The staff were amazing from questions at booking to check in an checking out.
Even though we were close to the highway it was very quiet, the people in the morning woke us up above us but that's normal. They wanted to get up and get going also. breakfast was okay normal for continental breakfast. Will stay here again bed was really comfortable

Continental breakfast area was not the cleanest. Juice machine had slime on it. So did not drink or eat the food. Stand up mirror in room was not straight. Staff that checked us in/out was super nice. Management needs to go through all rooms and make sure everything is ok. They need to make sure the eating area/machines is cleaned daily for health reason. Plenty of parking. Overall it was okay.

The parking felt safe and easy. The mattress was super firm, which is what works best for my husbands back. It was awesome to find a place that we can go back to that will not mess up my husbands back. The staff was super sweet, funny, and respectful. I am so glad we got to interact with them. Our room was clean. We didn't get up early enough for breakfast, so I cannot comment on the quality, but it seemed they offered quite a bit just seeing the breakfast area.

I booked the room for three nights to write. While the room had a desk, it had no obvious place to plug in the laptop. I had to move the fridge, unplug the coffee maker from an extension cord to work. The next day, the fire alarm kept malfunctioning and a strobe light flashed in the room, making it impossible to work or sleep. I then tried connecting to the internet, which worked fine the previous night, but it wouldn't connect. My laptop described it as unsafe even after restarting. I gave up and figured I'd forfeit two nights of lodging (nonrefundable booking) and go home to work, but hopped in the shower first. The water wouldn't warm up. I left the keys with the receptionist. Then, the next day, I saw a $44 charge on my credit card! I called to ask about it and was told it was for early cancellation. They already received payment for three nights when I stayed only one. I demanded a refund, but they said I had to talk to a manager. I received a text the next day about the still-malfunctioning fire alarm. I responded with a demand for that charge to be removed and noted that I have video of that obnoxious strobe light making my stay impossible. Finally, the removed the charge. Needless to say, I'll never make another non-refundable booking, and I'll never stay at Quality Inn again.

We neede them to clean the bathroom again after we checked in. Poop on the seat. Pillows are lumpy. Overall just a run down and dirtier feeling than I’m used to at other budget friendly hotel rooms. Breakfast didn’t have as much as usual either.

The best asset is the employees. They were efficient, courteous and friendly.Quality Inns probably have set rules and food planned for guests. Saturday and Sunday breakfasts were great. Monday, no eggs or sausage Pattie’s, no hot water for oatmeal, otherwise very good.

This hotel is located on the edge of Seaside , on the main road and is an easy , short drive into the city center . The facility is clean and the beds are wonderful !! The price is very reasonable, esp. when compared to the bigger , fancier hotels that sit on or nearer to the beach . It depends on what you are willing to pay or can afford . After a day exploring , walking on the beach, shopping and eating at a restaurant, when I return to my room , I am ready to turn in for bed ! I don't need to spend $300 to $500 a night for an ocean view. The Quality Inn gives you a nice clean room with a great bathroom and a comfortable bed. The tv is not huge . The breakfast is adequate but not fancy . Heck, you can drive to a nearby restaurant , if you want fancy ! The staff is very friendly ! I like staying at this Quality Inn . Yes, I recommend it .

The QI was a great and convenient place for us to stay for the weekend on the coast. My husband uses a wheelchair and benefits from
all of the accessible features of the ADA room. What would have made this stay 5 stars is the following: lower bed (mattress sits super high and he could not transfer in and out independently) and a longer, more flexible shower head hose- the plastic hose was difficult to manage and not long enough to reach the back of the tub. Overall we enjoyed the waffles and the hospitality!

We booked the junior suite with one queen bed. The photo online showed a larger room with a comfy chair in the corner. Our room was too small to accommodate that chair and did not have one. We saw the room next to ours being cleaned and it looked like the one online. Not sure why ours was smaller but it was quite close for 2 people. It was nice and comfortable and I suppose adequate. The breakfast was nice and we liked the location close to town.

This hotel offers a reasonable room rate compared to the prices of other hotels. You do not have an ocean view , but when I go to my room, I am tired and usually ready to go to sleep. The bed was very comfortable , the bathroom very clean and the air conditioning worked ! Personally I would like a better quality of toilet paper but I guess costs have to be kept lower somewhere ! LOL So bring your own if you are picky about the toilet paper !! All in all, this is a good value at a good price.

Elevator issues

The room was nice. The worst thing was that they did maintenance on the elevator at 1:00 PM and we were on the 2nd floor. My husband and I both have hip/leg issues so the stairs were a challenge. Then when we came back to the hotel there was no sign that the elevator wasn’t to be used so we tried it and used it, when we went to leave again about 20 min later it wouldn’t work and found out they were still working on it when we got downstairs. It still wasn’t working when we arrived back later that evening.

I highly recommend the Quality Inn at Seaside if you're ever in the area and you're looking to explore the other beaches. It is close enough to the other businesses & restaurants at Seaside and is a short 15 minute drive away from Ecola State Park if you're in the mood for a hike. The staff at the Inn were extremely helpful - they are the main reason I'd consider staying at this Inn if I am ever in this area again.

We came into Seaside from Portland very early (11:30am)..knowing check in was 4pm, on a whim popped by the Inn hoping they might have a room ready within a few hours. The staff was extremely accommodating, friendly and efficient. They got us into a perfect King room right then! They answered calls right away and were fast as lightning with any requests. Every member of the team was as pleasant as could be. The bed was so cozy and a this price point, we were over the moon satisfied. Thanks ladies!
