We had a wonderful and plesant stay in Simple + Hotel .
The hotel provided extra miles that wow us. We were surprised that the hotel allowed us to borrow extra pillow of our preference. We had comfy sleep...
There were coffee, tea and herbal tea readily available thoughtout the day that make us felt at home especially when we reached the hotel after a long day of outing.
The counter service and breakfast dining hall staff are warmth and helpful.
We are grateful to Cindy, Kevin, Jack and Claire for their great help.

Will sure choose this hotel which is near to Taipe Arena on our next visit in Taipei.

Room was not big but tidy. Good wifi. Bed was firm and very comfy. Toilet was functional, good shower power despite a mid size shower head. Toilet Amenities are not served anymore in Taiwanese hotels due to regulations. The room has a kettle and some tea/coffe .Location close to a major metro station and there are restaurants around. Simple breakfast, more local style. Convenient for moving around by metro.

This is the 3rd time we stayed at this property. The staff before used to be very nice and friendly and would greet us when we leave the hotel and when we come back.
This time, the staff is a bit rude when we checked in and just ignored us when we go out or return.

2nd stay and I like the location but encountered air-conditioning issue that never resolved. Temperature was never able to be adjusted, it was first too cold and after a reset, not cold enough but bearable. Wonder if it's just my room 309

Loved this hotel and would stay again. Friendly and efficient staff, clean rooms, great breakfast, excellent location and neighborhood. Room is on the smaller side. Had issues with lights turning on in the middle of the night — staff unplugged it until they could repair it. Would be nice if they had more electrical outlets in the room. There were only 2 and 1 more in the bathroom . It’s difficult charge multiple devices with 3 people in the room. Tea and coffee always available in the lobby.

Awesome stay for a week

Stayed for almost a week for business. Walking distance to a train station which is very assessable to other popular stations. Walking to distance to a 7-11 so no worry of getting hungry even at night as you can grab one thing or two or even a bento from there. Clean hotel , which is my top priority . Staff is very friendly, always greet each time I pass by their front counter. And they are very helpful with all my inquiries. Will stay here again definitely

The hotel is within walking distance to nearest MRT station[ Nanjing Fuxing station] which gives me easy access to other areas of Taipei. The check in process is quick and the staff is courteous. The room is quite spacious
and updated with great amenities. Quite a few of local restaurants around as well as shopping stores.

Simple clean and adequate

Apart from a few minor broken things (bed light, shampoo bottle pump), everything is fine. Modern, clean, comfortable (better than domestic older 5-star hotels in Taipei) even have a self service laundry at R floor.

Food is not as flavourful as Taiwan food.
Services slightly different from normal hotel. Read the instructions carefully. E.g. laundry service.
If you intend to have continuous stay but bookings are made in two or more purchase. Is best to call them to verify. I was told to move between rooms as the room. After some negotiation than did they agree to assist to arrange for continuous stay in a single room.

Carpet although was vacuumed feel dirty. Not a big fan of the carpet.

The service at the front desk was exceptional. They are extremely professional and courteous. This is their biggest strength.

Facilities is good. Super lame fitness centre. No heavier free weights. Good patio upstairs though.

My view out the window was non-existent. Try and get a room facing the street.

Everything was fine. I would definitely stay again.

Great stay at this hotel. A bit brief as it was only one night and departed early in the morning so was not able to try their breakfast. However, did take advantage of their complimentary coffee. I had booked one of their 2 x single bed rooms and it was very spacious and clean. Lots of space in the bathroom as well. One nice amenity was the baggage scale in the lobby to weigh luggage. Location was off the main street so nice and quiet. If you are looking to visit Jiufen, this hotel is located very close to a bus station which takes you out there and the staff can provide directions. Would definitely stay here again and would recommend to anyone.

Stayed here for two weeks. The staff was helpful and friendly. The unit felt a little small, but the facilities are nice: very modern bathroom, and there's a dresser in the room so we were able to unpack our suitcases and get them out of the way.

The wifi got slow and congested in the evenings. The hotel should add wifi passwords and quality of service (qos) so that the wifi stays usable when busy.

Cozy hotel away from Main Street.

This is my second stay with the hotel. It is very near to the subway and the airport bus is a short walk away. Being away from the main road, the neighbourhood is quiet. Checkin is fast and hassle free. Breakfast is nice and complementary. I like the fact that some of the room comes with a balcony. Can watch the world goes by on a lazy day. There’s a roof top area equipped with gym, washing facilities and massage chair. Will definitely come again.

Well equipped room. Smelly at the first room, I requested to change another room. Staffs are friendly and helpful. Everything is acceptable with the price range. Nice Hotel with Excellent Staff's Services !!

Hotel Staffs are very friendly, honest and helpful.

I stayed at Simple+ Hotel for 3 nights (24/5/18, 26/5/2018 & 27/5/2018). Their staffs are super friendly and helpful. Their response to our service are excellent and fast.

My husband left his belt at the hotel at the very last night stayed there without us knowing. After we flew back to our country, we received a call from Simple+ Hotel that we left our belt in our room. I said I will only be back at the end of the year back to Taiwan. They said they could keep the belt for us until we next trip back to Taiwan.

We are so touched and never thought that they could give us a call for only a belt that we left in our room, even though we have reached our home country. This is what we called \"EXCELLENT CUSTOMER SERVICE\" !.

I strongly recommend to all that this is a very fantastic hotel !!

Good location that you can go from most place with public transportation easier (it's not in any major attraction, but a nice and quiet neighborhood). May be AC could start a bit quicker when first walk-in because it uses key to power the room including the AC.

Front desk staffs are not friendly nor helpful.
When I checked in there was hair in bathtub, sink and on bathroom floor.
Wall is thin so you basically hear everything.

Hassle free check in and out by friendly staff. Complimentary breakfast is good and delicious. Plentiful amenities around the hotel. The subway is a 5 minutes walk and the airport bus stop is right under the subway. Overall had an excellent stay at the hotel.

Third time in this hotel and still a great one to stay in Taipei.
However, some area need to improve as some of the toilet area is a bit aged. The edge around the bath tub is quite dirty and its time to have some renovation/improvement to keep the standard of this nice little hotel.

Cleaning was not satisify as we stay there 2 days and 1 day separately and stay at same room . I found my lost hair clip after hualian trip on the toilet floor, means NO clean up after my check out on the first 2 days stay. The air conditioner doesn’t work properly only provide heat. But the staffs very helpful,that can solve it very soon.

Extended stay in Taipei

Three week family trip. This hotel was great. Free breakfast, free use of washer and dryer. Super convenient location with a nearby night market (albeit small), a sports center (running track, pay per use gym and pool), lots of shopping centers, near two lines of the MRT, and tons of small eateries nearby.

The carpet was a little dated and could have used a cleaning and there were mosquitos in the lobby at times. Other than that, would definitely stay there again.
