Very kind front desk staff, central location a short block to the mrt, plenty of food nearby (711 and foodmart same block), near a solid playground for kids, breakfast is great, happy hour is nearly a dinner if you're not wanting to leave the hotel. The breakfast food was below average but the happy hour food was good. I found the staff lacking in training & language skills this time. Overall, with the competition in Taipei now, this hotel needs to up their game!

以前から利用したいと思っていました。大変、落ち着いた良いホテルでした。フロントでは足ツボマッサージ店の予約などを大変、丁寧に対応していただきました。朝食やハッピーアワーの内容も大変満足できるものでした。ただ一点、シャワーブースのドアの隙間から水が飛び出します。ドア金具を見直す必要があるようですね。

This is one of my favorite hotels in the world. The staff is spectacularly helpful and efficient. I can't provide enough superlatives about the people who work at Les Suites. The ground floor is beautiful. The breakfast and happy hours are amazing, and the clientele is friendly.

My wife and I stayed at Les Suites for four nights in January 2025. This was our second visit to Taipei, and we stayed at Les Suites both times, as we liked the hotel so much the first time. Everything was again perfect; great rooms that have everything you need, great location, very good breakfast, and wonderful staff. It doesn’t matter too much where you stay in Taipei, once you are close to the MTR. Les Suites is 50m away from the Nanjing Fuxing station, where you can hop on the Metro. All-in-all, a great place to stay in Taipei!

We really enjoyed our stay. The staff were very professional, polite, and helpful. They helped us book a car service to our next destination, recommended a place to get a haircut, rearranged our seating during breakfast as needed, and had a nice breakfast and happy hour spread that were both included with our stay. It is also in a great location, next to a MRT station. There’s a food court across the street, as well as many other dining options nearby. We would stay here, again.

Nice place and wonderful staff BUT seriously hard to sleep! The hotel controls the room temperature even though each room has its own thermostat. They don’t let you put the aircon below 24C or 75.2F. Just miserable for us to sleep in that temperature. The windows also don’t open. Breakfast was just okay. Again, great staff and nice hotel BUT if you want to sleep in a room colder than what I said above find another hotel. Funny that the lobby and restaurant were nice and cool.

Location is very walkable and less than a block from major bus and train stations. Lots of food options nearby and even a local laundromat who cleaned and folded all my clothes for only 9 USD! Look forward to staying at Les Suites again next time I visit Taipei.
