Everything with the property was good and it was on the beach side. The check in process is not good at all. We arrived at the hotel and there is no one working there. No office. So we were looking back at our booking notes and there was no mention of how to get into your room. We walked around a bit and there was a note hanging by the stairs that instructs guest to go to another location a couple miles away to pick up the room key. There is no message during the booking process to tell you this and we literally drove by the key pick up location on the way to the property. We saw a family with a kid sitting there at the property trying to figure this out and they had to do the same thing. As did a number of other people. A simple note during the booking process would solve this.

Pros: Gorgeous views, very cute and cozy. Fireplace, tiny balcony with great view of the ocean. Place felt very clean. It's on the promenade, so close to the beach. There's also a gorgeous outside area to sit with chairs and Benches with good ocean views on the prom.

Cons: you have to drive to another location to get the key and sign papers. This is very frustrating, especially when getting in late. I had to call the office for the code. When I got there, the lady had the worst customer service. She was dry, flat, and just rude. I had to call again for one more thing, so mean. It's too bad, because that was our first impression of the place. Also. There is a huge hole in the sidewalk by the parking lot that is very dangerous, someone could break a leg if they stepped in it. There's an attempt to cover it, but it's not working.

4 stars for having to travel for the keys, and the dreadful service.

Overall, it was cute and clean with great views, we would stay again.

They are u def massive construction and charging very high prices. It wax frustrating. The rooms they had were the old gross Shilo inn rooms. And I mean Che k the beds for bed bugs kind.

Overall the experience wasn’t great, the staff checking us in was not friendly at all checking us in felt more like a burden to them than anything. Then we got to our hotel room the paint was peeling off the wall in the bathroom and the screen door was broken so we couldn’t use the balcony with our fear of breaking the door. Overall the cleanliness of the room was good it’s just lacking maintenance. The view was amazing but was overlooked by everything else

One fine spot aside the Prominade, the beach and an easy walk to spots in Central Seaside. Room was comfortable, clean and with amenities to support a comfortable stay. I hope to stay here again sometime in the future.

Location was good. I liked that it wasn’t as busy as the South end of the promenade. If you want to get to that side it is not a very far walk to grab food.

Parking seemed fine, but 15 minutes before checkout a thief stole my rear tire of my bicycle that was locked on the outside, back rack of our vehicle. We were all packed up, just went back into the room to round up the kids. Your things, car, anything outside your car is not SAFE here.

I did reply via text about possible video surveillance that the property might have but no response. I could have called, but thought no one is going to care about my stolen rear tire of my bike. Probably $50 to replace. Didn’t know Seaside is ghetto. Probably not going to bring my bike again.

I chose this property thinking since it was smaller and further away from town that it would be a peaceful weekend getaway for my husband and I to celebrate our anniversary but instead we were placed in a bottom suite right on the parking lot. It was so noisy with alot of people stomping and running up the stairs and walking so loud right above us and not to mention lots of kids as well. We couldn’t even keep any of the curtains open to get some of the sunshine that came out because everybody and their mom were looking right into our suite and we even had people knocking on the door thinking that we were the main office and we even placed the privacy please notice on the outside of the door. Also kitchenette was way too tiny and fridge was too tiny and reeked of fish so we couldn’t even put our beverages in there. There was no hairdryer either so I had to wait forever for my hair to dry after my shower to be able to leave outside in the 40 degree weather. The bed was way too mushy and sunken in the middle with no support. Definitely need to rotate or replace the mattress in suite 107. The sheets smelled weird too like they’re not bleaching them when washing them. The spa tub was great except the headrests on both sides were missing the little cushions like they show on their advertisement photo. The shower didn’t have much pressure at all either.

We stayed in a queen spa room that had a partial view of the ocean. The view was from the front seating area, so it was perfect to sit in the chair and stare at the ocean. Next time we want to get a full view, facing the ocean so we can open the window and hear the waves. The room was pretty clean except for the obvious missed vacuuming behind the front sitting area chairs (there were small pieces of candy). The pull out couch was comfy enough for my 5 year old. She loved how big the TV was. The spa tub is a great oversized soaking tub, but not what i was looking for as far as a jetted tub. We wont be picking the spa rooms again. The jets didn't reposition well to be able to enjoy them in a massaging way. Again, this would make for a great soaking tub though! We loved that we could walk out from the hotel and be a mere feet from not only the Promenade walking path, but to a beach access entrance. It was quiet and not overcrowded with other visitors (this is end of February). The parking for the hotel is TIGHT, so dont plan to drive a very large vehicle like a few of the guests did which made parking difficult for us even with our small sedan car. The room, overall, was nice and worth the price. We had a broken closet door but it didnt keep us from using it. The gifted taffy was a very thoughtful touch.

Honestly upon arrival everything seemed fine we didn’t unpack much and went straight to dinner. Once we got back to climb into bed we noticed our sheets were
In terrible conditional in both beds stained and then the pull out bed had no sheets but once we located those in the closet they were stained as well and looked to have mouse turds on pull out mattress. When calling the sister property as you check in to a different location and not the actual property your staying at it was absolutely awful. Women who I won’t name basically told me to figure out a new place to stay and to be out in 15 minutes or no refund. Then once we got out told me I could not drop the keys anywhere on site and that I needed to drive to another location to leave keys or again no refund. Once I arrived there she explained that she understood me wanting to leave but that it’s really not her problem to deal with and that someone would reach out to me Sunday mind you this was a Friday. I did speak with a person Saturday morning and she was nice but all in all a terrible experience.

This was a very nice welcoming hotel room. The bed was comfortable and I like the separation from the bedroom from the bathroom the sunk in tub was great. View was great. It was quiet despite the stormy weather which was so awesome to watch from my windows. The property was very nice great location and the amenities were great. Beach aspect was great. But had to go about 4 miles away to an affiliated hotel to get access. And the clerk must have clumped all renters in one end of the small facility for housekeeping purposes. And with paper-thin walls and floor/ceilings for sound you heard EVERY STEP AND SNORE AND DOOR AND TV ! So glad I only stayed one night! Can only imagine when full in high summer season (I was there in December) ps I even have a hearing deficit and could hear everything without my aids)

My stay was good. Only a couple of things. I booked a room with a tub but must of been given the ada room. It was fine since I was only there 1 night. The shower didn't have a lot of pressure. The one thing that really bothered me was the housekeeper knocking on my door at 930. There wasn't a do not disturb sign. However they could of checked the parking lot to notice I was still there.

Room did not have AC (we are from Texas) but we left the sliding door open and it made it comfortable. Room had fireplace and small heaters in the wall. We had a bottom floor room. About 10 units in total so not a big complex. Room had a view of ocean even with Sand dunes in front. Room overall clean. Needs a couple updates and replacements such as the wall heaters and screen door. Had new flooring vs carpet which was nice. Shower had plenty of pressure. Cleaning staff refiiled our coffee area and brought fresh towels without having to request it. On bottom floor so could hear a little walking and toilet flush. But not a distraction. Had a nice walk out deck with sitting areas for views. About 5 minute walk to downtown on the promenade which us just outside the building. Overall quite. Location is good. Beds were a little firm but slept fine. Couch was clean and had a table to sit enjoy dinner and views. Internet lagged at times but not annoying and not there to watch T.V. anyways. Internet was secure which is good. Check in was easy and quick, though checkin was a about a mile away and not at the building itself. Check out easy as well. Overall enjoyed our stay here and would stay again when coming back to Seaside.

The garbage in our room was not emptied for the guest before us. Beach view was great from our room. Parking was a bit tight here as well.
