The staff was so amazing and kind, from Cafe 49 to the front desk and room service. This hotel really has an outstanding staff in every way. The rooms are super quiet and comfortable including thick architectural glass windows that completely insulate the room from any noise from the street, and bathrooms are well designed including separate shower and bath tub. I highly recommend this hotel.

Amazing stay at Parkview Taipei! The staff was so helpful, they really made the stay. Every day when we returned or left they greeted us and helped with anything we needed. The rooms are clean and modern. Everyday we would come home to fresh towels and a made bed. I would highly recommend this hotel over a larger property. The location is pretty central to everything we wanted to do. The metro is really close and cheap but we ended up ubering everywhere because it was affordable. We didn’t opt for included breakfast but there were so many options in the area to try taiwanese breakfast. I would recommend at least once ordering uber eats to the room (we paid $11 USD total for a taiwanese breakfast). The hotel uses their delivery robot and it comes right to your door. Highly recommend, I will definitely stay again if I return to Taiwan!

But room was very small, buffet breakfast didn't have many options & was the same for the 6 days except that the pasta was changed to fried rice a couple of days. Didn't feel worth the amount I paid! Too add on, I accidentally booked an extra night which I realized only on the day I checked out. Requested hotel to refund at least partial amount out of goodwill but hotel refused so no goodwill too !

Nice large room with windows facing the street (oddly, not a park). The neighborhood is just a off a big street with major bus lines and a couple long blocks away from an MRT station.

Staff was very courteous and helpful in arranging laundry service and taxi pickup in the early morning.

The bed was large and comfy and we appreciate the spacious bathroom as well with both a shower area and a full bathtub! Highly recommend.

The room was clean. Staffers were very helpful. The restaurant is not huge but the food was delicious. Buffet breakfast was not as extensive as some other hotels but food choices were carefully designed and more than sufficient. On some days in a week, they even offered tasty beef noodles for breakfast, a pleasant surprise.

This modern brutalist hotel is a hidden gem in Zhongshan district. The room is spacious and clean, down to the T. The mini bar is also free and they also provide Malin + Goetz for skin care. You also get your own little water filter machine in the room so no need to buy drinking water. The pictures on every booking website do not lie, they really are exactly what they look, so go ahead and book - don’t even think twice!! If you are after going around the local lifestyle and avoiding touristy areas, this area is a complete opposite of where Taipei 101 is. The green line is only about a walk away. Not too far from Shilin Night Market. There are convenience stores every where you look. Last but not least, Zeny has given me the best hospitality I have ever experienced in all of my travels. She spoke the language as me and she treated me like a little sister. This is my first time going to Taiwan. The next time I come back, for sure I will be staying here again.

Great stay at Parkview in October (despite a week of rain). Zeny (one of the ladies on reception) was particularly helpful, given directions to the local chemist and 7/11, and even booking a restaurant for me.
Room was very good, nice bath (which is rare these days in Hotels).
Hotel has an attached cafe/breakfast place/evening meal place - which due to the week of rain was a real haven. Highly recommended.

My husband had to work during this family vacation. So would often work downstairs. He said a hotel person saw him doing that daily and would bring him water and check in on him. Such a kind gesture from this hotel staff person. I wish he got her name. At any rate thank you! My husband, father in law and son enjoyed staying at your hotel. They just wished the gym was bigger. And their shower had no hot water. So they had to take cold showers everyday. Not sure why they didn’t call hotel staff. They thought that’s just what it is I guess. At any rate they enjoyed their stay and would stay again if there’s hot water for the showers. Thank you for a great stay.

We couldn’t have been happier with our stay at Parkview Taipei. The hotel was not only super tidy and modern but also very conveniently located with lots of great food spots and cafes nearby, and with both bus and metro transport right around the corner for exploring other areas of the city.

We’d also like to give a special shoutout to the hotel staff who were most kind and helpful, even to the extent that they helped us find and get to an English speaking doctor when I needed a leg injury looked at.

Overall, we’d definitely recommend the hotel to anyone looking for a comfortable stay in Taipei!

