Upon arrival, I was greeted with a smile and kindness. Easy check in process. The perfect stay for families. 5 mins away from Target. Slim Chicken is a 1 minute walk from the hotel. 8 minutes away from the Okaloosa Pier.
Breakfast was well seasoned and plenty of variety. I loved the Hot Cakes machine. Check out was easy. Definitely coming back!

It’s ok location not too far from the beach not too far from all the manatees, but I loved every bit of it. I just wish it was on the ocean. But overall, it’s always hands-down with Holiday Inn express

Perfect
Our stay was perfect. The Hotel was clean, and our room was clean and smelled fresh. The staff was amazing. Shaula at the front desk was friendly and very helpful. Maria had breakfast hot and ready every morning which was delicious. Maria was constantly cleaning and was very helpful if we needed anything during breakfast. We had a great experience. We could not ask for anything better.

A nice Holiday Inn Express
Love this hotel because it is the only place to charge an EV on the Strip in FWB. Clean and serviceable! My go to hotel!

The hotel itself is very nice and comfortable. The staff was very friendly and even suggested some restaurants and places to visit during my stay.
SHANNON
Our stay was nice. Great location to the activities we wanted to participate in. The room was warmer than we’d like and housekeeping wasn’t great. I would choose to stay again, though. The overall experience was good.

Tina
Great stay
Loved it great place comphortable
Tamara
Nice stay. The ac was super cold, the room was clean, no excessively loud noises considering we were there for a holiday weekend. The breakfast was decent- kind of a miss for me, but thats only because I'm a vegan and there werent many options for my dietary restrictions. I wouldve liked to have seen some fresh fruit. Overall, it was a nice stay close enough to the beach, but far enough away to not be too noisy
DANIELLE
My reservation was canceled without giving me any notice

It’s ok. It not $200 worth
Older hotel that is clean but in the pics you cant see how they just painted the bath tubs and the room smells like mildew when you walk in to the room. Maybe ok fo4 like $100 a night but not more.

I called ahead of time and asked for a conference room area and was prepared to pay however, I was told I could use the meeting space without an additional charge since it would be for just 2 people - upon arrival, the desk clerk stated I could use the room but the next morning a different front desk clerk would not allow me to use the room stating it was \"the lead sales ladies room\" (which was not in use the entire time I was there) and when I asked if they had another space or could I continue to use my room she threatened to charge me for another day. All this to include, new furniture arriving for the (what seem to be) entire hotel. I would not even complain about the noise and inconvience but with the limited walkways and busting up boxes outside my door all evening but now I'm pretty upset about that also. Many other hotel options around and I will use a differnet one next time.

We stayed for only the evening and had to fly out early the next morning. My stay was great because there was a Slims Chicken just out front of the Holiday Inn

I highly recommend this hotel and would stay again
The stay for my wife and I was great. The room was nice though there were a few scrapes and wallpaper peeling off in the bathroom. The cleaning lady was nice and we got our message across, but she could not understand my plain English very well. The service at the front desk was top notch! All 4 people I talked to were exceptional in there listening and assistance with my requests. I asked if I could put unfrozen blue ice containers in a freezer for the night before I returned home so that I could use them for the trip back in my cooler. Without hesitation, Shalla put them in a freezer and I picked them up the next morning before checkout. Thank you for that! I requested a receipt be sent by email, but it has not shown up? Everything else was great! Thx again.
Dylan
The smoke alarm was going off all night and the person at the front desk did nothing about it. There were also dead roaches

I liked the location which is on the beach. There is also a pool and it's next to a beach bar/restaurant

Convenient to everything. The only issue I had was in the gym. Some guy came in the gym to work out and brough his 4 years old daughter who had to touch everything, including me.

One of our queen beds broke as soon as ine of our kids laid on it. When we tried to move it the whole bed came apart. The hotel
Moved us to a new room but the room had a bad smell. I told the front office and they gave me a spray bottle to spray in the room myself.
No apologies were given just faces made when we told them Of our ordeal. There was smell of marijuana around the property and an around the pool area where kids and other kids were swimming.

It was such a nice, modern room with so much space! It also smelled so good!

Great place to stay with amazing staff!
Staff is super friendly & even gave us a key card to use the laundry room after checkout. This was much appreciated as our wet towels from the beach would've made our ride home pretty smelly. THANK YOU so much for making sure our drive back home wasn't musty. 😜 The room, breakfast, & pool were amazing! Staff went above & beyond and were extremely courteous!
Bianca
Half acceptable
Room was comfortable and what we needed for a quick one night stay. The room however was not ready for us when we arrived. We had a room for 6 people. Only 4 sets of towels were in the room and there was no shower curtain to take a shower.
Rosetta
Joshua at the front desk was awesome, our 1st impression was impressive lol. He was very professional and personable! We enjoyed our meeting with him!
Lorraine
Overall, our stay was nice. Variety of choices for breakfast. The pool was closed for repairs, which was a little disappointing.
Savannah
Super easy check in. My room was ready so I was able to check in a little bit early. There is a snack corner right by the front desk with several drink and snack options. It’s kind of tucked in so you really have to be looking for it to see it. The pool is smaller but good if you have small kids. The location is convenient and easy to get in and out of. The room was super clean and and housekeeping came everyday. All in all great stay!
Bobby
Exceptionally clean and comfortable!
Katie
roaches everywhere. sheets hadn’t been changed. extremely rude manager. house keeping came into room even with a “do not disturb” hung on door. ended up stealing our clothes!! RUN

Excellent stay
The room was very nice and the service was excellent. I forgot something in my room after I checked out, so I called them and they picked it up from the room and kept it at the desk for me. They were very friendly and helpful.
Rolando
Awesome
Great location and friendly staff who made in checking easy and smooth. Great property.
Solange
New hotel, clean and quiet.
Karina
Russell
Customer service at the registration desk was great.
Paula
Great hotel 👍
We came to Florida for a family event. Our room was comfortable and clean. No complaints 👍
Stephanie
Not happy with the trip
We booked this hotel just for the indoor pool and spa and drove outta town for Christmas and we couldn’t enjoy our stay . Me and my family were very disappointed and the web site should have stated things were not in working order before people and families make reservations.
Sharon
The food was excellent. The room was spotless and the bed slept well.

Everything was pleasant. Even the breakfast that was served in the morning.
Maria
Me gusto la atención de el personal y la comodidad de la habitación

Young man at front desk was very polite. Perfect location for a one night stay. The restaurant “ the shack “ across the street was amazing and we were also able to watch the sunset from the dock. Very clean hotel!
