The hotel room was comfortable and clean. Unfortunately our room didn’t have an open window so it was difficult to tell the time of day without any natural light. Other rooms do have windows so I wish this was known ahead of time. While we were there, a big earthquake in Taiwan hit. Since we were in the 11th floor, the building swayed quite a bit. Fortunately nothing bad happened and we continued our stay. It was very comfortable and easy to fall asleep on the quality bed and pillow.

The service provided by the hotel is great, and the room is really spacious for the 4 of us to live comfortably for 4 nights. We had a really good time, and will choose to stay in chill roof hotel Taipei the next time we are back there. The hotel is also located conveniently, with a convenience store right below the hotel.

The only thing that is lacking is probably the WiFi connection, but that isn’t too big a problem for us. Overall, we are really pleased with the decision made to stay in this hotel!

Cozy home away home

This hotel is a hidden gem, it is located on the 11th floor of an ordinary, old-looking building but as soon as you get off the lift, you realize you are in a different world. It has boutique like cozy atmosphere to it, and you feel as if you were back to your home, rather than arriving at a hotel. I stayed in a standard double room, which had a low table and sofa. Loved the place and will definitely come back.

A sweet hotel with character

Having no presence at street level, I was a bit apprehensive approaching the worn-looking elevator but once you step out onto the top floor you are welcomed by a bright and airy little reception area with very friendly staff, and a reading area stocked with up to date guides to Taipei and surroundings. The room was decorated in a clean and modern style with nice splashes of color, and the bathroom (which we are quite picky about) was very clean and fresh. Although you can hear the traffic from the big street below if you listen for it, we didn't find that it interfered with our sleep at all.

Decent hotel close to almost everything

The hotel only occupies one floor of the building. The building itself from the outside does not look very appealing. The reception area is very small. I suggest to wait till you settle in to your room before making any judgment.

The front desk staff, Mariay, is very pleasing, welcoming, and helpful. The cleaning lady is also very nice.
Free use of laundry machine, including laundry soap. You take off your shoes at the reception area. They have an assigned cube(s) per room. They provide slipper. The slipper is cleaned every use.

The room is very cleaned. Simple design, but very decent. The room is cleaned daily.

Cosy hotel located in ideal neighbourhood

Located near a small shopping district, the area has tons of hidden gems and Izakaya in every turn. Everything you needed was within walking distance. The staff was warm and the entire place had a hipster/Scandinavian feel to it, it was almost perfect for us.

Comfortable, Cool and Chic Hotel

Great stay. Access is via this unassuming elevator to the 11th floor. You are greeted with the scent of lemongrass. Check in lobby area is very cool, with a set of eclectic arm chairs near a small library of books and a coffeemaker. Big points on style.
Reception staff are very friendly and helpful. They helped recommend places nearby and also showed interest in what we were up to each day.
The rooms follow with the lobby in terms of style points. We stayed on two seperate occasions, in two different rooms. Each had its own style. One had a yellow hammock, and a branch for a coat rack. The other had a more cool, hip style to it with a molecule lamp over the breakfast nook. Overall rooms were comfortable and spacious.
Local area is convenient as there are two convenient stores nearby (Family Mart and 7 Eleven). Also on the opposite block are two halal restaurants, Safranbolu (Turkish) and Baba's Indian Kitchen. The MRT is about 8mins walk away and from there the rest of Taipei is easily accessible.

Great decor & convenient location

It was a bit of a bait & switch. I should have contacted you (Expedia) after I got the first email.

After booking through Expedia for 2 adults & a 14 year old, the hotel contacted me directly via email saying the room doesn't have enough sleeping space for 3. They said it would be an additional 500 NT (15 USD) surcharge at time of check in to add a Japanese style mattress. I went ahead & complied.

But after thinking about it later, I thought - Expedia wouldn't have booked us a 2 person room when I'm specifying there are 3 of us. And then I also remembered when I booked through Expedia, the web page said the room slept 4 people. I understand there's probably no refund to me since I paid them the surcharge but I think the hotel should know not to add fees on to Expedia costs.

Check-in staff are very friendly and helpful with our questions for dinner & breakfast recommendation.
Television remote is not working well. It worked and have many cable channels, but long response time. It could be low battery at remote. Air-cond is not cold enough and bed sheet materials feels rough which can be due to temperature. The most concern is the bed bugs (we suspect) as our lower feet got many bites. My first night was spared as I did not cover with blanket due to ac not cold while my husband got the bites. We thought that might be due to the insects bite from the bamboo forest we visited. However next days, I cover more under the blanket (lower feet) and I had few insect bites at my lower feet. We suspect it can be bed bugs related.

We really enjoyed our stay here, the check-in was easy and the room clean. The cats are kept in a separate room at the entrancd so even though one of us had an allergy against cats we could enjoy watching them play through the glass. Only downside was that our room had no window, however, it was quiet and comfortable

We stayed in the City Room#8 for three nights. Very homey and comfortable, more than enough space for three adults, great amenities, bunch of free snacks and drinks which they refill every day. Clean sheets, Clean towels,

This room doesn’t have windows, and you can not flush toilet papers, but it didn’t bother much as we got used to. Great staffs, very friendly and speak good English. I would stay in this hotel again for my next visit.

