First of all we have received an upgrade and the views are spectacular.

The staff was amazing, responsive and kind. The location of the yatch hotel was pretty good as well.

The room was well maintained mostly but some parts of the room didn’t feel clean.

Lovely clean room, facing the Marina and runway (only 4 or 5 flights a day). Great staff service and housekeeping. Exceptional breakfast which is standard. I highly recommend the spa which is located on level seven of the hotel ( massage and facial).

Just done 5 days at the beginning of March at this hotel. Overall a good experience but this hotel does have issues. First off there is no way this is a 5 star hotel, 4 at best (though they do charge 5 star prices!!) The room was clean and spacious overlooking the marina. The hotel inside was also very nice and very clean (the outside however was quite shabby and in need of work with flaky varnish, rusty handrails and a general lack of maintenance.

We had breakfast which was buffet style (should be served if 5 star) tasty and plentiful however they serve mikl for breakfast cerial

The room was not able to control temperature.
Sometimes was very hot and sometimes cold. (Mostly too hot). Water was not able to adjust temperature only very hot to burning.
Checkout was at 12:00 and from 11:30 they started bothering me on my door.

Belated birthday treat. On booking not informed that the Barbary restaurant was beening renovated which we had been looking forward to. Had a lovely room and view on the sixth floor however right under the revamped so noise of builders sanding and banging. Was then moved to fifth floor but could still hear building work this rather spoiling our time away. Would not agree with five star rating little things like robes in room both had belt loops broken on mirror in living area for hair and make up damaged table top . Have stayed in many four and five star hotel and did quite hit the mark

We stayed at the one in London a couple of years ago and it was amazing. This one was poor in comparison. It was in disrepair, had to complain about the sliding wardrobe mirrored doors that kept falling off each time you tried to open it. It was very dangerous. The heating was ridiculously hot. We couldn’t turn it down. Had to ask several times for someone to come and sort it. The rooms looked extremely run down. Definitely a let down after staying at the sister hotel in London which was pure luxury.

Room was super, great views of the Marina. We stayed New years eve and we're in our room early but we couldn't hear a thing. Only fault we didn't find the food particularly good, it was ok, the staff we're uninformed about which reastraunts were open. They shut then to prepare for the parties which was fair enough, but I would have thought the management would have made a decision and told them what was what. We also had an issue with service in the bar at happy hour, they forgot to get us our drinks but still tryed to charge us for them.i didn't think they were that busy either.

I fel I’ll with flue A and I phoned up in advance to say I was ill and was told they would talk to the hotel then was told if I rang the next morning they would definitely change the date or give me a refund I said but will I loose my money was told no I wouldn’t he’s name was Omar. I rang next morning to be told I was put down as a non turn up and I explained what I was told but they still said nothing can be done and I lost £218 of my money very disappointed and put me off using this company ever again

Every aspect of our stay was fabulous. The staff is welcoming and very helpful. Our housekeeper Gloria was friendly, efficient, thorough and respectful. The Gastrobar staff was friendly and offered fast service. The breakfast is always kept fresh and plentiful. The rooms were spacious with a nice view of the marina. The bed was comfortable and the shower was great! I would recommend not staying on the pier side on a Friday night, it’s party central all night and while it’s muted you can still here the music and people very late into the night(morning?)

The staff was excellent. Front desk agents were friendly and very welcoming. The restaurant staff was attentive without hovering and courteous. The rooms were clean, well furnished, spacious and comfortable. The breakfast buffet was nice. There were plenty of options and it was kept fresh and hot/cold at all times. I look forward to staying here again on my next trip to Gibraltar.

Room was immaculate, we were offered an upgrade for an extra £20, but we declined on this occasion. We had a great view of the Ocean Village, but it was a little noisy on Friday and Saturday evenings. But with the windows closed and aircon on, we didn’t disturb us. All the staff we spoke to were really lovely and helpful. The cocktails were amazing and great value, and a happy hour 5-7pm was brilliant. Breakfast was also really lovely, good choices and staff again were kind and caring. I used there sauna twice during our stay, again really clean, lovely and hot and a lovely view of the marina. Both times I had it to my self. The showers were hot and powerful. Really could fault the resort. You are surrounded by restaurants and bars of Ocean Village, so even if you didn’t want to eat onboard, you are not far from plenty of choice. The town centre is only 5-10 mins walk away as well. I was worried about feeling nausea on the boat, but it’s so sturdy that you couldn’t tell it wasn’t on land. Thoroughly recommend.

