Staff is helpful.
Room has wet/dam smell. Dirty ceiling. I asked staff to look for other room but it was the same. Toilet making a loud noise after flushing. TV can't use since has only Chinese language.

Our overall rating was based on our experience of what was know and unknown in staying here.

We liked the spaciousness of the room but we did not feel to e space was cleaned well and the bathroom was small and awful. Small bathroom is expected but the tiles felt dirty with mold and there was a window roller shade within the shower which really threw us off. We also did not have hand soap (received upon request) nor was there conditioner. The biggest issue for us was how we cannot flush any toilet paper down the toilet. This was really gross to us where we refrained from using our bathroom unless necessary and fortunately stayed out most time. Sadly, the day before we checked out, we experienced a major toilet leak from the poor old pipes and from the shower. It was awful. It took them all day to fix and we were advised we would may need to pay for the repair. At the end it took them all day to fix and we didn’t get our room access back until after 10pm and in fact also didn’t use the bathroom at all.

The staff were friendly when available (they aren’t on site until the afternoon and could be reached via Instagram).

We will not stay here again.

Every thing is about average. You get what you paid for.
Family room is pretty spacious. Not so good on air circulation cigarette smell came from the bathroom vent.
Beds are clean. Some fly/mosquito in the room but nothing without expectation in Taipei summer.
Ceiling is painted in black but can see a lot crack. Not sure if intentionally.
Location is very convenient 7-11 just downstairs. Breakfast place and park right across the street ideally for family with young kids that wakes up early.

Convenient location in Taipei, next to an MRT station. Check-in process was easy and was through LINE. Wifi in room was decent but not in the lobby. Room was small for 3 people, we were 4 pax, so even more cramped. The shower door configuration is poor and leaks water all over the bathroom floor. The hot pot place on the 2nd floor was decent.

C'est Bon!

An amazing place, hidden away upstairs away from the noise and bustle of the city. Super room and so clean. Smiling and helpful staff top it off. Just near the airport bus number 5201 (stop number 8) and easier than the airport train. Near the metro and there are quite a few restaurants (but no notable sights) nearby. The toilet is a special design that makes a slight noise when flushed, but it's helping the environment so what the heck! No problem.

The hotel is just a few minutes away from the metro, so it's very convenient to commute. It's located on the 4th floor of a rather old building though. The hotel has pretty and cute decor in the common area. Room is decently sized. Had a pleasant stay for 2 nights. Only complaint is a cockroach spotted in the room on our check out day. Had a scare!

The hotel is a great location, right next to the Songjiang Nanjing station which is at the intersect of two MRT lines so makes it easy to get around.

As for the hotel itself, the room is a good size and has good facilities: wifi, fridge, decent shower etc. There is a lobby area with a large table and sofas. The reception isn't manned all the time, and they don't seem to help you arrange delivery of pineapple cakes to the hotel as most other hotels seem to.

The downside of the stay for me was the noise. The room are all located directly off the main lobby area, so if there is anyone sitting at the tables or sofas in the lobby you can hear them talking. The walls are also quite thin, so I could hear people in both of the adjacent rooms. The plumbing has an electric motor that kicks in to drain the water whenever you use the toilet, shower or sink. This was very noisy, and you could hear the motors in other people's rooms too. Our room was also on the main road side of the hotel so we could hear almost constant traffic noise. I wore earplugs, but still didn't get a good rest on any of the three nights I stayed there.

If you don't have a problem sleeping with noise, then everything else was good and I would recommend it.

Interesting concept, good location.

It would have been a pleasant and comfortable stay if not for the traffic noise that kept me awake and when I managed to sleep was awakened by guests chatting in the common area at 2am. Need to consider sound proofing.
Hotel is conveniently located, near Songjiang Nanjing MRT station. To the left of the hotel is bus stop for Chang Rong 5201 bus to Tao Yuan Airport.

Good location, small and homey room

This hotel is more like a hostel instead, it took just one floor and contains 12 rooms only, the building itself it's hard to find then we called in to figured it out. its right above a hotspot restaurant...the only elevator is very tiny and hard to fit in big suitcases, but once you got in to it, it's very clean and neat, the public area is spacy and homey although the guest room is kinda small, and the bathroom makes big noise when you flush...and you can hear talking from next door...good things about this place is the convenient location, convenience store and subway station downstairs, walkable distance to many restaurants and food places.

Very close to MRT

This hotel is very convenient. Even during typhoon and heavy rain, we can easily access MRT and continue exploring. The room is simple and has all the necessities needed. There are also unlimited water bottles for hotel guests. Our only issue is the elevator, which smells really bad! However, that doesn't affect the environment within the hotel.

Great experience staying at Bon Hotel Taipei

The hotel is clean and the room is spacious. Great value for money. The bed and pillow is comfortable. Everything is simple and neat. Good water pressure from the shower, the only thing that can be improved is the rather loud water pump that pumps water out of our bathroom everytime we use it, but we kind of get used to it after a day.

We took Chang Rong bus 5201 at a bus stop located about 5 mins away from the hotel bringing us straight back to Taoyuan International Airport

Interesting hotel concept

The hotel was a little difficult to find since there are no sign boards outside the building. Sound proofing could have been better but nevertheless the stay was very pleasant. We loved the common area design and the overall comfort of the room.

