Came to Dallas area for a weekend wedding. Stayed here for 3 nights. Total of approx. 24 family members staying in this hotel. Very basic hotel.
They initially mixed my room and gave us someone else's room. Fortunately it was one my brother booked and he did not mind taking the room after we had already settled down.
Then we did not receive the room we booked and paid for and was told the manager had been trying to reach me to let me know a 2 queen bed room was unavailable. I asked when they tried reaching me, I was told \"we'll find out\" and never heard back. Although I was given a larger room- just more square footage, i still required additional sleeping space for my family as this room was 1 queen and sofa bed and had to request a roll away bed (additional $25/day charge).
Room carpets were visibly dirty. When we first entered the bathroom there was a huge cockroch beside the toilet.
They offered free breakfast but we did not have any as was very bare bones.
Needless to say we won't be staying here on future trips.
