This is my first time to stay in a hotel in Taipei after my first visit in about 10 years ago. So, I don't have enough sample for this feedback. However, I think the room is in good condition.

The hotel itself seems quite new and is very clean and well-organized. The staff speaks good English and is very helpful. The breakfast was pretty good; not as many options as some buffets and mostly Chinese dishes but overall pretty tasty and convenient. The location is just OK. It's not really close to anything in particular but there are restaurants nearby and some convenience store. If you walk about 0.5 miles you can get to more restaurants although it is a very local area so not much English language or menu options but pointing at pictures worked well enough for me :). If you have business near the hotel it is good. For me, I would stay at a place more convenient to my needs on a future stay although the hotel was truly in excellent condition and I had no problems with my stay at all.

Amazing city views that you can see both miramar at Neihu and 101 tower at Xinyi. Excellent bed too! Love the deep soaking tub as well. Overall decent stay even though room a little small.

The room was very comfortable and hotel even upgraded us to a superior room with Taipei 101 view. The gym has nice view too and sun lights and very new training equipment, however i saw some litters leftover from the day before which made me doubt if they have cleaned the gym everyday. The bar was nice, I like the cocktails and the bartender was friendly.
I'd say the only thing must be improve is the breakfast area. It's way too small for such a big hotel, makes a lot of queues. Moreover the three chefs who are cooking in the waffle/noodle/egg section seems squeezed into very small area and the entire process was quite a mess, they should arrange it in a better way.

Very good stay, though there are two areas for improvement:
More check-in counters would be good to reduce the long wait times. Also more baby cots are required - we requested ours months in advance when booking online, only to be told at check-in that they had run out - poor amenities management.
Also the hotel dental kits need larger toothpaste tubes. Management thinks they are saving money by skimping on toothpaste tube sizes, when in fact this then requires guests to open a dental kit daily (and throw away the toothbrush) in order to have enough toothpaste.

I rate hotels based on several factors, and this hits the high score on all of them.
Staff: 11/10. All of them were happy, bright, and helpful. If it was raining they offered an umbrella, if it was windy they held the door, and if it was sunny they smiled and told me to have a great day. Lilly, one of the managers, was one of the most awesome and provided so much information on Taipei... the staff truly made the hotel feel like home.

Room 10/10: The hotel is brand new. Everything was perfect. You can also tell that it is going to stay perfect for a long time; it is obvious they chose high end material and build the hotel right! I am a very light sleeper. The room was one of the quietest I have slept in.
The water pressure in the shower is something that doesnt get brought up enough in hotel reviews. If you dare to turn it on full blast it is like a pressure washer (in a good way!) The water was extremely hot, too.
Amenities 10/10: The WiFi was blazing fast. I was able to watch NetFlix and Youtube at full resolution without buffering while sitting in the tub!
