We love staying at this property and have stayed here for the last 4-5 years. The staff is always friendly and helpful. It's conveniently located near the beach and the shopping. The breakfast is excellent with a lot of great options!
The rooms are always clean and mostly comfortable. My only complaint on the beds is the couch pull-out. The pad/mattress on it is very thin and it's really uncomfortable. We had to go buy a pad at the store to make it easier to sleep on. They also forgot to stock the toilet paper and towels this time, so we had to go ask for more.
Other than that, the view of the river and town is lovely and the amount of space you get in the rooms with the separate living area is great for a bigger family. The kids really like having a TV of their own to watch, while we have one in the bed area :)
We had a wonderful stay again this year and will definitely be coming back!

This property is clean with a friendly and helpful staff. It's only a 5 to 10-minute walk to the beach. It's situated just off the main street where all the restaurants and shops are located. The room has a microwave and a small fridge; we had plenty of space for our snacks and drinks. I would stay here again for the money we paid. :)

We had a great stay here! The property was very clean and felt updated. One of our favorite features was the outdoor patio with a fire pit—it was such a relaxing place to unwind. Our room had a balcony/patio overlooking the river, which was incredibly peaceful and perfect for enjoying coffee and a good book.
The beds were big and extremely comfortable, and we loved that the pool is open 24 hours, with adult-only hours after 10 PM—such a nice bonus.
We did have a small issue with the tub, but the staff handled it right away. Maintenance was in our room within minutes and fixed it immediately. Everyone we interacted with was friendly and helpful.
The area is very quiet, yet still just a few blocks from the beach and the main strip, which made it really convenient.
We would definitely stay here again!

Went to enjoy a 5 day stay which turned into 4 days. The staff was nice but our room was very dirty. We understand they don’t service rooms as often anymore so as we got to our last night we finally asked for them to service our room and get us some clean sheets. Our kiddos had spilt their drink on the sheets and our bedding needed a change. It was visibly dirty. The gal told us she needed us out of the room to do so and she brought her vacuum and supplies. Never vacuumed, never changed the bedding but one top blanket. Pulled back the sheets to see they were still dirty. We then just packed our stuff and left. I shouldn’t have to ask them more than once for a service just for it to not get completely done. We even left our room for almost an hour from when we asked for the service and yet it couldn’t be completed. I would have gladly made it myself but instead our sheets and blankets were left dirty and we took our own garbage out and just left. At that point I wasn’t even going to ask for a refund as it was irritating enough. We come to seaside often and next time I’ll have to stay elsewhere.

The staff was welcoming, room was great, loved the pool/hot tub.

Only slight complain is I could hear people upstairs and in the hallway. Probably the noisiest hotel I’ve been in, but wasn’t the end of the world. Not like there’s anything the staff can do about it, it’s how it was built.

Other than that, I’d recommend staying here. It’s walking distance to everything.

Only thing was that on the second day they ran out of breakfast items and the pool was closed for maintenance so my kids were not able to swim before the checkout time which was disappointing since that was one of the main reasons we stayed where they had a pool . Might be good to do the maintenance at night so the pool is available.

Overall, this was a good stay. The staff were lovely and very personable, and the continental breakfast was good. Our room left something to be desired as it seemed a bit outdated and smelled of mildew (which might be par for the course at the coast) however we did hear that there may be renovations coming soon. The location was optimal for getting around seaside and overall would stay there again.

We stayed at Holiday Inn Express Hotel & Suites Seaside-Convention Center and overall were satisfied with our experience. The location is very convenient — close to the convention center, within walking distance to the beach, and with cafés and shops nearby. This is a big plus, especially if you’re not traveling by car.

The room was clean and spacious, with a comfortable bed and good soundproofing. We appreciated having a microwave and a refrigerator, which is convenient for both short and longer stays. Housekeeping was done regularly, and the staff were polite and helpful.

We were traveling for business, I picked this hotel because it was close to our project and included breakfast. Check-in was great, very professional and helpful. There was a predicted storm hit the area and we lost power at midnight. There was not a lot of people staying there but when we worked our way down the very dark hall with no safety lighting and dark stairs to the desk no one was there 2 woman sitting in lounge chairs having coffee delivered to them. We ask where the staff was and one said they were. There were nothing for guests not even can we help you. After going back to room and packing we came down and said they needed to put something out for the hotel guests, fruit, pastries anything. We went to another hotel for coffee. She finally did put out a couple things since we asked. The customer service that morning was horrible and unprofessional. The hotel had no flashlight to offer or safety light in halls and stairwells. The staff or at least a few didn’t care or needed some training. Winters can be harsh and they will probably loose power again, hopefully they will be more prepared and have staff trained. Otherwise I can’t recommend them.

Not going to lie the room was pretty dirty, there was hair all over the shower and random stains on the bedding which isn’t something I care about to much just the hair thing grossed me out. Also we were having lots of problems with key card, as soon as we checked in we immediately noticed only one of the cards we were given worked. The next day both cards were not working and we had to go up and down the elevator multiple times until the manager had to come up with us to our room to figure out why our key cards weren’t working, turned out they only activated our cards for one night :/, other than that it was really nice, we loved the breakfast and unlimited coffee and hot coco!

The front desk person ignored me for 9 minutes while I was standing there at the counter to check in. Not even a smile or a nod while he was completing a phone call. Also, desk staff guy was wearing a hoodie and sweats, no name tag that I could see, and I wasn't sure if it was the right person to talk to. The hot tub didn't work correctly because the controls were broken. The only elevator to the 4th floor was a service elevator in a room off of the main hallway. We shared it with the big housekeeping carts. The shower leaked water out the bottom. There was a doorstop on the floor in the middle of the room entrance hall, perfect for stubbed toes and bumped heels in an \"accessible\" room. The breakfast utensils were the flimsy breakable plastic ones that didn't even stand up to scrambled eggs. This was the most expensive hotel on our trip and we chose it to have our last night be special. It had more problems than any of the other Oregon motels we chose from Oxford Suites or independents. The location was nice. Thank you.
