It has what you want, decent pool, breakfast buffet, parking. Pool hours not great, food not great, parking was ok.

The real downside to this place is noise, it's SO noisy, I could hear ppl in the bathroom. I don't mean pipes or water. I could hear farting and such through the wall. The doors, exterior stairs, cleaning carts. It was so noisy, 24 hours a day. Brutal I just can't recommend this place

Pool empty and no bar

We booked this as a base for the Europa league final, due to it having a pool and pool bar, on arrival found the pool to be drained, and no bar open, the rooms and hotel in general are tired, I paid €7 for breakfast one morning, boiled egg, scrambled egg, Spanish bacon and tomatoes were the only options, other than bread, cheese and one cold meat, the scrambled egg was crunchy and bacon inedible, there isn’t much in the small town either and the only realistic transport into Seville was a taxi @€30 each way, if the pool was open we could have made the most of our stay, but sadly we weren’t informed it would be drained

Very disappointed and won't be staying there again

Very disappointed. Room was freezing cold, even though I had the heating on full blast at 30 degs. It's called the 'Jardin de la Reina' but I didn't even see one blade of grass, let alone a garden! Nowhere to walk the dogs either. Only a buffet on offer in the dining room, so we went to a local bar in the village for dinner. Won't be staying there again.

was dissapointed that there was no restaurant available for dinner, they were very vague about when it would be open and not very forthcoming about restaurants in the area. There is not much to see in the area, a 30 minute walk and you have seen it all.

Good for the value

The hotel was in a very remote location, but it was nice! The room was clean, bur the bed was ok in comfort. The hotel appeared old, but our view of an orchard was nice and relaxing. I liked the quiet. For the price we payed it was good and also the hotel shuttle bus to downtown Sevilla to see Feria was very nice.

Hotel de La Reina - Meals

The meals in the hotel were of very low standard. The first evening there the meal was OK but then there were many Spanish at the hotel who we think demand a high standard. From then on the meals were poor; overcooked chips, tough baked potato, tough meat, breakfast items swimming in oil, etc. My wife and I have lived in and visited Spain many times. We like Spanish cookig but this was bad. The hotel accomodation is reasonable. If you stay there, try the bar restaurant about 200m down the road on the right; meals quite good and resonably priced.

good hotel

conveniently located on the outskirts of Sevilla in a peaceful neighborhood, thsi hotel looks almost like a typical American motel. The beds were kind of old and rooms were dark, but we only needed them to sleep, since we spent most of our time in Sevilla, so we did not care how the rooms were, as long as they were clean, quiet and safe.

My wife and I do not recommend Jardin De La Reina to anyone looking for a hotel in the Seville area. The first room we went to smelt like smoke, so we asked for another room. The second room reaked of dirty rags and mildew, but was 'covered' by some sort of fragrance. This just made it worse. The location was far from the Seville, and it was difficult to find. The two nights/days we stayed in Seville were tainted by the poor quality of the hotel. One good thing about the place is that it has free wifi, and dinner was very good.

Todo hay que valorarlo según el precio que se paga... Pero también hay que ver lo que se vende, entonces... Valorando un alojamiento de 3 estrellas, la chica de la recepción atenta y muy simpática la verdad que sin pegas, el aparcamiento en la instalación también sin problema ninguno, en la habitación es donde vienen las sorpresas... Alojamiento bastante antiguo, no es un drama,, las camas eran bastante blandas, tampoco es nada malo, es solamente cuestión de gustos, pero el baño... La ducha sucia, con azulejos rotos y diría que hasta cortante, manchas en el suelo al rededor del WC, los vasos de plástico por lo que se ve los reciclan, ya que uno estaba mojado por dentro y el otro con un bichillo dentro del plástico... Por otro lado el buffet por 3€ la pareja estuvo muy bien, no se puede pedir más, pero la habitación... Un poco de reforma si que le haría falta y le vendría bien.

The main hotel was in a modern lovely looking building, but the accommodation was buildings surrounding that where old and desperately needed renovation everything was about 30years old and tired. I stayed in a room with 2 single beds one matress was new and very comfortable the other was very old with the springs making a very uncomfortable night.
This place is at most 1 star no way could it be 3 as advertised

Trato inmejorable

El hotel está muy bien, actualmente lo están reformando ya que eran las antiguas casas de los trabajadores de la Expo y no se había hecho nada en 30 años, estoy segura de que mejorarán las pequeñas carencias o defectos que pueden surgir en estos momentos.
La ubicación es muy buena y la conexión con el aeropuerto y Sevilla centro es excelente
El personal amabilísimo, íbamos para una noche y nos quedamos la segunda por el buen trato.

REPERIRÍA SIN PROBLEMA

El hotel en general está muy bien. Aunque los baños se vean antiguos, la limpieza era correcta, la cortina de baño parece nueva y lo demás ningün problema. Las camas muy cómodas y la limpieza en la habitación perfecta. Una noche cenamos en el buffet y había cosas mejores y otras peores, pero en general te apaña y le daría un 7. El personal amable. Total, q sí q recomendaría este hotel.

