Not very walkable. Near factories and very noisy at night. The building itself is huge but the hotel only goes up to 3rd floor. It was very loud above us I don’t know what’s going on.

I had to change the room because of odour, I took a bed room with twin bed the bed had tyres that was moving such that you cannot sit on the bed with pillow the bed keep on moving, the breakfast was ok and the front desk was so supportive, I asked for a tax to Gibraltar it was so quick , serving with smile

The front desk staff were super nice. The hotel was clean and modern. The area around the hotel is interesting. It’s full of what appear to be wholesale businesses selling stuff from the container ships. There were a lot of interesting places to eat, mostly chain restaurants, but interesting ones we’d never been to before.

Amazing service, friendly and helpful staff even if some if them don’t speak English they make the effort to understand and help you. The rooms are spacious, clean and airy. The only thing is that it would’ve been nice to have a different breakfast every morning as its gets a bit boring if you are staying there for over two days. However I would definitely be recommending this place.

Just bad condition

The room and bathroom were in dire need of refurb. The bathroom drains were clean but poor. The bedroom furniture needed replacement. The air conditioning did not cool the room so we had to keep the window open all the time. The outside bar was not available nor the pool. Photos of the hotel carefully omit the giant metal building next door which ruins the view of the Rock

A/C no funcionaba correctamente cuando llegamos, nos cambiaron de habitación pero era lo mismo. A media noche, hubo un corte de luz y se fue por completo el a/c hasta el día siguiente por la tarde, lo que hacía que la habitación sea un INFIERNO de lo caliente que estaba. El desayuno muy pobre y con mala atención. Nos ibamos a quedar 2 noches y nos fuimos después de la primera. En términos de estética, parecía un hotel de aeropuerto de lo poco decorado y ambiente frio que tenía. Tampoco funcionaba el minibar de la habitación.

C'est un hôtel qui mérite juste un deux étoiles, une chambre pour trois personnes les lits étaient condensés trop serrés, il n'y avait pas assez de serviettes pour nous il fallait aller demander à la réception, le petit déjeuner était mesquin.

Quiet, clean, pleasant - pity they cut corners

Rooms was incredibly quiet, even the aircon could hardly be heard. Nice staff, goo breakfast. Only downside the furniture and the way the room was laid out. A rickety unstable apology for a desk cluttered with wine glasses and a coffee machine with supplies made it difficult to work with a laptop and notes. So called desk badly placed in the room thereby restricting access to the bed, and the cupboard - there was ample place in the room to locate the desk elsewhere. Desk chair was very basic, and was the only chair in the room - lucky that I was travelling alone. Pity that they cut corners like this.

The hotel and facilities are nice but the service was unsatisfactory. The service at the restaurant was terrible. The hotel WiFi was awful and unusable for most basic tasks. The rooms are clean and spacious. Plenty of parking is available for free. Overall it´s not a very good value for money. Will not stay here again when in the area.

Good condition & staff, but moister is in the air

The hotel is in good condition and the staff is very friendly, including the ladies from the restaurant/kitchen.

The only issue that I encountered was that the bathrooms don't have a fan, so after a shower all the room gets sticky and full of moister; the cleaning staff then opens the windows, so you end feeling cold (or warm if it is the summer) when you arrive to the room.

If given the option, reserve the room with breakfast included, I think that is cheaper than the $14 they charge to have access to their breakfast buffet.

The hotel is located besides a mall so there is a food court and a couple of fast food restaurants available if you don't want to pay the high price at the hotel the restaurant.

Perfect hotel near Gibraltar!

Amenities impeccable, friendly staff, modern rooms, great price for 3 people which included free breakfast. Highly recommend this great NH hotel and well worth the 15 min drive from Gibraltar.

We arrived on a very late ferry...our room was not clean. Dirty floors, bad odor and the bed was very bad. We've stayed at other NH Hotels and chose this based on past experiences but this hotel doesn't live up to the name

The hotel gave us a smoking room. When we asked to change the room they said that they were full. The room smell terrible. People at the reception were very nice and try to help. The hotel is not in Algeciras so it is hard to find good place to eat.

Nowhere near the Gibralter border

This is a very nice hotel but it is NOWHERE near the border into Gibralter. It is in a neighborhood of warehouses and the back of a shopping Mall. Very hard to find/see. GPS would not work. Even once we found it we had trouble finding it again after going to dinner. It was the weekend so there was no restaurant or room service open. About a 20-25 minute drive to the border. They did offer us free parking in the garage and there is free parking on the street. The room was very comfortable but it is a long way from anything you would want to see.

I like everything about the nH hotel, spacious room and nice washroom and good layout, friendly staff. Wi-fi occasional failed. Another thing was the location was in the semi-industrial commercial area, probably this hotel was pretty new. People were not aware its existing. I was lucky that I asked twice to find out its where about.

We didn't have any food here, it was literally an overnight stay then out early in the morning so can only rate the staff and the room. However the member of staff in reception was very friendly and helpful and had us checked in no time, and the room was very clean, comfortable and well equipped.
Would definitely stay again!

this hotel - like all NH hotels i have stayed in - is modern, clean with large comfortable rooms. it is a good place to stay if you are just traveling through, but maybe not for a long stay. It is on an industrial/commercial estate which is ugly but it has shopping centers, and places for food/drink close by. It is very close to the motorway. Breakfast is great - large buffet/nice coffee

Stop over hotel, in retail park.

Hotel was chosen because it advertises a Sauna on the UK Expedia website, upon arrival the receptionist informed me that there was no Sauna, she even checking the Spainsh Expedia website to confirm. I later checked on the UK website and indeed it does state the Hotel has a Sauna. I queried this the next day a checkout with a different receptionist to be told the Sauna is actually in the Gym next door and there is a €4.00 fee. Very misleading... Hotel is address is also misleading, Los Barrios town is a good 10 minute drive. Check you know where this hotel is before you try and find it!! Nice clean hotel in retail park.

Not where it says it is!

The hotel itself was very nice, comfortable clean room and friendly helpful staff, though the air conditioning not going below 20 degrees wasn't much use. The only problem was the location. When I booked the hotel on Expedia, the google map had a marker in Algeciras near the port, however, when I came to print a map to find the place I looked at google street map just to be sure and there was no hotel where it had said. On checking the NH Hotels website and looked at their map, it soon transpired the hotel wasn't in Algeciras but in Palmones and right in the middle of an industrial estate with a \"lovely\" view of Toys R Us. Even then it was a nightmare to find, there is no big sign on it, but luckily the Holiday Inn nearby did have which we had to use to navigate by. Pity because it would be a fantastic place to stay in a better location.

Habitación amplia y espaciosa, aunque el mobiliario algo deteriorado por el uso. Cama muy confortable que permite el descanso.
Los tabiques entre habitaciones no son muy gruesos por lo que se escuchan las conversaciones de las habitaciones contiguas.

Hacer mencion a la recepcionista de tarde del día 11/09/2025, por si escasa empatía, simpatiay carencia de información.

Por último reseñar que no nos ofrecieron el servicio Vip, botella de vino, que indica Expedia

Intrusion de 3 personnes dans notre chambre à 2h du matin alors que nous dormions. Gros soucis de sécurité alors que notre porte été verrouillée.
