I loved my stay at Taipei Fullerton North. It had everything I needed. Daily breakfast that is small but had everything essential. Also conveniently located next to MRT station but not too close where it’s busy. The hotel was quiet but still close enough for food and shopping. Staff was kind and helpful, property is well maintained. Daily housekeeping does a great job. Will def book again the next time I’m in Taipei!

A rather small boutique type hotel but full of amenities that the large hotel chain has. Breakfast is good not because of a lot of food choices but they offer an \"a la carte\" menu on top of the buffet table. They always make it to your order. The only complaint I have is my room close to the main road and you will hear the noise of the cars pass by. Walking to the Mass Transit is about 5 minutes, which is acceptable. The reception staff are very nice and helpful. Their service is outstanding.

Room temperature control was not alway working during our seven nights stay. Temperature was always too cold, especially in the bathroom area. Increasing the temperature setting on the thermostat didn’t work. Complained multiple times to the front desk and they said they would inform maintenance but no improvement. I would have checked out and moved to another hotel if we didn’t prepaid.

Amazing staff and service! Osiris at the front desk was wonderful! I was traveling with my father who started to feel ill. Osiris and Sophy helped me locate a near by hospital ER. It's an older building and starting to show it's age. The staff is mostly good not great. The room is large but lighting is inadequate and the ventilation is lacking leaving it humid and hard to cool. Very close to the brown line made it very convenient for myself.

A bit far out…but the room was very good as was the breakfast - not a total buffet - food to order which was a nice change (excellent sea bass and scrambled eggs). Coffee and cookies available 24/7. Designer room facilities. Staff attentive but not overly so. Good stay.

I had a situation with my booking and the hotel gladly assisted to resolve it without fuss. The trainee (lady in glasses) was super helpful and efficient in handling the entire matter.
Everything was perfect in this hotel and I would have given a full 5 star rating, except that the bellhop was overly persistent about recommending a private taxi service. Me and my colleague only stayed for one night and he kept asking us to book the taxi from him.

This is probably one of my best experience staying at a hotel. The staff is extremely a helpful and professional. The room is spacious, beautiful, and the bathroom is just modern and cozy. I travelled with two other adults and we were able to sleep on he two beds comfortably. The beds are form and the bedding very soft. The room is quiet and the electric curtain adds nice accents to the room and help block out the light and heat. My favorite thing about this hotel (too many to choose from) is the surprisingly delicious and well-staffed breakfast buffet. The food is declines and various, and you can order an entree from a menu in addition to the hot dishes, cold dishes, salad bar, porridge bar, and also an omelet station! The dining area not only provides breakfast but also a nice and quiet area for business discussion or doing some quiet work. There is a hot tea and coffee station that is available 24/7. Moreover, the staff is amazing and so kind and attentive. Both my sons and myself throughly enjoy our stay and look forward to staying here again when we visit Taipei next time!!

It was a great staying in Fullerton Maison north, me and my friends really enjoy it , rooms were clean, comfortable, breakfast was alright until the bell captain of the hotel keep pestering and harassing us to book his taxi service to the airport at NT1000, guys u can get it lower by booking yourself! Even though we politely turn down his service as we have already booked a car to the airport. He has approached us 5 times in total while we stay in the hotel and mocked at us when our driver was late to pick us up to the airport when we checked out. He didn’t even offer to help our luggage when our car arrived , only sarcastically commented we should have booked through him!!! Feel disgusted and disappointed. I wanted to share this because I hoped this is not going to happen to the next guest again.

The property is located about a 2 minute walk from the nearest MRT station. It is very easy to find, being located on a main road. The staff were courteous and assisted to all our needs. One issue we had with the room was that the fridge was not cold (due to a design fault, not due to the hotel staff). We needed a cold fridge to store milk for our toddler son, so we asked the staff to help us in that regard. They were happy to store our items in their main fridge and retrieving it was easy. Our booking included breakfast and there is a big spread, with lots of options for everyone. My wife and I were very happy overall with our stay at this hotel.

Booked 2 rooms for our stay, one for my hubby and myself and the other one for my family. The rooms were spacious and feels new. There's a mini bar which is free and can request for top ups. Hotel staff were generally polite, friendly and helpful. They even offered to help us find clinic when we ask them.
Bus stops are quite conveniently located near the hotel if you're open to the option of taking bus. Love the breakfast spread and they taste great too!
