Great place to stay clean room lovely comfy bed good shower. 2 mins walk from the railway station. 24 hour manned reception good coffee! Would not hesitate to recommend this venue for a convenient night out in Nottingham. Parking 5 mins walk away which was ideal for us with a car. Late checkout was also available after a later night out at reasonable price too. Will definitely stay there again. Shampoo conditioner body wash in the bathroom too if you forget yours!

The room was ok, bathroom tired and not as clean as it could have been. We requested a duvet cover change as the duvet cover had a hole that someone’s toe kept getting stuck in. It was not changed. The towels had seen better days, two had holes/rips in.
No biscuits were available in the room, we requested some and were told they would arrive by 9pm but none did.
On a plus the shower was easy to operate and the staff we dealt with her friendly.

We only stayed for one night, but overall it was pleasant. The reception area smelled great and made a good first impression, and the staff were genuinely helpful and friendly. I asked for a high-floor room at check-in and they accommodated the request, which I appreciated, although it was right next to the lifts and that wasn’t ideal. That said, I didn’t hear any noise. The room itself was clean and well kept, the bed was comfortable, and the shower was nice and warm with decent water pressure. All in all, a solid stay that did what it needed to do.

Arrived half hour early and couldnt check in as room wasnt ready waited 40 mins and no one approached us to say it was ready, then had to stand in a queue , was put in a dated disabled room which i dont understand why when i never booked that roomand which clearly did need some TLC ,stayed for 2 nights but struggled with heating on 1st night and then came to shower on 2nd night and no hot water, had to move rooms at 5 oclock on last evening which we were not expecting the upheaval. New room was more nicer and had hot water and heating worked..Always stop in Leonardo hotels but this was the first time with any issues.

Appalling treatment at check in. Apparently having 2 guests with the same name means that Leonardo are unable to cope. And then correcting their error, they managed to get a refund wrong and initially gave it to another person with my name, despite assurances to the contrary.
In addition, the room was quite noisy with road traffic despite being on floor 5 - the windows did not dampen this as much as they should.
Regarding parking, the rates quoted for a 3rd party car park are not correct so this cost more than expected.

Absolutely abysmal experience all round. Room wasn't cleaned properly. Hairdryer caught on fire which was extremely dangerous and staff seemed incredibly incompetent in dealing with negative issues.

Checking in was fine, took a short wait to get to the front desk. The staff were friendly.

The room was fine, little dusty in places, bed was clean and comfortable. The bathroom had a disabled assistance rope in it, which was odd and not required. There was some water damage to the area around the toilet and a cracked tile on the bath surround. The air extractor in the bathroom was very loud, so loud I could not hear my music very well.
The TV was fine, large enough. For the price I’d like a couple of biscuits and some decent coffee and tea.

The iron was good, did the job very well, but the ironing board needs replacing or repairing to remove the dip in the end section.

The lifts getting to the room were slow, are they working as well/quickly as they should be?

I also noticed a couple checking-in got offered “complimentary drinks” when they checked-in? Not sure why they did and we did not.

I chose this hotel for its location in the city centre, it’s very handy to get anywhere. It just is not worth £150 per night, not for what you get. You get more from a Premier Inn and they are run of the mill as a brand.
If you could lower prices a bit, you would fill-up quicker.

I would have loved a discount for using a local car park, that would have been nice.

The shower and bath are very very good, cannot fault them. Might want to scrub the rust off the rail though, and clean or replace the shower curtain.

Staff were friendly and seemingly helpful, but follow up was poor. Over a two day period I had to repeatedly ask for my TV to be fixed as I was not getting most of the stations. Additionally, I had to repeatedly remind them to add the water and biscuits to my room over the same period.

The hotel does not have fridges in any of the rooms including the 'superior' rooms, which is inconvenient.
