After driving in the pouring rain- think can’t see the car in front of you- we finally arrived. The staff was super sweet when I got there and seemed like they valued us choosing their hotel. We got to our room and unloaded everything. Two little kids who had been cooped up in the car for six hours was a lot. They were jumping bed to bed to burn energy and popcorn got spilled EVERYWHERE. I went to the desk to ask for a broom to clean it up and has to assure that it was fine for me to sweep it bc my minions spilled it. The beds were so comfy. The linens were all clean and fresh. The parking lot was clean. The pool was open and clean. Overall it was a great stay. Probably one of my favorite hotels I’ve stayed in to date- and I drive my children SOMEWHERE every weekend to make memories.

I’ve stayed here before and Idk if it helps when deciding on booking or not but from this hotel it’s a 12 minute drive to Target if you turn right and drive down or it’s a turn left and you’re at Okaloosa Island in like 7. There’s a ton of cute shops nearby, Slim Chicken is exactly next door if that’s your thing (it’s not mine), and super convenient to everything. If you are traveling with small children and decide to go to the McDonalds know they take literally forever- 25 minutes on average- to get your orders together. It’s in the best area- you do have to turn right out of the lot and back left from the median.

Book it! I promise you’ll have a great time!

this is the dirties hotel I have ever stayed at in my 60 years of life. i have detailed videos, once we arrived at 2 am after driving for 11 hours I have to go out scouting for any place open to buy bed sheets and blankets as thier beds were covered by black mold and there was no reservations anywhere else at the time and I couldn't drive any further to look for another hotel.

The room was clean and all the outlets and hair dryer worked well. The shower water pressure was excellent. The problem was we didn't get clean towels the first day so had to ask and by the 4th day we when we got back to the room from being gone all day the bed hadn't been changed or trash taken out of room and when we told front desk they got us bedding which we then had to change ourselves and take the trash out as housekeeping wasn't around at 5:00 pm and front desk wasn't going to do it so it soured our stay for the week. We've never been at a motel/hotel where they didn't change your bedding for you every day unless you asked them not to. Housekeeping definitely needs improvement.

Although the staff wasn’t rude, they weren’t very inviting, just very bland. That I can deal with but we were not expecting to have other types of company. I can deal with cheap but not dirty. We weren’t even in the room 30 minutes before we were killing roaches and watching them crawl on the walls and floors. That was with the lights on too, we didn’t stay long enough to see how bad they got during the night. We went next door and got another room else where. Never even got to speak to the manager, staff kept telling us they’d be in but like I said we never spoke nor saw them. I really wish we would have taken pictures but we got out of there in a hurry.

This property needs to be not offered with any 3rd party booking. We booked 2 rooms
We found a baggy with what police officers tested & it was meth. We had to call the police because management asked us what do you want us to do about it. You can call the police if you want. That has nothing to do with us. This hotel is well known for prostitution & drug activity. We did not see this on the reviews as those are not posted. We had our 3 grandbabies- 5 & 3 yr old & 20 mth old. The front desk did not care. The clerk refused to give us her name & was not wearing a name tag. The owner of the property refused to speak to us. They also refused to refund our money so we could get another hotel. When they seen us packing our car the clerk walked up to us & asked how long was it going to take us to completely leave so they could post the rooms as available. I do not recommend this property at all.

I will NEVER be a cheapskate again...it was the cheapest hotel in town....I am disgusted and ultimately surprised that Days Inn would put their name on this rat trap....the Police were on property several times...I asked for \"non smoking\" yet the walls and lamp shades were disgustingly stained, our bed spreads had a combined 11 cigarette burns on them...the tiles around the tub were spray painted, the bathroom door would not close because it was dragging the floor, floor tiles had huge chunks missing, the frig and microwave were sitting on the floor (not in or on a cabinet)...NEVER-NEVER-NEVER again

The room was never touched while we were there. They could have at least swept the floor. We heard concerns about safety due to people that hang around the back pool area at night.
The bathroom door didnt even shut because it doesn’t fit.
The coffee downstairs was awe full and there was none in the room.
Certainly would not recommend.

Well first of all the staff was very rude immediately as I checked in. I had already reserved it on a third party app. The first night I was there I got locked out of my room and on the first time I went to the office they gave me another key the key they gave me didn't work so then I had to go back again and get that key. And then that happened again that night not only did I have to go to the office to get a replacement key but then the replacement he didn't work so I had to go there twice and the next day the exact same thing happened again I could. I could not get back into my room with my key so I went to the office ask for another key they gave it to me I tried the other key it did not work so I had to go back and get another key and that happened four times while I was there I was there two days. So then I had to just leave my door slightly open if I knew I was coming right back because I was afraid I'd have to run back and forth and back and forth and back and forth again. Very rude staff. I reported the incident to the front desk and all they could say was \"maybe you left your door open.\" I could never leave my door open, I'm way too careful for that.
