Truly awful; I was placed in a room that was directly under the pool in the mid-tower. The constant hum and vibration of the filtration system made it completely impossible to sleep; I ended up leaving at 4AM and checking into a new hotel to get some sleep.

Avoid at all costs.

Our stay at the hotel was pleasant overall, but one experience left us very disappointed. There is a business located on the main floor (District 11, Shop&Snack) , and during a period of heavy rain, we politely expressed our concern about closing one of the doors and not letting us go out. Instead of addressing our concern professionally, the managers were extremely rude and dismissive. Their attitude was unnecessary and made us feel unwelcome and as the result we decided not to make any order with them ( we were about 9 people). Customer service and basic courtesy go a long way, especially when guests are simply raising a reasonable concern. I hope the hotel and the business work together to ensure visitors are treated with more respect in the future.

We are a party of 4 and booked 2 rooms
One was at the south tower and the other was on the north tower .
We were not informed at reception and only find out later.
I think we were don’t even have a chance to say no.
The towers are far apart

We had a wonderful stay with our 4 year old and 2 year old. The hotel is spotlessly clean and the staff we came across were very friendly and helpful.
We also had a great view of the falls from our room.
Would definitely recommend!

The grandkids liked the jacuzzi, however the air conditioning was not working properly and never below 73 degrees, one night up to 81 degrees which is too hot for my husband. No ice was available on my floor and had to take an elevator to get ice. Making a reservation for pool time only worked the first 2 days and then, no reservations available.

Wished we would have had continental breakfast, would have started the day great.

The only issue we had, the fire detector went off two nights in a row. Batteries were changed one night. The next night , a nice older gentleman staff/maintenance was gladly to change the entire detector out and replace it with a new one.

Room was clean as it was expected for the premium price. But this is a note to Hilton management when you are a brand protect your brand do not cheap out on essentials. It’s not worth it. We have noticed only two water bottles mediocre brand. I am from the service industry and we do not charge nowhere close to where you guys charge and we serve our customers with Fiji water was water and we don’t want cheap out on water bottles and basic essentials. Please make this note and serve your customers with high-quality water which is a basic essential if I were you, I was served at least two sparkling water and two Fiji water bottles or a brand name if someone’s paying 600+ a night you should be able to provide them. At least these basics at no cost other than that. Total was amazing room was nice and clean. Beds were comfortable. This is what you expect from Hilton. Thank you.

My only complaint is the room setup. The 2 beds were in the room with the view and door while the single bed was by the door. My kids got the bedroom and my husband and I were in the bed without the view.

Room was clean and bathroom well supplied with toiletries and towels.
Coffee machine in the room and large TV.
Bedding was very clean.

We had 2 beds and a pull out overlooking Horseshoe and American falls. The room and the view were incredible. The floor plan didn't make sense. You can see the falls from the jetted tub through a sliding window in the bathroom but the queen and pull out beds are in the room in between. What's the point of the view from the tub if you're sharing the room with the kids? The toilet can only be accessed by walking between the shower and tub so if either is in use, the rest of the family has to wait. A separate access for the toilet would make a big difference as well as moving the pullout bed to the other room. It was however, very clean, comfortable and had a great view. (41st floor, north tower)

The view from our room was absolutely amazing and was honestly the highlight of our trip. The infinity pool was also a fantastic amenity that our family really enjoyed. We were a little disappointed that the splash pad was not open during our stay, but the infinity pool more than made up for it and provided a wonderful experience for all of us.

We also really appreciated the indoor walkway connecting the hotel directly to the neighboring casino. It was a thoughtful convenience that made getting around much easier, especially with our family.

Our room was spacious, clean, comfortable, and relaxing. The hotel itself was well-maintained, and we enjoyed our stay overall.

The only downside was the parking situation upon arrival. The on-site parking lot was full, and we were asked to use off-site parking instead. We specifically chose this property in part because it advertised on-site EV charging, but when we arrived, staff were unsure whether any charging spots were available and advised us that our only option was the hotel's off-site parking for $50. That felt a bit steep, especially for off-site parking. We ultimately found a nearby parking facility that felt just as safe and only cost $10 overnight. While this didn't ruin our stay, clearer communication regarding parking and EV charging availability would have been appreciated.

Overall, we had a great experience and would certainly consider staying here again.

Check-in was quick and friendly. We had booked a lower cost room but were pleasantly surprised to be offered a no cost upgrade. The location can’t be beat with easy parking and several restaurants and the casino all accessible without going outside. We will book it again in the future.

