AVOID AT ALL COST. First off when we arrived to check in the lady working the front desk was rude as all get out. Reserved a 2 bed room with queen beds and apparently you have to pay extra $10 for bringing your kids. So if you’re staying with your kids then leave them in the car when you check in so they don’t charge you extra. Not sure why you should have to pay for kids that under 10 years old. Whether they was staying with us or not we still paid for a room that has 2 beds but had to pay extra for our kids that are under 10. So leave them in the car when you check in. On top of all that found a bug in the bed the one we stayed there. Just try and avoid unless you like being treated rudely and paying extra for your kids.

The parking when the hotel is completely sold out. It’s not the best! We had to park clear over in the overflow and walk a good distance to the room. There were no towels in our room. We waited four hours before we had to go up to the front desk to pick some up. Staff was stingy with the towels! There was an old man who was a housekeeper who was mean to my nephew, who was only 11 years old. There were a couple of nice ladies working out front. The stay was just ok

We booked this hotel on short notice. Although we arrived several hours early, we paid a $50 early check-in fee, which was acceptable given our need to shower and prepare for the day. The hotel offers basic amenities, including comfortable beds and a clean restroom—suitable for overnight stays. We primarily used the room at night and enjoyed the pool, which was well-maintained. Overall, our experience was positive, and we would consider booking this hotel again.

Room was just what we needed. I loved that this place is water front with the pool over looking the water. The restaurant to the right and the bar to the left of the hotel was an added bonus. Our room was cleaned every day with fresh towels provided. This was a pleasant surprise since most hotels do not provide daily room service anymore. The one thing we really did not like was their laundry facilities. There were 2 washers and dryers but only 1 washer said it was working but it could not handle a full load. They definitely need to update their laundry facilities.

The resort charged an additional fee to check in early (12:00). They also charged me an additional fee for my daughter. They only give you the number of towels to match your party. They also mentioned charging me for a towel due to makeup residue. I feel they definitely try to add any additional charge possible to your stay once you arrive.

Room was completely disgusting. Stains on the sheets and pillow cases. Mold around the bathtub drain and water spout. Stains on the carpet that looked like blood. Paint peeling off the walls and ceiling. Holes above electrical sockets. AC barely put off any cool air woke up numerous times during the night cause the room was hot. I did complain to the maintenance and front desk they wouldn't put us in another room and only made excuses for everything wrong. Definitely wasnt worth $200 a night

I paid $350 for a room at this hotel because I had no other choice (it was weekend) LOL but it wasn't worth it. The parking lot was neither paved nor lit, and there was trash everywhere. The Wi-Fi didn't work; we reported it, but the receptionist said there was nothing he could do. The rooms are small, and we were assigned a room on the third floor; we had to walk up because the elevator was on the other side of the building and wasn't worth using—plus, the A/C didn't work. I definitely made the wrong choice; I should have stayed at a motel.

Upon arrival, I heard a guest complaining about a wet smell in her room and she was asking for a new room. I heard someone in the back behind the desk yell yeah it’s wet because of the humidity outside. he just said it in a really nasty tone and that was my first impression. While checking in, I was given an exhaustive list of rules in a monotone voice by a girl that included no dogs no cooking and on and on. If you don’t follow the rules like being out of the pool on time we have a right to refuse service. I said OK and went to my room.. later, well past the time of the closing of the pool I was still hearing noise out there while I was trying to sleep. I called the desk and they said they would take care of it. It did get quiet for a while, but then again later, I heard noise and got woke up again. It was just annoying to hear this long exhaustive list of rules and then other people were not following the rules when it came to the pool closing time. Not impressed by this place.

Let's just say this motel has stories to tell... and most of them probably start with, \"Back in the day...\"

It's an older beach motel whose glory days are clearly in the rearview mirror. The room was adequate, the bed was comfortable enough, and I got a decent night's sleep—which, considering this was a last-minute booking before the night turned into morning, was exactly what I needed.

This isn't the place you book for luxury or memorable amenities. It's the place you book when you need a roof over your head, a shower, and a few hours of sleep before continuing your adventure.

Would I plan an entire beach vacation around staying here? Probably not. But as a last-minute landing spot, it served its purpose just fine.

Our stay at the Seabreeze Inn in Fort Walton Beach was incredibly disappointing. From the moment we arrived, we felt unwelcome. The receptionist was completely unaccommodating and lacked any sense of basic hospitality or customer service.
Things only got worse when we walked into our room. It strongly smelled of cigarette smoke, making our entire stay uncomfortable and unpleasant. We expected a clean, comfortable room and a welcoming staff, but we got neither. Save your money and book somewhere else.