舒服的住宿

這次住10號曼徹斯特四人房，真的太舒服了😘

空間很大，在房間裡面還可以跨步走路，浴室乾濕分離，兩個洗手槽很實用。

因為這次住三個晚上，每天都會補上小零食，小飲料…真的很貼心❤️

地點也很好，還有可愛的貓可以欣賞

非常推薦喔！下次去台北一定會在訂房❤️

整體感很舒服，晚上也睡得很好；
這次住五號房，浴室除了有乾濕分離的淋浴空間，還有四腳的浴缸，即便沒用到仍覺得很特別；早上起來時窗戶透進自然光源，光這點就覺得超級喜歡。

房間很大很漂亮，打開行李箱還可以走路，浴室也很大，大到有一個小房間，很乾淨，設計貼心，很人性化，因為在11樓,屬於高層，所以不吵，只是早上偶爾會聽到旁邊房間一點點聲音，不過可以接受。下次一定會再住。

ミニキッチン付きの4人部屋に泊まりました。ダイニングテーブルがあり、テイクアウトした物を食べたりおしゃべりするのも、まるで自分の家のように寛ぐことができました。お洒落だけれど、気張りすぎないところが最高に快適でした。
残念だったのは、洗面室が若干排水口の匂いがしていたこととくらいです。スタッフの皆さんも親切でとても快適な宿でした。

雖然之前也看過别人的post, 還是給大廈樓下電梯大堂赫了ㄧ跳, 但ㄧ到11/F, 完全改觀, 我們ㄧ家三口住得很開心, 連我家的小王子也感覺舒適。房間十分整潔明亮, 有格調和温暖感, 沐浴用品有質素不太乾, 服務大廳有家的感覺, 職員十分有禮和主動。房間個個不同, 下次還想再試住另一房型呢！附近有吃早點十分抵吃的\"漢X大漢堡\"。

可愛いお部屋

スタッフの皆様感じがよく、拙い英語でも理解しようと一生懸命になって下さって感激しました。お部屋も綺麗です。子連れだったので徒歩で行くには駅からはちょっと遠く感じましたが、タクシー安いので問題なし。朝食はなしでしたが、真下にコンビニもあるし歩いて5分くらいのとこにある永和豆漿で美味しい豆漿が食べれたのでこちらも問題なし。
化粧水や歯ブラシなどのアメニティはありません。シャンプーリンスボディソープハンドソープはありました。タオルも各種あります。パジャマやバスローブなどはありません。
2泊しましたが可愛いお部屋でゆっくり休めました！ありがとうございました！

旅店很乾淨，櫃檯人員很親切，但隔音較差。一入住看到房間時有一點驚訝，因為是預定經典四人房，看網站四人房房型照片裡卻有不同房型的照片混合在一起，讓人誤導，以為房間是有餐桌的，最後卻沒有。經典四人房的主床很軟，但是沙發床的床卻是非常的硬、沒有彈性，一整夜使人輾轉難眠。

這是第二次選擇這家旅店，離捷運站10分鐘內，隱身在大樓中的精緻旅店，旅店內每個房間都有不同風格及巧思，房間算寬敞，溫馨舒適，有機會還是會選擇這裡。唯一美中不足是隔音有點差。

it is my second time living in 好得文旅.

All i like about the room is tidiness and quietness. You wont be easily affected by the neighbours, and the room is comfortable and big which allow you to take a good rest after a long day of traveling.

The staffs are so helpful and friendly as well.

好得文旅 is always my first choice when im staying in taiepi.

We enjoyed our stay at this hotel very much. The room is kept very clean and comfortable. We stayed at the room with hammock- it was fun! I liked the idea of taking off shoes at the entrance and keep them in the shoe box, too.

とてもお洒落な場所だったが、建物が古い為、1階のホールの雰囲気とニオイが気になりましたが、11Fに上がるとガラッといい感じでどこにも無い世界に踏み込んだ気持ちいいインテリアに居心地の良さを感じました。
欲を言えばカトラリーセットやお皿氷が作れる冷蔵庫が有れば良かったカナ！

今回、デラックスダブルルームを予約しましたが、通された部屋は、ダブルベッドで部屋いっぱいのビジネスホテル並みの狭さのベッドでした。エクストラを払って広めの部屋を予約したのに、スタッフに伝えたら部屋がいっぱいだ、と言われた。去年の9月に予約しても、エクストラを払っても、チルルーフのスタッフにとって大事なのは、どの部屋を申し込んだか、ではなく、何人で宿泊するのか、ということのようでした。部屋が使用感で満載なのは、台北では珍しくもないですが、ここまで不誠実な対応をされたのは初めてでした。二度と泊まらない。

