Service was amazing, all of them were very patient and helpful. I forgot my passport when checking out.. they realized it and texted me on what’s app right away. Fortunately I was still waiting for Uber outside. Really enjoyed this hostel, lots of fellow young travellers, showers and common room nice and clean, bedrooms comfortable but could do with updating. The only thing is that there is only a microwave and not a stove, not the best for guests who want to cook their own food but overall great stay, staff were nice.

The hotel is locked up like a prison. Security gates for the main entrance and car park made us feel like we were in a very unsafe part of town. No cutlery at all for the kitchen, no washing liquid or dish clothes. We were told if the kitchen wasn’t left immaculate we would be charged €50 for cleaning. There wasn’t anything to clean it with. Pool towels cost extra. No deck chairs for the pool. Clean rooms, staff were friendly. A weird vibe with security gates and nothing close in the neighbourhood to walk to E.g supermarkets or restaurants. Five minute walk to the train station to get to Milan center

Hostel 35 mins away from main atractions, not really worth to catch a bus. Shops and take away just round the corner. Hostel accept groups under 18 so not really happy with a noise or space in the eating area.

Helpful staff, room was basic but clean. We always had hot water and the shower pressure was strong. Toilets were fine, just could do with a few minor repairs (flickering lights, new toilet seat). Breakfast was good for those on a budget, only 5€ and could help yourself to a selection of pre packaged pastries, cereal, ham, cheese and toast. A variety of hot drinks and cold, soy milk was also available. Only thing I would have wanted would be a selection of fruit as well. Although it is outside of the centre we walked to and from the hostel every day, only took us about 25 minutes. If walking isn’t your thing though there is a regular bus across the road outside and you can buy tickets from the newspaper seller who opens early. Didn’t really hear any of the other guests in the evening, slept well. Overall a pleasant stay.

Nice Stay with Room with a view

Our stay was very good. Our room had a nice view of Florence. It was clean and spacious. Surroundings are full with restaurants, super shops etc. People at the receptions are also very nice, helpful and friendly. The only thing was little bit annoying was the internet, it was not working properly the whole time our stay for 5 nights. Should have been fixed. Otherwise it was a pleasant stay and definitely recommended.

Good, basic accommodation within walking distance (~30 mins) of the historical city center of Firenze. Well connected via public transport to the main station (SMN Firenze) by the nearby bus stop and the train station.
The staff was friendly and our room was clean.
They offer breakfast buffet for €5 and dinner buffet for €7.
Areas of improvement: There was an unpleasant smell of mold in the bathroom. The fan in our room became very noisy after having been turned on for a couple of hours, waking us up multiple times per night.
Overall I would say that this accommodation is good value for money.

The building is old. It has a lift, which is slow and sounds worn out. An attempt has been made to modernise by adding an ensuite to the room in which we stayed, but there isn’t enough space and it is the tiniest shower ever. Regarding the shared kitchen facilities, the fridge is a disgrace, overflowing with food going off. I know that is the fault of inconsiderate hostel guests, but the hostel management really should clean up and look after the facilities or not provide them at all. There is no water in the kitchen, have to fill the kettle from the public toilet hand basin, and no cloths to wash up anything. Located out of town , but centre is easily reached by bus or walking.

this hostel was much better than i expected it would be! front desk people were very kind&helpful, room was clean and breakfast was decent. at the evening beer and sangria was only 1 euro which was nice, and the supermarket is right next to the hostel. the only bad thing was the location, you have to walk 30-40 minutes to reach duomo.

I had a wonderful time here. I was in a four bed mixed dorm, and it was surprisingly spacious and super clean and fresh. They provided sheets, pillow, blanket and even a towel. I've never been to a hostel that gives a towel! It was so nice! It's further out from city center, but if you're familiar with Florence and the bus system, it's no problem at all.

Thus us my very favorite hostel in Firenze. They've recently remodeled and the rooms are freshly painted and now include lockers. The bathers are updated as well and there are separate make/female showers. Yay!

Great value, good facilities, more than I'd expect to get for a hostel. Regularly cleaned. Sizeable locker (bring your own padlock). Was in a four-bed female room, but only one other occupant (it wasn't peak season), who'd been there three weeks while looking for a student room and was happy with it. Friendly, helpful staff. Spacious. Seems part of the adjacent church/convent type building, so not modern but has character. Area seems fine, a few options in the mini-supermarket nearby and good transport connections to the centre.

