The staff were so friendly and welcoming. The standout was Rowena always with a smile to start your day, she has an incredible memory for names and for the guests preferences. Everyone appeared to enjoy their work and nothing was to much trouble for them. Food sunshine lying on the beach or sipping cocktails by the poolside they have it all.

I liked the size of the property all staff knew everyone by name and the guests were able to get to know all the staff and this made our stay so comfortable, friendly and relaxed

Property was clean and tidy. Rooms were spacious. Overall the staff were rude and unfriendly - from the those “welcoming” guests to the restaurant staff. All tried their best to ignore you so they didn’t have to help you.
We went for breakfast at 9:20. Breakfast finished at 10 but there was barely any food left. Empty fruit bowls and only a few bits of bread for toast.
Overall the experience wasn’t worth the amount we paid to stay there. Won’t be back and won’t recommend.

A great spot to stay with the lagoon right out front. Rooms were cleaned daily and we felt very well looked after. Staff were lovely and the complementary hot breakfasts and afternoon cocktail hour were a nice touch. Would definitely recommend if you want a break from the kids, so nice and quiet.

Perfect location and excellent service

We stayed one night there prior to our flight back to Sydney. Short but sweet stay. Service was excellent, bar right on the beach with their daily 3-4pm free cocktail and canapés. We kayaked to the opposite islet, water was so clear and calm making this such an easy paddle.
Hotel management made us aware of their upcoming renovation, the pool certainly requires an update. However, with the perfect on the beach location, swimming in the pool was not necessary.

You will never want to leave!

I cant say enough good words about Muri Beach Club. The staff are amazing, they are so welcoming, friendly and helpful and they really go out of their way to make you feel special during your stay. The pool and ceach area at the property are brilliant. Muri beach seems to be the most popular beach on this island. The area around the hotel is great, a short walk to many restaurants, bars and tourist activities. The only issue with Muri Beach Club is that you will not want to leave!

We had an amazing time at Muri Beach Club. The staff were amazing and went out of their way to make a stay enjoyable. The extras such as a cooked breakfast offered with our complementary breakfast, the free cocktail and canapes and the extra touch of a mint on our turned down bed each night were much appreciated. It would have been nice to have had more availability to fresh water without having to pay for the water from our fridge but otherwise I really couldn't fault the facility and look forward to coming back at some stage. I would highly recommend it to others.

We loved it. So close to the beach. Swimming was lovely in the lagoon and lots to see. Maybe not the highest end of hotels in the area but really good. Lots of stores around too and walkable to other food and markets. Eating is was good too.

I'll definitely be back again. Best location to relax, swim and enjoy Raratonga. Staff are amazingly helpful and friendly, rooms very clean. Close walk to Muri Night markets, shops and pharmacy in Muri. Day spa has awesome massages. Only thing to improve on is a bit more of a supportive bed, time to replace the mattress in 101.

Surprised by the fact that I did not see a \"Cookie\" for the first couple of days.
Do not get me wrong the staff from Fiji. and the Philippines were top shelf and were simply the best. They were friendly helpful and professional.
Given the room rate I thought the breakfast was very very ordinary. The \"Continental\" part was very basic and the addition of a hot component was at the discretion of management. This was really bought into sharp focus when we we moved to another Resort on the other side of the Island. I intend to send a detailed report to the manager rather than completing the standard tick and flick but on balance I do not think that I would stay a Muri Club Resort again

Wonderful staff

All staff are very pleasant and most obliging. Hotel is situated on protected lagoon, with nice sandy beach. Only downside is that not a lot of fish in lagoon where the hotel is, but the water is very clear. Hotel itself is well maintained and offer free non motorised water crafts, such as kayaks and SUPs as well as snorkeling gear.

Beautiful property on the lagoon. Water there was a clean, warm and filled with fish. We snorkeled, kayaked and swam the day away. There is a great pool as well that we used in the evening. Staff was great and helped us get to the airport even though it was a late flight. We will return.

LOCATION IS SO GREAT ITS A PROBLEM :(

The place is on a beautiful piece of beach had a great part of the lagoon with three motu. But unfortunately it’s right next to the community football pitch with great parking which means that any person driving around looking for a great beach is going to park right next to you and be on your beach which after all is public. So on Saturday there was a super noisy football game… On Sunday and incredible number of families… Monday morning 8 AM a children’s sports camp with children screaming all over the beach and running around for more than four hours and Tuesday some local teenagers yelling homophobic jeers at each other. In theory these people cannot use the Hamic and chairs of the hotel but nobody is policing that so you end up in a small resort that is supposed to be only 18 years and plus but it is very crowded and has lots of young people yelling around

Breakfast was excellent with good selection. Beachfront access was perfect with lots of kayaks and snorkeling gear available to anyone when requested.

Dinner was available each night. Good selection at an affordable price.

Guest Rooms were clean and designed well. The MBC is in the ideal location in Muri beach. Thanks for making our stay so lovely. We Really enjoyed ourselves

The beachfront room was amazing and to be able to wake up to the sun rising over the ocean was pretty special.
The location both on the Island and the lagoon were second to none - Absolutely perfect. It was very cool to be able to use the hotel amenities such as the paddle boards or the kayaks to explore the lagoon at your leisure. We paddled before breakfast some mornings which was a novelty.
Breakfasts were hearty, fulfilling and plentiful. Lots of fresh fruits and baked goods.
The welcome evening was really informative and the team at the MBCH really made an effort to engage the guests.