This is not a 5* hotel, it's situated perfect for the shopping centre is the best I can say for it.
The room was clean but tired, bed is excellent, however it was not a good night's sleep due to street and hotel noise, towel were rock hard and threadbare, tea & coffee was ok if you wanted no more than one cup or just fruit tea.
Definitely not worth the £280 a night price tag

Comfortable room. Slightly outdated and most bars and restaurants on the boat weren't open at night. Rooms well insulated for noise from each other, but not the glass bin outside which was added to in the morning and woke us up. Less of a problem if you have a mariner view I would guess.

Hotel was excellent. We were greeted with a glass of Prosecco on arrival. Our room was excellent ,size,bed,cleanliness. View from balcony was lovely. The bathroom was great. It was big and spotlessly clean. We had lunch in the restaurant on our last day , it was amazing and great value for money. Hotel is in a great location near the centre and bars and restaurants . Check in/ out was seamless. We will definitely return and woukd highly recommend this hotel.

Third time in this hotel - Fist time amazing - second time average - 3rd time poor. Air conditioning not working properly and 3 calls to get fixed failed and maintenance guy said is 22degees not cold enough!!! Breakfast alwats full and had wating time.

Oodles of style. Lacking in substance. The hotel is indeed luxury, beautiful spacious modern rooms will all mod cons. However... my room was mere metres from the stage area used by the pub next door. Between the live music, rowdy customers, bar staff emptying glass bottles in to bins and what I can only assume to be elephants either employed or patronising the hotel bar immediately overhead, sleep was hard to come by. Perhaps some investment in sound proofing and noise reduction alongside the chandeliers and colour changing lighting would be prudent. Am also currently in dispute and awaiting refund for inaccurate minibar charges applied to my credit card after checking out. More consistent welcoming of guest would also be advised, whilst other guests were supplied with welcome drinks and luggage delivery to their rooms this is inconsistent. If this is only applicable for those booking your most premium rooms, it's not a good look to remaining customers

One of the best hotels in Gibraltar. Only a 10 min walk from the airport and 10 min from the main street/bars & restaurants.

The rooms are clean, modern and well maintained.

I found it difficult to work out which of the bars were in use every evening - it changed every night i stayed there often for private functions. It was easier to use bars & restaurants outside the property.

Rooms are expensive but Gibraltar has few other places similar to this standard of property

If you going to stay in Gibraltar then why not stay on this great ship. Really good rooms with a view, super clean and very helpful staff. Restaurant prices on board were v good as well and the food itself was just great. Wouldn't hesistate going again if and when I go back to Gibraltar. Location wise a 15 walk from the airport and a few minutes into town. Just a great location

We loved the novelty of staying in the yacht and the room was a very generous size. Great shower and good bed. The balcony seating was lovely, we overlooked the restaurant and bar area which was quite noisy in the evenings. The pool area was small and people tended to put a towel down, then left and didn’t remove their towels. Consequently we couldn’t get a sunbed despite there hardly being anyone there when we arrived. They should have a policy of removing towels if people go for lunch etc.
but we had a lovely stay and would recommend it.

Much of the hotel was great. The staff was wonderful. I cannot give five stars because the Internet is atrocious. It continuously drops and is unavailable for a few minutes at a time. Trying to respond to emails that should have taken 10 minutes took over an hour because of the connection continuously dropped. The hotel is also advertised as a casino. There is no casino in this hotel. There is one a short walk away that is quite small with slot machines and a few tables like blackjack and roulette. Like many places I’ve discovered in Spain the pool closes quite early. 7 PM. They also close the entire upper deck where all of the outside lounging is at at 7 PM and it is not accessible for guests to use. This was quite frustrating.

The location is excellent. Many bars and restaurants within a two minute walk. Excellent food, choices and drinks. It is also about a 15 minute walk to the tram to get on top of the rock. The tram ticket will get you into all of the attractions within the entire Gibraltar rock park. It’s a full day but well worth it.

Stayed here a few times and loved ever visit.
If you're going here for the first time, don't bother getting a taxi (unless you have mobility issues), it's a 10 minute walk from the terminal building.
When you arrive you receive the warmest of welcomes.

All the staff were very attentive, the rooms are a great size, we were upgraded FOC (thank you Sunborn) to one of the Rock Suits and in my opinion, they do the best breakfast in Gib.
