Staff was very friendly and extremely helpful. My review is based on my experience in my room which was freezing for most of my stay. Staff gave me an extra blanket but took it away the next day. As a female staying in a mixed dorm, I won’t do it again because I had some weirdos as roommates.

It was my first time staying in a hostel. Apparently, I made reservations for a coed dorm. I was the only woman with 5 men for the first 3 days of my stay. It all went well. The staff were courteous and helpful. The room was cleaned well by the female cleaning person but not so well by the male cleaning person. It was in a great location across the street from a train station and around the corner from a food mart. I enjoyed the energy and atmosphere. If you needed snacks or an adapter for your electronics, you could purchase it from the vending machines. Nice place!

피렌체 메인역은 아니지만 역앞에 바로 있어 찾기 쉬워요 버스타거나 숙소앞 역에서 기차타면 시내로는 어렵지 않게 갈수 있어요. 이 숙소는 유럽 전역에 있어서 많이 이용한 편입니다. 남들과 섞여 자는 것이 아니라면 괜찮아요.

Importante informar que es un hostel infantil. Ya que pueden entrar niños y para nuestra mala experiencia un hotel de viajes de estudio en el cual estaba lleno dé grupos de preadolescentes haciendo desastres, juegos, gritos en los pasillos del hotel. Cuando para eso están las zonas comunes.
Fueron dos noches donde dormir y descansar no fue posible. Por todo lo demás bueno!
