We stayed 8 nights at Element Dallas Richardson, traveling from Toronto with our family for the Dallas Cup.
Honestly, I’ve been trying to find something negative to say, but I can’t.
The staff were incredible, always friendly, smiling, and one step ahead of everything. Small things made a big difference: helping us print documents in color by going out of their way, or bringing fresh towels to the pool area even when we were just sitting outside.
Breakfast was great, and the staff there, especially one lovely lady, made every morning better with her positive energy. Also, the 24/7 coffee machine in the lobby was a big plus.
The hotel is very clean, well-maintained, and comfortable. Housekeeping did a great job throughout our stay.
If I had to mention anything, our ground-floor room faced the street, so we kept the curtains closed,but that’s really not a complaint, just a minor detail.
Overall, one of the best hotel experiences we’ve had in a long time. Also, people in Dallas are incredibly friendly, it made the whole trip even better.