民宿體驗,位置方便的酒店

這是一間彷民宿裝修的酒店，只有十房間，當中兩間二人房，有一間是榻榻米床的設計，另外很多間係大房好適合幾個朋友或家庭選擇。二人房的廁所空間足夠共同使用或床附近都很有足夠的空間打開行李箱。整體很滿意！

部屋のデザインがきれいなアパートの部屋の様でとてもリラックスして過ごせます。日本へ荷物を送るのでその時のスタッフ Jocelynさんに郵便局の場所など質問したらとても丁寧に調べていただきました。またコーヒーを淹れてくれて、台北の情報など楽しくお話ししました。今までのホテルスタッフで1番フレンドリーな対応でした。謝謝！

広くて清潔感のある部屋が良ければおススメです。

MRT松江南京駅から10分くらい歩きます。暑い日や荷物の多い時は少し遠く感じる距離です。1階にセブンイレブンがあるのですぐわかります。事前に到着時刻の確認メールを頂きザクっとですがお伝えしていたので15時前でしたがチェックインしてもらえました。ただし日本語のわかる人が居なかったのでメールも含め全て英語だったので聞き取れない話もありました。部屋は広くて綺麗でしたが旅行カバンを置くテーブルが無く食事が出来そうなテーブルはとても小さかったです。椅子も深めの変わったデザインで落ち着いて食事したりお化粧出来ない感じでした。宿泊代金が会員特別価格でかなり安いということで決めたのですが直前に検索するともっと安くて残念でした。

The room was large and stylish. The location is about 7 minutes walk from MRT so its close enough.
The bed was comfortable and I had a very good sleep.
The price was reasonable as it was near the Taipei station.

ブリ煮付け

繁華街にほど近く、まるで自宅に滞在しているようにホッとできるホテル

去年に引き続き同じ日程でお世話になりました。
繁華街にほど近く、少々歩きはしますが、食事前後の運動と思えば楽しいです。一階にセブンイレブンもありますし地理的に不便はありません。
自宅にいるようにリラックスできるホテルです。とても気に入っています。

マイナス要素としては、まだトイレットペーパーが流せない事（駅や空港などは流せるように変わって来ています）、隣の部屋から赤ちゃんの泣き声が夜中響き渡って寝られなかった事（コンクリ打ちっぱなしなのかひどく反響します）、受付時間外の早朝にトイレットペーパーが切れたのですが室内に交換用のロールが無かった事（ロビー付近の障害者用トイレ内に沢山の使用半端な在庫を見つけることができて解決しました）くらいです。

赤ちゃん連れの場合の部屋割り当てを考え直してもらいたいなと強く思いました。3泊中2晩泣き通しで寝不足になった上、反対隣のお客さんとすれ違いましたが私が赤ちゃん連れだと思ったのか睨まれて悲しい思いをしました。
出来れば両隣空室にしてもらうか、防音材を使って欲しかったです。

少し文句が増えましたが、また来年も行きたいなと思える、ステキな雰囲気のホテルです。

用心設計的文創旅館

臨時決定住宿，升等到豪華四人房，有大的空間以及有新穎細心的空間與設備的設計，客廳舒適、浴室空間充足(有雙洗手台)，床鋪也乾淨舒服。雖然櫃台check in 有時間限制，不過細心聯絡與囑咐細節，不影響入住的舒適性。

雑居ビル最上階の異次元空間

急遽、台湾の友人に会いに直前に予約しました。広々と清潔な室内、寝心地のいいベッド、フレンドリーなスタッフetc ～今夜は星付の別なホテルですが、またこちらに戻りたいくらいです。機会があれば、また泊まりたい宿です‼

You could hear clearly what the conversation of next door discussing, the working of water pump from your neighbour's bathroom and unpredictable noise made from the kids yelling and running around. If you are confident of sleeping with zero isolation of noise, I recommend this place for your journey.

位置很好，交通方便，配套齊全

這民宿隱藏在鬧市一座舊大厦中，有點難找。而且出入的人有點雜。
整體而言，干淨，舒服，職員有禮助人。但可能熱水設施古舊，熱水供應不足，以民宿的價位來說，不太理想。

飯店的地址很好找，就在捷運站1號的電梯出口處，幾分鐘就找到了，如果計程車的話跟司機說錢櫃的南京站店，就可以了，樓下邊有7-11便利店很好認。
入住的招待很好，連裏面的員工也很親切，很有溫暖的家的感覺。
這次和小女兒出外旅遊，所以怕飯店會位置不夠她好好活動，我們住的房間是4號，裏面有大床和客廳間隔，有小沙發和小桌子，對着電視機，吃東西的時候好讓女兒乖乖坐着。整個房間舒適，很有空間感不會侷促，一面是全大窗戶設計，彩光非常好，可以看到大街的風景還有充足的陽光。床舖舒適整潔，洗手間的位置也很大，幫小朋友洗澡很方便。
服務員知道我這次和小女兒一起入住，還貼身的給我們開了一個小帳篷給女兒玩，女兒10分喜歡呢！
下次再來台灣的時候會再來住的，感謝三天兩夜的幫忙和照顧！