I chose this hotel because it included parking and its location, and was satisfied on both counts! Though it is a short walk from both MRT stops, you can easily access both the red line and the yellow line. There are a lot of dining options close by, and if you order Uber Eats, they will send it up with their robot, which my kids loved. The room comes with complimentary drinks and snacks, which are replenished every day. The service was also great and everyone. They will help you call for a taxi or reminding you to take a complimentary umbrella when it’s sprinkling. Zeny was especially friendly!

However, Max's service fell short—he wasn't very helpful when we requested a paid late check-out, and resolving the access card issue took much longer than expected. Macro was somewhat helpful, though not as proactive as Ms. Mok.

Parkview Taipei sits in an accessible location yet quiet enough for us. Little to no noise from outside the property or other guests on the same floor. Property is clean. Hotel staff are generally friendly and attentive. A variety of dining options are available from local food stalls to familiar names like Subway, Yoshinoya where you can pop in for a quick bite if you could not make a reservation. The hotel is practically surrounded by multiple convenience stores like FamilyMart and 7-Eleven where it is easy to top-up the EasyCard (Taipei Metro) or grab a decent cup of cappuccino or latte at a reasonable price. We were surprised to find a Turkish and Indian eatery some 50m away from the hotel. Special thanks to Chen Guan Ting and Emma Huang. Always greeted us with a warm smile and answering our questions about getting to places. Both were really helpful to help us locate the bookstore for a book we were looking for. Two Day Stop over in Premium Hotel

Two day stopover in Taipei. HAdn't been here before so choose a good central hotel. This was all its advertised. Reasonable sized room and bathroom, bath, good facilities. We were on the Premium 7F. Bed was comfortable.
Unrealted to the stay we experience quite a few sizeable Earthquakes (5.5-6.1), and while room swayed and shook a bit we never felt unsafe.
Restaurant downstairs was good but had a limited selection for both dinner and breakfast. In-house discount of 15%.
Good location with shopping area about 15-20 minutes walk away. We walked everywhere first day (30,000 steps) but ushered the second day to National Palace Museum. Quick easy access to transport from here.
Last point, the checkin was conducted very professionally by friendly staff, who recognised and us= each time through reception area and looked to provide any assistance they could. Very Nice!

More than just a Business Hotel in Taipei

The hotel is relatively new with contemporary design details. It is close to the MRT and has many restaurants nearby. But the best part of the hotel is it’s staff, especially Jasmine. She welcomed us warmly, recommended nearby restaurants, stored our luggage while we were in Japan and ordered us airport taxies, all with a wonderful smile. We will definitely come back!

room was great. got a room with 3 twin beds for my family of 4. luckily my 2 offsprings were under 10 so we joined 2 of the twins and made it a king and was able to sleep 3 on that.
great slippers. great bathroom, great bidet, great shower.
room felt a bit cramped but luckily the offsprings were always on the bed so navigating wasn't too bad.
only downside was there wasn't enough space or tables or area to put/place things.
other than that, staff was great and friendly, happy to accommodate.

I want to start off by saying the staff was exceptional! It has transcended my travel experience. The rooms were kept spotless daily with an endless supply of water bottles I had no issues with sleep, beds were comfortable and noise was drowned out. There was also a cute robot butler that tends to your request whether it be bottled water or lotion! ☺️ Emma, the front desk concierge was super nice. She gave us recommendations within the city, and displayed approachable, enthusiastic hospitality. Even recommended a cool whiskey bar. This is the definition of customer service. The restaurant at the hotel was also accommodating, Alan Chen provided extraordinary service. Pleasant demeanor! Server us extra sides and dessert free of charge! Another gentleman with glasses at concierge helped us arrange reservations at volando hot springs. His patience was noteworthy. Anyone else not mentioned provided a spectacular experience. The staff was there for us for anything! They even walked us to a local establishment and helped us with cash to pay for the service in advance when we had trouble getting cash out of the bank. They helped us with dinner reservations, tours, and were so friendly! Highly recommend the Parkview! Room was comfortable, quiet and free snacks!
