I like this place because it’s close to Copenhagen Airport and good public transportation to airport; Metro and bus. The room is nice and clean. Staff answers questions quickly. Safe place with code at front door. Supermarket, café and restaurants nearby and safe to work around.

This was a small room (think premier inn pods, but a little larger as I had a dressing table) however perfectly adequate for the few days we were staying - and well priced for Oslo. We’re used to a bigger bed in the UK, but we both slept very very well.

The only downside was being a compact room, I did need to climb over my wife to get out of bed - that’s about it.

Ultimately, we never planned on spending much time in the room, so if you need something functional, clean, well maintained, this is the perfect place.

Just about a 3-minute walk from Oslo Central Station, which makes it very easy even with luggage.

Public transport such as buses and trams are also nearby, making it convenient to get around. The MUNCH Museum and the Opera House are both about an 8-minute walk away. There are also many restaurants and bakeries in the area, which is very convenient.

The room itself was clean and comfortable, however there were a few inconveniences. There was no housekeeping service for three days, and towels were not replaced. If you wanted fresh towels, an additional fee was required, which was not very convenient.

There is no traditional front desk; instead, the lobby is set up as a bar area, and staff handle reception duties when available, though they sometimes step away for breaks, which can be a bit inconvenient.

There are also some light snacks available in the lobby. By registering, you can get free coffee.

Check-in and check-out are fully self-service.

Overall, it is a very simplified hotel with a great location, but it would have been better to have at least extra towels available.

Only complaint is the shower design. The shower doors hit either the toilet on one side or the sink on the other side. There is also no shelf to rest a razor or shaving cream, etc. The bathroom is not too small—just poorly designed to utilize the space.

Check-in was easy because it was thru a kiosk but no front desk. Room was very small and bed was up against the window making it hard for the person sleeping on that side of the bed to get off the bed in the middle of the night. Room also needed a little more overhead lighting.

No amenities not even a water boiler or coffee maker in the room for almost $200/night. I think it is partially my own fault - if I had noticed there was no water boiler/coffeeee maker in the room, I would not have chosen this hotel. I've thought it's essential - but NO. Yes, you could get free coffee or tea from the bar - but you need to join some membership and it's A LOT trouble to do so - especially when it's busy time, you have to wait in the line. Besides, they only clean the room every 5 days for free - which means if you are not stay more than 5 days, there is no room service for that.

Otherwise it's a very good location for shopping and travelling around. The room is clean and staff is friendly.

They don’t have some of the amenities like a small refrigerator, but the staff was kind enough to let me keep something that I had already bought in their fridge. On the frustrating side I told them when I arrived that I likely would need to leave a day early. They said it was no problem, but when the time to cancel, they said I could not. When I complained about this, they did give me a partial refund. So the staff was great, but I think the management was a bit a penny, pincher. They also said they were going to clean the room one day and they never showed up.

The hotel is perfectly located to explore Oslo and really close to the train station. The room was comfortable and had everything we needed for our one night stay. We arrived earlier than planned but we were allowed to check in early as a room was available. Thank you for that. Staff were friendly and helpful. Would highly recommend staying here.

Check in was relatively easy but staff did not give the opportunity of storing baggage for a few hours. They just offered us to pay to get room access to store our bags.
Couples should avoid booking a \"compact\" room because the bed is fixed to the wall ensuring one person has to crawl over the other to get up.

The hotel is ideally placed in Central Oslo. It is visible from the exit of Central Station and is just next to the bus and tram routes.
The Reception was open after midnight when I got in after a delayed flight. The free coffee was very welcome.
The room was nicely presented and the fixtures and fittings were all brand new. The bed was comfortable and the room was very quiet.

I would definitely stay at the property again.

This property offers the very most basic room. It seems to be targeted more for the solo business traveler than a couple or family tourists. The short and easy walk to the train station was the main draw for us. Though we got the balcony room, it rained too much to use. Of course, this is not the fault of the property. The check in process is very sterile. You are greeted by a computer to check in digitally, even creating your own room key. There is a staff member assigned to the “Barception” area, so I assume we could have had help checking in, had we needed it.

Great hotel for exploring Oslo. The location is excellent — just steps from the Central Station, Opera House, and many restaurants and attractions. The rooms were modern, clean, and comfortable, and the self check-in process was quick and easy because it was with machines. No breakfast option just some sandwiches, yogurt and toppings and coffee. Despite being so central, the hotel felt quiet and relaxing. A perfect choice for travelers looking for convenience, comfort, and good value in the heart of Oslo.

Would have loved a bath mat because the shower wasn’t closed till the floor so the water went everywhere in the bathroom. But otherwise the room was clean, more spacious than expected. Staff was super friendly and helpful. Super location! Literally close to everything and when it’s not you have the train, tram and busses close by. This is ideal considering I didn’t feel any hindrance of any kind (sound, light,…) and I slept on the side of the street.

No amenities not even a water bottle or coffee in the room. Construction work across a one lane street was noisy. A conscience hotel would post it is in a Construction Zone.
Strawberry’s Comfort Xpress established that its personnel will lie to get business, and the price gouge lodgers. Reserved at $139/night. I was then told there were NO rooms available for an extra night. Suddenly, an extra appeared (actually the Xpress was mostly empty as a fire alarm prove). The charge for one extra night was $305!! At check in I was told the rate would be a little higher…Right, more than Double.

There was no drinking water in the room nor any electric kettle. We had to get water from the reception.

There is no self laundry and we had to walk 10 mins to another Comfort Hotel to do the self laundry which is payable for NEK90.

Location is very central. Rooms are very small and the double room bed is only big enough for one adult.

Perfect location to explore the city and access the central station. Staff were very helpful in reception and you can store luggage if needed. Room was comfortable and warm. Note there are currently construction works going on directly opposite the hotel which may mean more noise than usual. Hotel WiFi was also affected because of this. I appreciate this is no fault of the hotel's but we were not made aware of these nearby works before checking in.

The hotel was excellent. It was very central 4 minutes max away from the main station and only 10 minutes from the opera house. The staff were friendly. The rooms were quiet as well and didn't hear much noise.
The surrounding area feels perfectly safe.
There weren't too many ammenities in the room itself but that wasn't a big deal.
