Absolutely beautiful boutique hotel! Location is ideal to visit Sorrento and the entire Amalfi Coast without the crowds nor the noise. Upon arrival, we were upgraded to a spectacular two-floor suite. The staff was extremely attentive to our needs. We were in communication with
the concierge two months before we traveled. They helped us book small-group boat tours to Capri and Amalfi/Paisano, booked restaurants, gave us a ride to the nearest busy stop, They also made sure I celebrated my birthday the best way possible. They even give me a special dessert on my birthday…twice! We were treated like royalty! I recommend this Italian jewel without hesitation. Ciao!

The room, the staff, the restaurants, and the view were all absolutely spectacular! We really couldn’t have asked for a better stay. The parking situation was a bit tricky because of how tight it is but hey, it’s Italy. I highly recommend eating at the restaurant and adding the breakfast option, it was a great way to start our days.

This is a beautiful hotel with amazing views and sunsets.

All of the staff are extremely pleasant and very helpful.

Our room was spacious and very well designed. Turn down service is an addded bonus to have fresh amenities and towels

Breakfast is delicious and plentiful, pre-dinner drinks at the rooftop bar with wonderful sunsets. Dinner by the infinity pool is delicious and tranquil.

We would highly recommend this hotel.

Boutique Hotel with Spectacular Views

The Villa Fiorella is a beautiful property located just far enough from Sorrento to escape the hustle of that city.

The pool facilities are very nice with comfortable recliner. The landscaping around the hotel is superior.

We stayed in a larger room with a big terrace. The view of the ocean from our room was spectacular!

This was one of the best stays we have ever had. We couldn't ask for anything more. From the hotel staff , to the multiple dining entities, it was a dream. It was perfect. They always made sure we had water on our bedside table with turndown service, which was a perfect touch after a long night drinking wine in their restaurant. Dont get us started on the pool.... honestly don't think twice about booking here!

Nice hotel, but issues with upgraded room

The hotel was very nice. The staff was very nice. We paid $180 extra a night to have an upgraded room to include a hot tub on the balcony, unfortunately the hot tub never got above 90 degrees the entire trip and we couldn’t use it. We told the staff the first day and they sent a worker and he said it would work but it never did. Disappointed to waste $540 on something we didn’t get any value from/: Probably will not stay here again.

We paid £650 for 1 night at this hotel to wake up with ants crawling on us, the room was infested! Our drinks covered with ants! We contacted reception to deal with the issue however upon returning to our room, the ants were still there. Not what you expect with such an expensive price tag!
Expedia has contacted the hotel since to address the issue but the hotel aren’t interested!

The pool area and its view is amazing, the staff is very friendly and willing to assit all times with a big smile. Things that must be improved: Breakfast ... pastries were not fresh and fruits were old ( rotten in some cases ) . The air conditioner never worked at satisfaction even though the management promised to control this . The room looks old and wasnot comfortable to be in . The food at the restaurant beside the beautiful pool was good but expensive . You measure the hotel for what you pay for it and we feel that we paid more than what we got . I have to repeat that the staff was very good at all times . This was a big plus for the hotel.

Not five star standard in any manner Quite away from sorrento taxis not available easily. Saving grace was the view and Greta at the reception who was quite helpful

From arrival, attentive staff, very helpful. Beautifully renovated old villa, full of art. We reserved the spa and enjoyed it exclusively to the fullest, with its pool, jacuzzi, sauna, steam sauna and lounge area with tea, all complimentary. The bar and outdoor pool with splendid view, as is the restaurant. So is the rooftop bar, open before sunset. Located just after Sorrento, you see the whole Napoli Bay all the way to Pozzuoli, and you see most of Capri and Anacapri. Outstanding place, service, view and food!

Beautiful villa seats on a hill overlooking the sea and the Capri Island. The grounds are well manicured with a picture perfect infinity pool. Very clean and beautiful decorated rooms with balconies to watch the sunset, great food in the two restaurants overlooking the sea, and a sky bar for evening cocktails to watch the sunsets. The staff is simply amazing, many thanks go to Enza for arranging our transportation, the boat tour to Capri and being there for any questions we had. Thanks to all the staff on the property, very professional and welcoming. A few pointers to visiting the coast:a short 5 minutes walk down in the town there’s a Sita bus station from where you can take the bus for 1.50 euro to Sorrento which is a hub to take transportation to anywhere you might want to go on the Amalfi coast. Overall the Villa Fiorella was a great choice, a good place to relax after busy days visiting places.

This property is top notch really! Super clean, super friendly staff, and very quite.
They did a great job keeping the property with the best class. Turning the bed at night with bottle of water and piece of chocolate, left bottle of Prosecco for my husband’s BD, left thank you note with little souvenirs at the end of our stay, I mean all the little things that tells a lot about the classy owner and his touch. I recommend this beautiful boutique hotel.

Stunning views, spacious rooms, delicious restaurant, rooftop bar with great cocktails and sunset views. Highly recommend. Service admittedly isn’t super warm and friendly, but it is professional and efficient and the whole team works hard. Only issue was with ants in our room a couple of times - they sorted it out quickly both times but would have expected better for a hotel of this calibre. But overall very impressed!

I travel a lot on business, so I've come to expect a lot from hotel service and Villa Fiorella Art Hotel didn't disappoint. I communicated with the hotel a few times prior to my arrival and everyone was so helpful. Not only was the service phenomenal from the time we entered the establishment but also the food, spa, cleaning. Everything was wonderful from start to finish. This was an excellent place to stay if you want to visit the Amalfi Coast as well. Just a bus ride to Sorrento and then go anywhere from there. Although the food at the hotel was excellent we wanted to get out and enjoy some other restaurants and experience additional flavors and the local restaurants were lovely. Please consider this hotel in your destination choices...you won't be disappointed!

