We absolutely loved it here. Our room was spotlessly clean and service daily by a lovely, efficient, friendly group of ladies. We were given an upgrade and had a fantastic view of the rock - it was fantastic. From check in to checkout we were treated like family - given ideas on activities and restaurant recommendations. We stayed 3 nights and loved every minute of it. A great atmosphere - all staff are super friendly and welcoming.

I've been to several Holiday Inn and this has always been a good experience. But this particular one is the best Holiday Inn ever. The building is nice, the room was spotless, the staff was extra friendly and helpful. The bathroom was packed with various high quality washing accessories. The breakfast is worth a separate praise - it was a 4-5 star hotel level buffet breakfast that was INCLUDED in the price of stay. Various kinds of meals for every taste, everything was delicious and well-cooked. The service was great - no disposable utensils, only nice plates and forks. The dining area was spotless and actively cleaned throughout the meal. The only time issue was a view - it was to the cemetery. But that's more like a funny thing than a real issue.

This hotel was located in a decent location and had about 8 free parking spots, which were not full even on a July weekend. The room was very small and our shower leaked into the toilet area. Cleanliness could also be improved. It was nice to have breakfast included. If you can get a deal, this hotel is fine. If the cost per night is close to the other options in Gibraltar like it was for us, I would look elsewhere.

Only criticism was that the carpets in the room looked a little tired, not dirty but marked, which is why I personally prefer wooden wooden or tiled floors in hotels. Overall experience was still 10/10.

5 night stay whilst visiting the sights. The hotel is away from the usual places to visit but still only a 10 minute walk to the main area. Little else is in the vicinity being in a semi industry/ residential area. The road outside is now the main link to the frontier so a high floor for light sleepers might be wise. I was on the 6th floor (top) and facing the Rock which is an amazing view itself.
Breakfast is ample and varied but can become a bit sparse at the end of the alloted time. There is plenty of space to eat though.
The room is typical HIEx so very functional, enough space and well designed. Large TV has pretty much every channel you can think of plus cleaned everyday at a reasonable hour.
There were some issues with the key cards which required twice resetting which was a bit annoying but the staff were excellent throughout the whole stay. Friendly and attentive.
The Rock isn't cheap but this certainly did the job for me. Just avoid the bar...prices outside are half that in the bar.

Great view from room. We chose this hotel for location across our weekend. Less than 10 mins walk to bus terminal at marketplace- easy walk. Less than 10 mins to ocean village. Walked to Catalan bay Sunday morning the sandy bay then back to airport. Small supermarket and a pasta restaurant just by the hotel. Quiet at night. Good selection well stocked breakfast too.

This Holiday inn Express blew ourind with the comfort and niceness of all of the staff. The buffet was perfect and anything we needed the staff was happy to assist. We hiked up and down Gibraltar and we're exhausted when we got back. Our room was perfect for recouping. Betty (front desk) was a very nice person who wanted to make our stay as fun and comfortable as possible. I cannot say enough nice things about this hotel at this historic place. It made our limited time in Gibraltar even more enjoyable.
