault it and something for every one during breakfast times.

We have decided to celebrate our 25th wedding anniversary in Dubai. Overall we have enjoyed our time together in Dubai but hotel's policy of not to provide extra water to drink in 38-40 degree soaring temperature is an absolute ridiculous. It's not a matter about we can't buy water and drink, it's a response hotel staff responded. Upon asking water at the reception and the conversation with Ms Poonam was beyond explainable ( absolutely horrible) . Room service personnel Mr Ramkumar Rai was fantastic. We have had a great time in Dubai but not in the hotel Hilton garden inn. Never and ever will come back to this property not will recommend to friends and family.

Horrible Horrible!

I made a booking for 2 rooms
The information on there indicated that;
1. The Booking was complete
2. Fees were to be paid upon checking in onsite
3. Changes could be made for free before January 23rd

I cancelled one room and made changes for the 2nd room well in advance of the date that was stated.

On January 21st I received an alert from my banks mobile app asking me to take an action on attempted transaction. Considering that it was out of state, the transaction was flagged as potentially fraudulent.

I checked and saw that it was from the hotel. I removed the flag and then reached out via email to let them know that I had noted the transaction and was not aware that any charges would be made BEFORE check in as this was not stated anywhere as part of the terms when I was making the booking. I also asked that they confirm if this fee would be deducted from the total cost if charged.

They let me know that it was actually an Authorization hold and actually not a charge and we left it at that.

I went an extra step to ensure from Expedia that the booking was still valid. I did this 3 times. Because during the week, I received a message indicating that the booking was cancelled. I was assured all was in order.

My guest arrived and was turned away. They had the booking cancelled. The manager was SO RUDE. It was such an embarrassment.

I Stayed at this Hotel 2nd time but this experience was no where close to our 1st time stay.
Hotel WiFi was not connecting to I-phones and it gave trouble through out our stay. Breakfast was average and kitchen staff never greeted any of us. Overall service was not good. I brought my brother and his wife to stay at this hotel but they were also disappointed after what I have told them regarding my first stay with this hotel.

I recently stayed at the Hilton Garden Inn in Al Mina, Dubai, and I must say that my experience was quite disappointing. While this hotel is advertised as a 4-star establishment, in my opinion, it falls more into the category of a 3-star hotel at best. It's possible that my experience might be unique, but I can't help but express my dissatisfaction with my stay, and I believe it's essential to share my feedback.

The first issue I encountered was the hotel's location. It's not ideal for tourists looking to explore the city as it lacks convenient access to public transportation. There is no nearby train station, making it quite inconvenient to reach popular attractions in Dubai. The hotel claims to offer a shuttle service to places like Beach and Dubai Mall, but this service is far from what I expected. The shuttle only runs once a day, and the schedule is rather inconvenient, which made it impossible for me to utilize this service during my entire stay.

Furthermore, I found the level of service and the reception experience at the Hilton Garden Inn Al Mina to be subpar compared to the prices they charge. The staff seemed disinterested and not very helpful when I had questions or concerns. I expected a higher level of professionalism and attentiveness, considering the hotel's supposed 4-star status.

Based on my experience, I cannot recommend this hotel to fellow travelers. While it may be suitable for some, I believe there are better options in Dubai that offer more convenien

I have requested for early check-in but I got the room by 4.30PM. ( terrible terrible actual check in time is 3PM)
Breakfast is not worth for $25. Bathrooms are like 60 years old setup. I took some picture that I can share it if there anyway. overall horrible experience.

The room was spacious with a king bed in the bedroom plus the sofa bed in the living space together with 5 arm chairs. The bathroom was clean just the shower pressure could be better (this is the only negative i can come up with). The staff.. Dhiraj, Shan and Rahmatullah made our stay really pleasant. Thank you Dhiraj for being so accomodating. We did a half board booking and had the new years eve buffet dinner which was quite amazing. And managed to get a glimpse of the Burj Khalifa fireworks from the sidewalk just outside the premises. There was construction just opposite our room window and the front of the hotel but it wasnt a bother as it wasnt noisy. 15mins walking distance to Brands for Less which also hosts quite a few restaurants and other shops on that street. Nesto hypermart is also 5min walk and we managed to get fresh tropical fruits from there.

Dont be fooled with the Hilton brand name

The hotel should not be part of the Hilton chain. We feel that the current management is cutting corners everywhere. The staff seems minimal and they dont seem to be happy. We have had great stay everywhere we have been in UAE. The staff of all the hotels have been cheerful. But this hotel is a shocking contrast. The staff seemed not to have morale. Something is wrong there. The breakfast was horrible. The buffet table was not replenished on time. Even the yoghurt brands offered was the very basic low cost. The fruit table seemed that they have chosen the lowest quality due to cheap price. Everything is cheap, cheap and cheap. Not worthy to have spent £ 140 for a night. A real disappointment.

Hilton name must be remove from this hotel, call it it’s a insult of the glorious and respectful HILTON.
1) not possible to sleep due to beside 24/7 construction, nobody highlighted on the booking and Hilton web page
2) as part staff housekeeping is scheduled each 3 days due to Dubai Government guidelines. After several complaints to receptionist and check by our self if those guidelines are really with right channel the last 2 days the housekeeping clean our room.
3) air conditioning room controller after several complaints, only last night of our week one technician come to fix it.
4) hotel has only 2 elevators, which allow 2 people per time to take it due to pandemic. One elevator wasn’t work for entire week

Its a nice property with nice rooms, the property is not very walkable or Transit friendly, taxi is best way for it to get around as its far from Metro station or walkable activities like beach, downtown etc.
staff was not very courteous, smoking room was given despite prior booking as the hotel was “busy” , 3 beds room was booked out of 2 rooms which were booked and a very uncomfortable roll in bed was provided, 2 ppl room was “modified” into 3 person room and no space was left despite higher charges for extra guests paid prior.

Great value for the price. A bit far from malls and attractions but cab are cheap here. $15 US will get you most places. Excellent staff from housekeeping to bellhops to front desk to restaurant. Best breakfast ever in a breakfast included place. Zero complaints. I’ld stay here again and did when my flight was cancelled yesterday until tomorrow. Can’t get a higher rating than that.

I liked the standard of the hotel - the staff were helpful and friendly. The cleaners were especially helpful! However as we first arrived we had a spare bed put into the room, the mattress was uncomfortable, but after alerting the staff they changed the mattress immediately. The breakfast was amazing too - with the variety of choices, such as: fruit, pastries,toast, waffles, Asian food, omelette, meat. However could possibly be improved with more vegetarian options. There is also a petrol station directly behind the hotel which is useful in buying necessities - bread, milk and even pastries.

This hotel should be rated 3 stars, it had an outdated feel to it, the balcony/swimming area needs refereshing. The lifts didn't seem customer friendly- the doors would sometimes start to close on you whilst entering the lifts. Family room was very spacious so happy with that element. Breakfast buffet was average, same menu just changing slightly everyday. Staff very friendly especially kitchen staff. Very disappointed to be charged 40 dhirams for two cans of coke when checking out. Didn't have enough dhirams so charged me £10 for two cans of coke.

Location is very convenient. You can go to most of the attractions within 10 minutes and cost you about 5 - 8 Dollars per trip. Staff is great especially ABRAR . An outstanding employee who goes above and beyond to serve and help resolve any issue.