All in all the hotel was of good standard. Our stay was spoiled by another guest in a neighbouring room, shouting and swearing from the time of arriving at the room, which led to trying to kick their door down and the noise created from staff, then police trying to calm the situation down. This led to quite a stressful night and was the first time we have ever put the additional lock on the hotel room door! We were unable to complain at check out due to being g rushed through the checkout process.

Stayed here during our visit to Niagra Falls. The hotel has everything you need ,from dining to coffee and entertainment. The breakfast options on the 33rd floor was amazing.

Our room had a jacuzzi and was very spacious and we had a spectacular view of the falls and fireworks show right from our room. I would highly recommend you stay on your next trip to the falls.

Very convenient location to stay at when enjoying an event at the OLG Stage. I have one suggestion. For a Hilton hotel of this calibre, they should install comfort height toilets. I’m tall and for those with knee/joint/mobility issues nothing is worse than having to drop down on a short toilet.

The room was very nice. The hotel was very nice. The service was the worst I’ve ever seen at a luxurious hotel. Dishonesty seems to be what the Hilton values most. They sell you a product they tell you it’s a great value, but they don’t tell you the hidden fees behind the voucher. We purchased a voucher for dinner and breakfast the next day. They charged us a 7% local fee and HST on 18% gratuity that was forced upon us. We could not make a choice whether we liked the service or not we had to pay 18% and bcs it was a mandatory gratuity fee our government says we have to pay HST on gratuity. When I went to book, they changed my room from a 2 queen size bed to a king with a sofa bed. They did not give me a pillow bedsheets or blanket for my sofa bed. When I went to complain, they had the nerve to say “everyone knows it’s under the bed”. That was the most ridiculous thing I had ever heard. The person at the desk was a manager called Menci. I had to ask for the bedding and then they left it in a bag outside my room on the floor. I complained for the extra fees and they blamed me because I didn’t read the fine print. True I made the mistake of not reading the fine print, but if Hilton sells me a product in Canada, I never thought that you would not disclose the full package to your customer. It was intentionally omitted and then they claim that the notes on the file state they told me but they didn’t.. I will never stay at the Hilton again. The director was worse.

The room was clean and inviting, the promised Fallsview was not disappointing, it was great. The breakfast had fresh products, we all loved the potatoes, fresh and not greasy, as we find in most restaurants. Loved every bit of our stay. The Parking charges were surprisingly high, but hey, it's a tourist town, it's expected.

A bit disappointed at our comforter, it has several holes and the seems are unraveling. Lots of fiber coming out from it.

My family and I booked this hotel for 2 nights. When we checked in (at 3ish) and went up to our room it was extremely noisy with construction noise which sounded right on top of our room. The noise continued till 8ish, then we were awakened by the noises again at 6ish the next morning. When I complained at the lobby they said I had to wait till 11am for another room. I was so tired that I left and didn’t stay our second night. Plus everything in Canada is extremely over priced!!!!

My wife and I got a room with a view of the falls and it was well worth. And the Jacuzzi tub was a great place to relax after a long day of site seeing. Plenty of restaurants to choose from, at a variety of cost levels. There is a casino right next door. Several wineries are a 20-30 minute drive away and Toronto is a 90 minute drive. The only down side is the cost of parking. But if you look around you can find a cheaper parking lot close by.

Great location! Room had very nice views, You could see the whole firework at night. the parking lot partially blocks the Canadian side but you could see the whole US Side. Location is prime, close to the casino, multiple bars and walking distance to Niagara river Pkwy (steep hill coming back up) just 5 min car ride to Clifton Hill, where most of the entertainment is. 100% Recommended.

South Tower room was less to be desired, never stayed in the south tower before and will not stay in there again. Room was dated, small and awkward. Closet was right beside the bed, washroom was small, awkwardly designed. Sink is taller than normal. Washroom was dark from a lighting stand point. No long mirror in the room. Horrible stay to be honest.

The hotel is fantastic but the room was below average. We had the city view so we weren’t expecting much in terms of views, but the room was extremely dark with little lighting and a tiny window tucked in the corner. It’s not worth the money.

Good experience for our short weekend stay while attending a conference at Fallsview casino. No special amenities in the room. No smart TV. No complimentary water....nothing that would set the hotel aside from other hotels in the area.
Breakfast experience was rushed with very limited vegan options and poor customer service.

We stayed in a 2 bedroom family suite in 44th floor, the view is excellent, both US and Canada sides can be seen. The bed and sheets are just comfortable that you don’t want to get up. The only thing that they should improve is the entertainment, need smart tv. The tv is old style and expensive movies. More flexibility if smart tv is offered.
