It’s a perfect hotel to stay in and near to everything. Very nice staff very helpful specially the blonde curly haired woman sorry forget to ask her name. She always gave us tea evey morning when we asked. The bedroom was cold the hootel needs to upgrade the heater im the room. Heat in the bathroom is better than the bedrroom, not all guest can handle the temperatures specially in winter time. It would be nice if you have kettle in the room because guest can make their own tea and can drink anytime they want. You need more shelves in the room.

Poor amenities, no coffee maker or kettle in rooms to make a quick coffee in the morning, at least offer free coffee in reception for every guest staying at the hotel, I was denied free coffee because I wasn’t a strawberry member.
And basic change of towels daily would be appreciated.
The location was very good. And I only stayed there for 2 nights.

It was ok. The location is convenient, as it is a 2-minute walk to Oslo Central Station. They don't clean rooms on a daily basis, and there are no towels replaced and available on a daily basis. If you ask, you will be charged. Each day, one towel is standard everywhere but not here.

Bed was not huge (the size of a small double in the UK), but it was comfortable, so absolutely fine for us. Bathroom was a good size with a good size shower. Based on prior reviews I read, I was concerned that a lot of water would seep out of the shower and the whole bathroom floor would be wet, but luckily this was not the case. Some water definitely seeped out, but it was not too bad and dried fairly quickly as the floors were heated. Great location really close to the train station so very convenient. Would stay here again.

The hotel was in a great location to the train station and was very comfortable with spotless clean room. Relaxed cafe type vibe in the foyer with self check in facility that was ok but could be confusing for some with lengthy check in, requiring lots of details and processing our own keys etc. Queue formed behind us, It was noticed that nobody forthcoming to assist or offer guidance. Good job my daughter is tech savvy. We didn't use the catering facilities so can't comment on the drinks/food.

La ubicación inmejorable. La habitación es amplia, no obstante es muy oscura y encima tenía problemas con la luz principal ya que la misma parpadeaba. El baño cómodo, con suficiente lugar para acomodar los artículos personales. No me agradó que no hubo limpieza ni un sólo día durante mi estancia de 5 noches, me parece desagradable dormir en una cama sin haberse cambiado, tomando en consideración que se puede sudar en la noche. Tuvimos que solicitar toallas ya que de lo contrario tampoco se hubiesen cambiado.

Our room had a bathroom for disabled people. The floor tiles when wet ‘made it a skating rink’! Dangerous for able bodied people let alone those compromised. If you don’t arrive disabled, it is highly likely you will depart disabled!!!

The room was clean and comfortable. It's very minimalist. The room has six hooks on the wall and six hangers. No closet nor dresser. There are two drawers under the bed but one is for extra bedding, and the other to donatw clothing which is a great idea.
You'll need to bring an EU
electrical outlet adaptor (two round pins). The hotel doesn't loan nor sell them. They also don't have USB or USB-C phone ports in their lobby.

Pretty small room but well located, clean, comfy, nearby to central train station (5 min walk), cruise terminal, shops, restos. Great staffs, helpful. Street facing rooms can be noisy tough because there is a building construction just in front of the property and buses running. It's better to have a room facing the interior court for quiet times.

We just stayed one night prior to our train journey. The hotel was not fancy, but worked perfectly for our needs. Check-in and out was efficient and streamlined.