La atención en general ha sido muy buena, el proceso de Check In, el café-bar en recepción, la limpieza de la habitación, el desayuno la mañana siguiente, todo ha sido genial…

Hemos estado en el hotel una noche para el concierto de AC/DC. Todo muy bien. Hubo un pequeño problema en la reserva de la habitación por internet que en la recepción solucionaron inmediatamente y a la perfección. Làstima que la piscina no estuviera disponible. El hotel recomendable y funcional a una distancia adecuada para visitar Sevilla.

Lo peor, la insonorización de la habitación nula. Tenía una puerta que comunicaba con otra habitación inapropiada hoy en día. Demasiado ruido por grupos de niños y adolescentes. Deberían separar a los huéspedes para poder descansar.
La bañera muy alta inadecuada para personas con cierta edad.
Aconsejable poner una asidero o agarradera.

Muito barulho

O quarto estava limpo, mas as camas não eram muito confortáveis. Também tivemos dificuldade para dormir por causa do barulho de outros hóspedes e de um cachorro que chorou por bastante tempo. Como nos hospedamos por apenas uma noite apenas para descansar no meio de uma viagem longa, infelizmente, não foi uma boa experiência, já que não foi possível descansar adequadamente.

Une bonne et belle adresse

Situé dans une petite localité près de Séville, un hôtel très agréable, calme, qui dispose d'une belle piscine dans un joli jardin, ce qui est parfait pour se détendre après une journée de visite de Séville. Personnel souriant et aux petits soins,. Les chambres sont confortables et reposantes, le petit-déjeuner est complet et succulent, parking et wifi efficace viennent compléter les atouts de cet hôtel.

Un peu cher pour la prestation

En transit pour prendre le ferry à Algeciras, nous avons sélectionné c'est hôtel proche de l'autoroute. Les chambres sont pratiques : accès par l'extérieur avec possibilité de garer la voiture devant son premier. La chambre était propre mais avec une forte odeur de cigarette. La télécommande de la climatisation ne fonctionnait pas. Belle piscine, qui faisait oublier les 44° à l'ombre. Par contre, contrairement aux informations sur les sets de table, le restaurant n'est ouvert que de 21H à 22H et ce n'est plus en self service. Le petit déjeuner est correct mais sans plus. Le personnel est sympathique mais ne parle qu'espagnol.

El hotel, las habitaciones 515 y 519 lamentables es quedarse corto, lo mejor del hotel por decir algo la piscina, no muy grande pero bien, el bar de la piscina....servicio bien, limpieza 0 sobre 0, pedí una pepsi light y daba asco la lata, al entrar en la habitación 519 mal olor, al ir a utilizar el inodoro, había marcas de haber defecado y ni se indignaron a limpiarlo,la puerta del baño agujereada, pelos negros largos en la colcha de una de las camas y con mancha en las sabanas, el aire acondicionado no enfría correctamente, el techo del baño sucio y con agujeritos, la ducha no se ha limpiado desde que se puso con cal y sucia, el armario las puertas no funcionan y en la habitaciòn 515 la puerta del baño por dentro con una abolladura y la ducha tres cuartos de lo mismo......en definitiva de 3 estrellas nada de nada, ésto podría ser perfectamente un albergue, por todos éstos desperfectos documentados pondré una reclamación ante la Junta de Andalucía en Sanidad, es intolerable que ésto pueda funcionar así de ésta manera.

Poderia ter sido melhor

O local em si é bom, mas está mal cuidado, as luzes eram escuras, mesmo que não ter, não tinha um conforto adequado para um hotel, quartos um pouco deteriorado, o preço é agradável mas pequenos detalhes fazem a diferença, algumas coisas simples, mas que levam parecer com ar de descuido, talvez seja a pandemia. Os staffs são muito simpáticos.
Só tenho a reclamar dos pequenos detalhes, tal qual a água fria da torneira da pia e luzes quase queimando onde deixava o quarto escuro e com um clima triste, parecia um pouco com um asilo, mas espero em uma próxima testar novamente e os problemas estejam resolvidos.

A jouer son role sans plus

Complexe hotelier perdu dans une petite ville, bistro a proximité, route nationale directe pour se rendre a Séville, pas de bouchon et de circulation. C'est la raison pour laquelle nous y avons séjourné. Piscine très grande et nombreux transat de disponible, Bar de piscine également avec coin lounge. Accueil super et explication très claire a notre arrivée et départ.
Nous avons pris une chambre pour 4. Le séjour c'est bien passé, le seul bémol de cet hotel est son entretien en génaral, il y a quelques années ce complexe devait être au top et il a été laissé un peu de coté niveau entretien général néanmoins on voit que le personnel fait tout pour rendre notre séjour agréable. La salle de bain était vraiment moyenne, qualités des literies a revoir et petit déjeuner simplissime mais encore une fois vu le prix cet hotel a parfaitement joué son role.
Pour une nuitée ou deux pourquoi pas pour y passer un séjour il faudra y réfléchir avant.
