Nice view, room was decent overall. Main problem was the cigarette smoke. Officially no smoking in the rooms, but people smoked on the balconies with the door open and the stench came in with the breeze. Not something I want to deal with after choosing a specifically non smoking place.

I had a fantastic stay here. The staff were incredibly accommodating—friendly, attentive, and always ready to help. The rooms were spacious and spotless, making it easy to relax after a day out.

The location is perfect for visiting —walking distance to the border and transit station, with plenty of markets and restaurants nearby. I wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again.

Rooms were great, we were able to check-in on time and there was onsite parking. Approximately a 30 min walk to Gibraltar and no hassle crossing the border either way.be mindful there is not much open early in the morning so if you are planning an early departure, you may need to drive for a while even before you find a coffee.

Always a comfortable and adequate hotel, breakfast good choice and reasonable, ability to order freshly cooked omelettes/pancakes etc and proper FRESH orange juice instead of squash, absolutely gorgeous. Very short walk to old La Linea, 10 minutes to Gibraltar & airport (and I am very slow!) Bar/drink prices very reasonable if you just need to chill and stay in.

The room was clean, bed was comfortable & the staff were courteous & helpful. The breakfast was amazing, lots to choose from including freshly made omelettes. We chose to go to the bar to eat dinner, since we were late returning to hotel in the evening, but food was still very good. Hotel was within walking distance to Gibraltar & had unground parking, so vehicle was secure. Will definitely go to this hotel again the next time we are in Spain.

I would Recommend this property

I recently had the pleasure of staying at this location and the property was good! It was clean, and comfortable. The bed was European firm.
The breakfast was good, lots of choices with an omelet bar.
The location was perfect—close to everything, peaceful and quiet 15 minute walk to the border crossing.
I wouldn’t hesitate to book again or recommend it to friends and family. If you’re considering a stay here, don’t hesitate—you won’t regret it!

The hotel itself is a little tired but great location for visiting Gibraltar (by foot- only 10 min walk to border) and the hotel staff were extremely helpful and asset to the hotel. Room also tired but comfortable, hot shower, and nice to have the balcony overlooking the water. Parking at the hotel (secure, underground) was incredibly easy and ample spaces - (€12/24hr). Breakfast was busy but had many options, would recommend. Overall, would recommend for visiting Gibraltar. Staff were 5*.

There were lot of hair in the toilet, inside the bar, on the wc and on the floor of the toilet. The room was good however the ceiling and wall were damaged showing sing of aging. The desk had burnt damage and was also a little bit torn off. There were dead animals or grime built up on the bottom of the swimming pool. Lift was taking long to arrive and the breakfast was starting only at 7.30

The only staff at the property who were polite and helpful were the cleaning staff, they made that hotel a 5* but the rest was below 2*.
The manager had arranged to meet me due to complaints made last year, to be told he no longer works there and any requests he made haven’t been acknowledged, I was to email the new manager and he’ll contact me when he had time. The property walls flooring etc wasn’t great, but the food was amazing. Very hard to say I’d stay here again, after using this hotel for 6 years on going every year, it’s dropped in standards.

We stayed at this hotel due to the proximity of Gibraltar and it being better value than staying in Gib itself. It was a 10-min walk to the border. It was 5-min walk to the centre of La Línea with plenty of bars, restaurants and shops. Room was a good size and breakfast choice was good. The beach is also close by. The hotel has a pool but we didn’t use it as we were out sightseeing each day.

We selected this hotel for a brief one night stay and were flying out of the Gibraltar airport. Ohtels Campo De Gibraltar, La Línea is a large hotel not far from the border to Gibraltar. Check in was very smooth, I had a room on the 4th Floor, very spacious, large wardrobe, tea and coffee making facilities, safe in wardrobe if required. Bathroom a good size with bath. Room clean and tidy.

Breakfast was buffet style with a good selection, room very spacious and light, lots of tables, staff very efficient, food well cooked.

I stayed for 2 nights and would definitely recommend.

Where to start? I booked a junior suite and the room itself had a fabulous view overlooking the Rock of Gibraltar from the balcony.

1. Unfortunately the air conditioning wasn’t working.
2. Being a suite there was a living room and a bedroom. There was only 1 TV and it was setup in the bedroom.
3. I had the breakfast on day 1 but it was so bland and tasteless that I decided to give it a miss on day 2.
4. The room service did not replenish the cream on day 2 so had to have black coffee and tea.
5. There was a leak from the shower so I had to use the bath mat to mop up the water. Housekeeping took the bath mat but didn’t give me a new one.

The hotel was exactly what we wanted, which was a convenient, clean & safe place to stay while we visited the surrounding area. We simply slept & showered there - we didn't use any of the other facilities.
I rated it as \"Good\" for cleanliness - It only lost merit because the room wasn't services on 2 occasions during our stay (on one of these occasions, I asked for it to be services late afternoon & when we returned after dinner it had been done).
We had dinner either in La Linea or Gibraltar in the evenings & the standards of the food & the service were mostly very high. La Linea is an interesting and friendly place.

Fantastic value for money, with plenty of restaurants, bars and local shops within easy walking distance. The hotel is a 5-10 min walk from the Spain/Gibraltar border and a 5 mins walk from the local bus station.
