We booked three rooms to stay at La Quinta for six nights while attending an expo in Dubai. In the end we could only endure three nights, before we cancelled and moved to a different hotel.

The rooms themselves were mostly clean/well furnished, with the exception of mould in the bathrooms. The windows were not adequately sound proofed and let both road noise and pollution in to the rooms when closed. For the rooms in the front of the hotel the road noise is constant and severely impacted our sleep.

This was the beginning of the noise issues, however. The hotel seemed to have 4-5 nightclubs, which was a felt excessive in a small hotel. The clubs played loud, bassy music until 3-4am on the nights that we stayed (Sunday, Monday and Tuesday). This was loud enough to be heard clearly even with ear plugs!

We were given rooms on the 2nd floor on the first two nights, but after barely any sleep (and no assurance that the club nights wouldn't be running every night of the week) we had to request a move to the third floor. Four of the nightclubs are on the ground floor, so we had hoped that this would solve the problem, but on our third and final night it was just as bad.

When I called reception at 3am to complain, I was told that they had never had a complaint about that room before, and they seemed to think I was being sensitive.

With only several hours' sleep over three nights, we were forced to cancel our stay and, at great expense, move last minute to another hotel.

The actual hotel was fine and the staff are friendly and helpful. What ruined the stay was the 3AM karaoke sessions EVERY NIGHT. There is nightclub above and on thr ground floor of the hotel. It needs better sound insulation.

Very well maintained property with good cafe / restaurant / lounge options in the premises itself. Good Indian restaurants within walking distance.

Rooms are spacious and very clean and neat. About 25-30 min walking distance from ADCB metro station.

Great option for business or leisure travel.

I really have to rate this hotel. you have everything prepared here, including extra-standard things like a brush, shaving supplies, etc., they will help you with your luggage even to the room. the hotel is close to the airport and the taxi is not expensive. thank you to your great team for making early and late check-in/check-out possible. your staff is great.

They have lounges clubs on ground floor. So weekend nights, the first floor rooms hear the banging music all night.
Staff are generally good except the ones for room service. Your food will arrive in 2 hrs.
Steam room and sauna are pretty good and the service there is excellent.
Overall, I may stay there again if they are giving a good rate but I'll eat from outside.

A lot of construction currently around the property. Driving in is a challenge. The garage enters on the congested side. The exit of the garage is in the opposite side of the block and is much better.

This older hotel has only 3 floors with approximately 100 rooms and unfortunately 2 night clubs at either end of the lobby that play extremely loud music until at least 3AM , 7 nights a week. Because it is a 3rd party contract, the staff is sympathetic but powerless to have any control and are unable to ask for the music to be turned down and their license allows this to happen. Virtually no rooms are unaffected by the music and even with earplugs it is impossible to sleep. Rooms are generous but only 50 percent are smoke free.

It has more clubs and night crowd, not for family or someone looking to relax. Room shower was half functional, corridors full with Indian food smell, adult only services all over the place and air-condition either to high or to low. Noise from street is to much poor insulation.

I liked the Hotel's fresh contemporary interior design for the common areas and the rooms.
There was no ventilation in the bathroom and control of water temperature at the shower was difficult.

There practically no amenities near the hotel.

Expedia should have never offered this property to customers. The hotel was still under construction all around. Dust, rocks, metal flying all over. Construction workers drilling walls at 7am .. we never had a good night sleep.

El hotel estuvo muy bien y el servicio fue muy bueno, sin embargo no está tan cerca de los lugares turísticos es por lo que se requiere usar Uber o taxi, sobre todo en las mañanas que sale uno ya en la noche, puede uno regresar cómodamente al transporte público.
