Everything was great.

I was falsely charged for nothing. It’s a fake charging property. Even a laundry shows $ 3 for laundry but was charged $5. Also, just for cleaning they charged $90. Very updat with the service.
Tess
Just a very nice hotel. Very enjoyable.

My wife and I were on vacation here from June 6th through June 13th. Our stay while there was absolutely incredible.
As the entire staff was very professional, very polite, very friendly and did everything they could to make our state great. I would highly recommend this hotel to stay at there was nothing that was not exactly the way it was supposed to be. The breakfast each and every morning was hot, fresh and a large variety of options to choose from from hot sausage, biscuits and gravy, scrambled eggs, waffles yogurt and fresh fruit and cereal. Thank you to the staff for my wife. And I for a great stay and hospitality we will definitely be back.

The night time general manager was very friendly and personable. She made sure we got the room we needed due to my daughter being in a wheelchair. I would stay here again.

Overall, it’s a nice clean hotel. We were on the third floor. During our stay the ice machine was down, not a huge deal but annoying. Water pressure was almost laughable. The mattresses were so hard. I’m not a little priss I like a firm bed, it’s a week later and I’ve still got a weird kink in my back. The pull out couch bed….just put the mattress on the floor, unless it’s a toddler then it’ll be ok! lol. Like I said overall a good enough hotel for a quick trip. Check in guy seemed in a hurry but he was nice enough.

The internet did not work despite my entering the room and name correctly. Tried contacting front desk, he had no idea how to help and told me he would contact someone and get back to me. Called back hours later; the phone rang only twice and stopped before I could even get to it. The water in the bathroom was either ice cold or scalding hot. The refrigerator unit made way too much noise and disrupted sleep. The woman at the breakfast bar demanded to know what room I was in and made me feel bad about my appearance.
Herbert
The Staff is always helpful and professional.

Karen
Super clean place, a good costumer service.
Jason
During check in and both nights the person at the front desk was gone for over an hour and people had to wait to check in. The AC in the room I was in wouldn’t go below 71 and it was pretty warm in the room even at night.
Christian
A very scary situation as we stayed only one night there. Police were called at this hotel for a violent couple fighting. We had our two year old with us and we were terrified at night, we did not get any sleep
Tymarkus
Good get away
Overall, the trip was amazing! The front desk staff was excellent—such a kind and welcoming group of people. The only downside was that the air conditioning wouldn’t go below 69 degrees, which made the room uncomfortably warm at night and affected our sleep due to it not saying on at night but during the day. I recommend this hotel.

Very nice hotel .

Fort Walton Beach is not asv nice and touristy as Destin or Miramar Beach or Panama City Beach, but you can't go wrong with Fairfield Inn and Suites by Marriott. They're usually very clean, well-maintained and well-managed. The pool was clean and the room was very clean and up-to-date. We had no complaints.
Katie

Room was not thoroughly cleaned. Staff acted as though we were inconveniencing them. When we checked in the front desk attendant gave me the bedding for the sofa bed. As a guest carrying up luggage I didn’t appreciate having to carry that up too. In the morning, coming down with our luggage on the cart, the maid refused to move her cart to let us through. I understand she has a job to do, but guests should always come first. Breakfast was gross too.
Kendra

All staff I encountered were very friendly, accommodating, and efficient. They have a small
grocery area that can be charged to your room, very awesome selection. The room was SO CLEAN. The TV was equipped with streaming capabilities, as well as regular TV. I was extremely excited to see that they provide a bath mat for the shower, cleaned and rolled up in the corner of the shower. It’s unheard of anywhere else. I would absolutely stay here again!

The property manager “Jay?” was excellent. Knowledgeable about the area, recommended places to explore and eat. He also helped his staff out and worked in different areas of the hotel. All staff has excellent customer service skills.
Sherry
very close to our relatives
MIKE
This may have been the first time ever that I stayed at a hotel and absolutely zero complaints. The free breakfast was insane, the room and the lobby were kept cold, everything was modern, free use of computers, 2 elevators, extremely comfortable beds and the staff was always interactive and friendly. Will definitely be back.
