The room AC was quite strong but responsive. The hotel’s location is not very convenient for general wandering and exploration. It has a shuttle to a Metro station once an hour for a limited amount of time. It only has two laundry machine and dryer sets for the hotel but they require coins so that cut down on usage. The pool seems popular and a lot of tourists use it. it is a long and narrow shape for lap swimming and it can hold a small number of people. The buffet variety and quality is average.

Our stay at Miramar Garden Taipei was exceptional. This was our first visit to Taiwan and we stayed from February 28 through March 3 while traveling as a couple on vacation. The hotel exceeded our expectations in every way.

The room was one of the highlights. It was very spacious, especially for a large city hotel, and extremely comfortable. The bed was excellent, the room was very quiet, and the bathroom was large with a deep soaking tub and a separate shower. After long days exploring Taipei it was a perfect place to relax.

The staff throughout the hotel were wonderful. Everyone we encountered was friendly, professional, and genuinely helpful. The service made us feel welcome from the moment we arrived.

Breakfast each morning was fantastic with a wide variety of both Asian and Western options. Everything was fresh and delicious and it was a great way to start the day.

We also really enjoyed the wellness area. The fitness center was well equipped and the spa facilities, including the sauna and relaxation areas, were a great way to unwind after sightseeing.

Overall this is a beautiful hotel with spacious rooms, excellent service, and outstanding amenities. We would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend Miramar Garden Taipei to anyone visiting Taipei.

Overall, it’s an okay hotel in downtown Taipei, but the décor and amenities feel noticeably mediocre. The bathtub is essentially unusable due to its extremely worn condition. I’d only recommend this hotel if you have a strict budget of around USD 100–120 per night… That said, for an additional USD 30–80 per night, hotels like Hotel Indigo or Regent offer a significantly better experience and much better value.

The only good thing of this hotel was a good Japanese public bath, the gym and a half decent breakfast. Otherwise, the hotel location is horrible. Room is not sound proof and it smells horrible. Staff were not very friendly as well. Would definitely not stay here at all.

This was my third stay at Miramar Garden Taipei, and it is still my favorite hotel in Taipei. Every member of the staff is excellent, especially the gym/pool/sauna team and the housekeeping team.

They made some nice quality of life changes since my last stay, including a self-service locker system for luggage and a laundry room on the second floor. These small changes have improved efficiency.

I also appreciate that they have staff that open the front door for you and help you load your luggage into taxis/Ubers. I hope they do not cut that service.

One thing I wish they still had were free amenities on the first floor like shaving cream, toothbrushes, razors, etc. like Japanese hotels. Those are very helpful in the event that you forget something.

Thank you Miramar Garden Taipei team. I look forward to my next stay!

・浴室の水温調節は難しい。レバーの少しの回動で温度が大きく変わる。
・テレビシステムでの映画が無料なのは嬉しい
・禁煙の部屋のはずが、タバコの匂いがした。ルームキーパーが事前に確認すべき。
・ノブを回してもバスタブの水栓が十分に開かず、排水が非常に遅かった。結局工具で栓を抜いて排水した。
・サウナ、プール、ジムは綺麗で、気持ちよかった
・スタッフは非常に丁寧で、気持ちが良かった。
・駅までのシャトルは本数だ少なく予約制、かつ時間帯がデイタイム9-18時だけなので、結局使えなかった、、時間帯を拡大してほしい

Great stay at the hotel. Room is clean and enough space for us and had a side view of Taipei 101. The staffs are very nice and attentive at the front door. We purchased the breakfast package and it was a good way to start the day each morning and fill our tummy before heading out to explore Taiwan. Hotel had water filter so we were able to fill our water bottles which helped us save money and helped the environment.

Being new to Taipei we were unsure of where to stay. Although we enjoy walking this hotel was not close to areas of interest and the closest good coffee cafe was 20 mins walk away.
The place itself was lovely and cleaning staff were especially warm and caring when we encountered them.
My partner is 6’, I’m 5’7” and the shower was fixed at 5” so very low for us
We would recommend to anyone who plans to taxi more than walk but will say we enjoyed our stay - rooms were very quiet despite being close to the main motorway and the pool was shaded all day so good place to escape the heat

This is one of the cleanest hotel I ever stayed. The pool is smaller than expected but they have split a lane for lap swimming. Greatly appreciated for it.