とても清潔で広い部屋なのでゆっくりと寛ぐ事が出来、快適な良好になりました。スタッフの対応もとても親切で慣れない土地での不安は全くありませんでした。
次回、台北を訪れた際もこちらを利用したいと思います。
他の宿泊先を探す必要はないですね。

希望を言えば、電子レンジを設備して貰えると助かります。あったかも知れませんが、見当たりませんでした。

小上りにマットレスベットがあるので、裸足になってゆっくりできました。
前面が大通り、隣がオフィスでしたのでカーテンは少しだけ開けていました。
トイレペーパーが流せなかったので、間違えたらと少し心配でした。
トイレ、シャワー、洗面と水を使うと大きな音でモーターが作動しますが、慣れてしまうと大丈夫でした。
玄関ドア、部屋のドアが暗証番号だったのでチェックインの際にLINEで連絡をしあい、今後も連絡はLINEでとのことでした。
英語の出来る孫娘と一緒だったので心配ありませんでした。
ホテルはホントに立地が良く、地下鉄バスはすぐ目の前！で何処に行くにも楽でした。
隣にパン屋さん、コンビニと日常も快適！
次回もここに泊まります！

非常幸運找到這家可愛的旅店，有點像美國的民宿管理方式，但是一整層都是不同的旅店房間，房間有冷氣、冰箱，還有公共的冷熱飲水器、洗衣房。客服的年輕人團隊，個個都貼心、專業，優秀。價格也比旁邊的兩個大酒店優惠太多了。白天出去玩兒，其實只需要一個地方可以休息、上網工作，而且出門100步即是捷運地鐵站，太方便了，因此Bon Hotel 滿足了我所看重的條件，以後來，還會選這裡。感恩。

MRT松江南路駅4番口を出たところすぐで、周りに飲食店やドラッグストア、スーパーもありとても便利です。
お部屋をアップグレードしてくださったので、広々と使えました。
お部屋や共有部分の内装は新しく、基本的には清潔だと思います。
窓の開け閉めからかトイレの穴からかわからないのですが、虫がいたのが少し気になりました。また台湾らしいですが、シャワーの利用後は部屋全体が湿っぽくなります。

１週間ほど滞在しました。最低限のスタッフの方の接客で、気兼ねなく使いやすい、中長期滞在向けかな。また使いたいと思います

松山方面にも、中山方面にも行くことがあったのでアクセス的にもとても良かったです。
グーグルマップの位置がずれていたので最初少し迷いました。

お部屋も掃除カードを出せば綺麗に掃除していただけました。インターネットが4日目からつながりづらくなりましたが、受付の方に相談したら解消しました。
少し水回りの匂いと排水だけ気になりました。

easy to find but the entrance is located on the same main street as the 7 eleven and not on the small alley (or lane) as google suggested, the hotel inside looks decent, just a bit annoyed with the sound from the toilet but ok when you get used to it. could have chance hearing whatsoever upstairs or next room is \"doing\" but not too serious so we got that going as well. staff were so friendly. excellent location. great bargain.

どこが三星の、口コミ評価4.1のホテルなのか。建物は古く、エレベーターは狭く汚く、夜間フロントスタッフ不在で、水を流す度に大きな音が鳴り、清掃は別料金で、1泊9000円近い料金は高すぎる。4000円位なら釣り合うというレベル。近くに朝食を取れる店も少ない。

部屋は清潔ですが壁はうすいので隣の部屋の音、あと4階なので外からの音も凄く聞こえます。台北のホテルでこの値段設定のホテルはたいがいこんなものなので私は気にしませんが、耳栓を使うようにしています。
9時以降、スタッフの方がいなくなるとメールで知らされていたのですが、滞在中夜中の1時過ぎに隣だか向いの部屋のドアを強く叩く音がして、何事かと思ったのですが、覗き穴もないし、出ていって苦情を言うにも変な人だと怖いのでそのままにしてましたが、30分もドアを叩く音は続き眠れませんでした。フロントに人が居ればこんな事にはならないでしょうから、やはりちゃんとスタッフが夜中にも居るホテルに泊まった方が良いなと思いました。あとペーパー類が夜中に切れたのですが、それも予備が置かれてなかったのですが、スタッフ不在だと貰う事も出来ず不便でした。

交通便利，位處熱鬧市區，離捷運站極近，但抽水馬桶聲音大，房間隔音不佳，會聽到隔壁房的走動聲及說話聲。

Although the room is clean and ok, Flushing system in Toilet made very big noise.
It was quite scare and the sound insulation of the room is not good.

方便價錢底

方便，但旅店電梯較舊和細，大行李較不便。酒店員工友善，會主動幫忙。房間有蚊及與隔鄰大厦較近，不方便打開窗簾。

とてもよかったです

駅からは近く、バスもたくさん通っていて便利な立地でした。入口がわかりにくく少し迷いましたが、ホテルのフロアはきれいで室内もシンプルできれいでした。ベッドも広くくつろげました。ただ隣の部屋の声やテレビの音が遅くまで聞こえて眠れませんでした。耳栓があるといいかもです。
スタッフの方は日本語で丁寧に説明してくださったので安心できました。
また是非利用したいです。

很近捷運,設計不錯有回家感覺

酒店沒有lobby一進去就是common area,圍在四周就是客房的門口, 其實沒有什麼問題,有點回家的感覺，不過門外的隔音不算好，但住客們都很有禮貌所以沒遇到什麼問題。樓下火鍋店的氣味很強烈，但酒店的大門隔絕了全部食物的氣味。沒有門面, 但對我們來說不成問題。房間很舒適清潔沒異味，不過有一點蚊子，但拍死一兩隻就沒有了,應該不是蚊患。