We stayed with our 2 year old girl and they made sure that every request ( warming up milk twice a day and baby food), providing comfortable bedding/crib was taken care of. Beautiful hotel with stunning views of Capri and the Mediterranean.
We enjoyed three nights at this lovely hotel at the end of our trip driving through Sicily and southern Italy. The hotel is new and is located in Massa Lubrense which is a quiet respite after the mobs of tourists in both Positano and Sorrento.
The hotel arranged a boat tour over to Capri which was directly in front of us. The boat tour originated and ended from the harbour located just below us which saved us the bother of going into Sorrento.
The staff were all friendly and helpful. Our room was facing the Mediterranean and we enjoyed beautiful sunsets from our terrace.
The breakfasts were very good with a selection of buffet and a la carte items. We had one dinner there, the pasta with olives, capers and lemons was delicious. The dinner waiters were friendly but a little inexperienced and seemed nervous.
We really enjoyed our stay and would recommend this hotel to anyone seeking a quiet place to stay.

Wonderful welcoming hotel with first rate service

This lovely hotel is set on a hillside surrounded by lemon and olive trees with fantastic views of Capri , the Bay of Naples and the pretty harbour of Marina del Lobra.Small winding lanes give you shortcuts up to the town and down to the harbour and their are numerous hiking trails through this lovely peaceful area of Massa Lubrense.It is ideally situated for trips into Sorrento( buses run regularly and it only takes 20 minutes) or for trips further down the Amalfi Coast and for boat trips to Capri.
The hotel is very elegant and beautifully maintained and the rooms are spacious, stylish and radiate luxury . The infinity pool is an oasis of peacefulness and serenity and an ideal place to relax.The jewel in the crown of this delightful hotel though lies in the wonderful service provided by every single member of staff.Nothing is too much trouble and every request is always greeted by a friendly smile.
We thoroughly enjoyed our week at Villa Fiorella and the days passed far too quickly.The quality of food served here at breakfast and at the Scirocco Pool bar is of a very high standard although maybe the latter could have had slightly more choice? Dinner is very expensive in the main restaurant so is perhaps only suitable for very special occasions?But again the food was superb and certainly an experience to savour.
We would certainly recommend this hotel and hope one day we will return. I certainly left a little bit of my heart at Villa Fiorella.

Wonderful boutique hotel in quiet resort

We decided to book four days at the Hotel Villa Fiorella after an active hiking week on the Amalfi Coast and we chose well. Situated on the outskirts of a quiet resort just outside Sorrento, it was perfect. A small but perfect infinity pool, a high end restaurant, attentive staff, we couldn't ask for more. There were other lovely (and budget friendlier) bars and restaurants a short walk away in the harbour area or in the town centre.

Arrived a little early but the staff was very accommodating. They stored our luggage and allowed us to hang out pool side with a welcome drink. The same courtesy was extended upon our departure. They provided us with directions to see the area and offered to drive us to the town center if we needed it. The staff was very friendly and helpful.

This boutique hotel was absolutely lovely. The rooms were modern and immaculate with a lovely terrace overlooking Lake Como and soothing music piped in outside. Villa fiorella is one of the best hotels we have ever stayed in! The views are breathtaking! Sitting by the infinity pool looking out onto Capri was so special. The hotel is small so the pool was never crowded. The food was A* and the staff even better! So friendly and they can’t do enough for you. Can’t recommend enough. The location in masa was quiet but a short bus into the busy sorrento. Perfect for us. The hotel is fairly recently renovated and was a golden find.. seems not many people know about it yet.

We booked our honeymoon at Villa Fiorella and it exceeded all expectations! The staff were very helpful with local excursions - we took the boat for 50 euros each to Capri which included a tour round the island and 4/5 hours to venture on our own too. Beautiful island which can be seen from the hotel. The food was amazing in the restaurant, particularly the steak and risotto. Breakfast was to die for, al la carte menu with all you can eat fruit, cakes, biscuits and even prosecco to start the day! The room (202) was spacious and cleaned daily with water provided in the evening and a chocolate left on your pillow. The infinity pool and pool area were beautiful (cold but beautiful!) with an amazing view across the sea and a bar available for food and drinks. The location of the hotel is great too, we got the Curreri Viaggi (only 10 euros per person each way) from Naples airport to Sorrento which is only a 15/20 minute bus ride (1 euro 30 cents) from Massa Lubrense then a 10 minute walk to the hotel. The harbour is also only a 10/15 minute walk away and has restaurants and bars. We ate out in Massa Lubrense and Sorrento and both were lovely. We'd definitely recommend Villa Fiorella Art Hotel!

The views are stunning and great pool area
Although it is a bit of a walk to food, the front desk arranges for restaurants to come pick you up and then they drive you back to the hotel free of charge. Definitely go to Da Michelle and Angelos.
Massa Lubrense is a great area for people looking for a stay which is not too touristy. The city bus was very easy to take and less than 20 minutes to Sorrento.
Overall we loved it and would definitely go back.

The staff were the best in trying to make our stay perfect. The view of the hotel is amazing overlooking the sea where an amazing swimming pool is situated between 2 olive trees .
Not all the rooms have full sea view although the website says so . One has to go out to balcony and then turn to see the view .