Upon arriving what I thought from expedia website rating they gave this dump is a 0/0 Walked in the smell of musty urine and pretty soiled bed skirting and multiple tears in them. Toilet paper holder literally fell off the wall. The unsanitary bathroom as if I would ever think about showering in there. NOT! The dirt build up alone all the corners and dead bugs. this is the best part. Laying on the bed I felt a bite on my back left shoulder where my arm was under the pillow. When I got up I saw a massive roach come from under the pillow. Immediately went to the office and showed them I said I’m leaving and asked for the manger who they claim was not on property. I told them the dead bug was smashed on the dirty carpet. I have multiple pictures as well. We got in the car and I called Expedia immediately and was placed on hold. Per Jennifer the one who they couldn’t find appeared and told rep I damage the toilet holder therefore no refund will be issued back. Also told by another worker who answered the following day so I could talk to this Jennifer and he said I’m just flunkie here. Watch the door and the drunks from the bar across the street. What customer service! The pool- gross! The ice machines outside you can clearly see a Lysol wipe has never crossed paths with it. Don’t say on your website you are a clean hotel. It’s a motel inn big difference. In process of filing claims oh and the absorbable price hike of 641 for a night. Plus 100 deposit. Not enough space to finish

Rooms were clean, they were stuffy smelling but weren’t bad to where the air quality was compromised. The front office smelled wonderful so you would think the rooms smelled just as nice. Outside trash bins were full the whole weekend. The cleaning staff barely gave you time to get to the door before opening the room for towels. Overall not a bad experience. Parking was crowded by big pickup trucks. It was 4th of July weekend.

Advertised it slept 5; not even close!
They fought me to get clean towels, the laundry room was disgusting, they charged me an extra $60 when I arrived and now today I see they have charged me an additional $67 and I have no idea why! This place definitely is NOT AS ADVERTISED!!
And my room smelt like marijuana because the people next to us were smoking it all night

Parking was crunched because of the restaurant next door, the room was clean, they need to give more towels and wash rags to the people that are staying more than 2 days because we had to go and ask every day and wait for housekeeping to get the old ones. Staff was helpful and friendly air conditioning was good, the WiFi wasn’t good. Ended up using our hotspot for 6 nights. It was overall good. We went there 10 years ago as well so it’s still good.

Very clean and well decorated. It had everything that we needed. It was nice having the laundry room and detergent available on property. We had no noise issues at all. It is in an industrial area and a couple of miles from the beach, but it was never an issue. We enjoyed our stay and the price was affordable.

This hotel is an older building that does not have any usb ports. Be sure to bring plug-in’s for your devices. The one pet peeve I have is hotel carpeting. They need to update and change the floors to lvp or something similar. Carpeting always feels damp to me.

Overall I enjoyed my stay at this property the pool was clean and it there is a decent view of the water since it’s right next to a Marina and Party boat rental spot. It sits between a bar and a restaurant. This property has a tight parking lot and the a/c in my unit wasn’t the coldest but I didn’t complain. It’s a 9-15 minute drive to the Beach from this Motel.

First of all, everything looks old and gross.There was dirt all along the edges of the room, there was splattered all behind the toilet on the wall, and terrible bright LED lights right above your face in the bed. The owners of this hotel have their family roaming around the parking lot holding pitchforks, not a safe feeling at all. Very threatening, worst experience I’ve ever had in the hotel. Ran a black light over the coffee maker and there was some nasty stuff.

I arrived early, went on to let them know. Was immediately told by the owner, I presume, your check in is at 4, I said I understand, was just letting them know I was there… he told me to go get lunch, said I already did, next door. He asked for my cell number and would call me when it was ready. I went to another restaurant on the other side of the hotel. Walked over right at 4, since I never received a phone call, room was ready. Went to the room and it had the most awful smell, no idea what the smell was other than a smell from the carpeting. The bed was so hard and squeaked every time I moved and I was very disappointed in the pillows on the bed. I only picked this place to stay one night to be close to the airport. Earlier in the week, I stayed in Panama City Beach. I won’t stay there again. One of the restaurants next door, when they asked where I was staying told me I should not stay there…, a lot of trouble in the past, freaked me out… another guy said, new owners and they have been remodeling and trying to get a better reputation than the old owners… I was only there for not even 12 hours due to check in and when I had to leave for the airport.

The stay was sub-par. We were given a smoking room, and when we asked for a non-smoking room, we were charged an extra $10 per night.

When we got to our room, it smelled bad. It smelled like humidity and the AC was off, so the heat made the smell even worse.

On the day of checkout I asked if we could checkout an hour late - I was told it would be a $40 fee for ONE HOUR. No thank you.

This photo was very nice and in a great location. Only thing I would mention is it’s right next to two restaurants. The one plays a live band Friday and Saturday night. It is quite loud. Otherwise I would recommend this to others.

I loved this place. However, there is no beach at this property, well, only 2 feet of sand between the property wall and the water. But you can access the public beach within 11 minutes, if no traffic.