Directions were poor but once we got there....what a pleasant surprise. We arrived 5 minutes before happy hour ended and got our beers for a €1. Beautiful building, tranquil setting as befits a monastry. Free wi-fi and free calls abroad. Hostel like rooms but pleasant. We had an en-suite room but enough communal toilets and showers. It' a pity we stayed for one night only.

The hotel was really nice and only about30 minutes from the city centre. Would have scored higher on facilities and comfort but the morning I left there was a water leak and the rooms are just so hot during the night that most rooms left their doors open to let some air in.
Make sure you bring some mosquito spray during the summer months and some ear plugs if you struggle to sleep with noise.
Taxi from the airport was about €25 and the same on the return.

Old convent or asylum?

The front desk staff was so friendly and helpful. The girl working the bar was way less than that, she was so busy sitting off somewhere talking to her friends that long lines accumulated and then she got frustrated when finally decided to deal with them all. The place itself was bad, next to the smaller train station but far from the center of town. We found it easiest to just take a train for one station to another for like a euro. The fan in the room was really confusing, we were there in the summer but couldn't figure out the fan till we had been roasting in our room for a couple hours. I wish they would of given us the option to not have our room cleaned every day. Overall cheap price and not that bad. Would go again if I absolutely had to.

Ok hotel for the price.

My wife and I stayed at this hotel for two nights. We got the room with the bathroom, and while it was clean, the room was very small and the bathroom was even smaller. There was no A/C in the room and the windows didn't have any screens on them, I woke up with mosquito bites all over. Lastly, there was lots of noise coming in my window from the lobby area. Between that and the mosquitos, I couldn't get a good nights rest.

L’emplacement est calme et à proximité des arrêts de bus, ce qui est très pratique. Il y a aussi un espace extérieur agréable pour s’asseoir, travailler ou lire. La serviette est fournie, ce qui est appréciable.

En revanche, dans la chambre partagée, les rideaux ne ferment pas complètement, ce qui fait qu’on peut voir et être vu, donc peu d’intimité. La lampe de chevet ne fonctionnait pas et j’ai même trouvé la poubelle de la cliente précédente dans l’étagère de mon lit, juste à côté de la lampe. La salle de bain n’était pas vraiment propre.

PT-BR ótimo Hostel. Na minha viagem nas outras cidades que visitei na Itália (Milão, Roma, Napoli) fiquei nos da rede Ostello Bello, mas esse não fica devendo pra eles muita coisa. O que podiam melhora é em questão de ter cozinha que pode usar ter fogão. Já na questão do banheiro não ter quarto isso uns podem achar bons outros ruíns, pois banheiro no quarto faz barulho. Mas comparando esse Hostel também tem uma boa localização, com umas 3 linhas de ônibus ligando-o à estação central do Trem Italia/Italo Intercidades.

入り口に広いテラスがあり、くつろげました。
６人のドミトリーに泊まりましたが、カーテンなどはないため、周りが気になりました。
コインランドリーがありWASH&DRYで10ユーロでした。
有料で、夕飯、朝食つけられます。
若いかたから年配まで多くの利用者がいらっしゃいました。

Das Zimmer sah kein bisschen aus wie auf den Fotos. Es war klein, schmutzig und laut was für einen Preis von 130€ schon anders zu erwarten wären. Gegen einen Aufpreis von 145€ haben wir ein anderes Zimmer bekommen welches dem Gesamtpreis von 275€ nicht annähernd gerecht wurde. Wenig Auswahl beim Frühstück und auch die Gegend in der sich das Hotel befindet ist sehr heruntergekommen

Paikka oli mukava ja hyvällä paikalla. Huone oli ihan ok ja siisti, mutta kylpyhuone haisi pahalta ja oli todella kostea. Kylpyhuone oli selvästi rakennettu huoneeseen jälkeenpäin ja ilmanvaihto ei varmasti ollut kovin hyvä.

Por un precio razonable para esta ciudad, el alojamiento ofrece amplias habitaciones, reformadas con un estilo industrial, baño privado, internet... además ofrece la posibilidad de por un extra de 5€ un desayuno tipo bufé bastante amplio, que merece la pena, teniendo en cuenta los precios de la calle

Nos dieron una habitación en una planta que estaba en obras.
A las 7 30 de la mañana ya estaban los obreros haciendo ruido y gritando.
Llamamos dos veces a recepción e hicieron caso omiso.
Hicimos el check out antes de tiempo por esta incomodidad.
En cuanto a la habitación tenia buena relación calidad precio.
