The apartments are clean and functional, they have everything you need to a basic stay, cooking and cleaning! The property and facilities are alittle dated and our shower riser didn’t work so we had to balance the shower head to clean! The beds were reasonably comfy and they do also provide duvets should you wish! Was far too hot for me when we stayed. On checking in the staff did speak alittle English which made checking in easier as my French isn’t great! There is a communal washer and drier downstairs along with a couple of vending machines for the basics! We couldn’t find an immediate shop nearby but the center is only a short tram trip down the road! Overall we were very happy and comfortable and the price was excellent so if your just after a base camp or somewhere to stay for an extended time without breaking the bank I would highly recommend!

The \"hotel\" was in a clinic(?), away from commercial places. But it was public transit (Metro 1 and Bus 12) accessible with OK signage. I waited 30 minutes for front desk to open. After that, it was great: very spacious room with kitchenettes. (A continuous hum from bathroom though.) On my departure, the co-managers themselves complimented my French (!) and pulled my 2 roller bags to downstairs.

Don’t arrive on Weekends as checking in can be tricky as there may be no one in reception. Area is quiet and served by a tram.Reception are helpful and there’s washing machine and dryer. Could do with bit more cleanliness and a paint job in apartment I was in.

The air conditioner didn’t work, so we opened the window. We were inundated with mosquitos! So we shut the window and baked all night. Terrible, the worst place we’ve stayed in.

Super cheap appart hôtel to use for one night only
I made a reservation for one night only. The appart hotel is located behind a medical unit. There is no people in the lobby at the entrance and door seems to be open all night. So I would be a bit concerned about the safety if I had to stay longer and leave my personal belongings inside.
I have not met a single person during my stay as I was given instruction to take my keys in a safe (with keys for other people too). I tried to contact multiple times the phone number that they provided for emergence and i was never Able to reach someone. The room is really average (ok for this price) with a bed comfort that make my night uncomfortable. The kitchen area is super cheap and not adequate for a long stay. I left the place by leaving the key in a mailbox without seeing anybody during my whole stay.

Nous sommes restés 5 jours en pleine période de canicule. Un ventilateur pour deux dans un appartement \"à peu près\" propre : ce qui est visible était propre joint de la salle de bain, calcaire, draps, et dès qu'on regarde mieux : nids de poussière sous le lit, peinture écaillée partout, réfrigérateur même pas remis en fonctionnement et propre (une odeur...). Pas de proposition de changements de draps/serviettes alors que nous sommes restés 5 jours et que le temps s'y prêtait au vu de la chaleur. Pas de proposition de ventilateur supplémentaire et de bouteille d'eau en plus. Dans une situation comme celle ci le minimum est de donner la possibilité aux gens de survivre à la canicule. Service absent.

Cela fait 2 fois que nous venons séjourner à City Résidence et c’est vraiment sympa. L’équipe est très disponible et agréable, j’ai apprécié la qualité du matelas qui nous a bien reposé. Il y avait quelques tâches et poils sur les draps, c’est aussi pour cela que je n’attribue pas 5 étoiles. Le quartier n’est pas très plus agréable avec le camp de Gitan au pied de la résidence. Je déconseillerais aux femmes seules de s’y aventurer tard la nuit. Sinon, c’est globalement sécurisé car ils ont installé un système de code pour accéder au bâtiment ! Ce qui n’était pas le cas avant, donc nous avons vraiment apprécié.
Sinon, la proximité du tram St Pierre et des différents bus est vraiment appréciable, vous êtes en ville en quelques minutes ! Que ce soit pour un séjour en couple ou en famille c’est vraiment super, la qualité générale est très bien pour le rapport qualité/prix. C’est vraiment calme la nuit, aucun soucis de nuisance sonore pour notre part.

Réception par le monsieur à l'accueil au top. La résidence est propre calme. Les chambres sont spacieuses propres, top rien à dire sauf du bon.

Un studio agréable situé derrière une clinique, doté d’une kitchenette et de sa douche individuelle. Vraiment top, niveau propreté rien à redire. Le personnel est chaleureux et on peut stationner son véhicule en souterrain pour 5€ la nuit (pas cher)

J'ai choisi cet établissement car son prix est très correct et pas très loin de la Timone où j'avais quelques RDV. Le personnel est très accueillant, tout est propre et pratique. Il a tout ce qu'il faut dans la cuisine, la salle de bain... Tout est fait pour éviter des tracas en plus des nôtres. Le lieu est calme et je n'ai jamais eu de problème à me garer le soir. Bravo à toute l'équipe. Comme je dois régulièrement retrouver à la Timone je retournerai sans hésiter à cette résidence.

Emplacement de l'hôtel : pour ceux qui ne connaissent vraiment pas la ville et qui viennent pour des vacances dépaysante et pour qui le cadre exterieur est important: je deconseille parce que l hotel a proximite ( pour pas dire est une aile ) d une clinique privee pour personnes âgées. Donc en face vous avez des chambres de malade et personnels soignants et ambulance. Le tout situé dans une zone \"désertique \" et en face du plus grand cimetiere de la ville et une agence de pompe funèbre a la sortie du terrain ce qui peut etre plus que perturbant qd on vient pour des vacances ! ....

Generally it was a nice stay. The staff was friendly and our room was clean and even before our check-in time available. But the residence is just too far away from the Marseille city center. From the vieux port you travel by tram for about 10 minutes and then walk for 20 additional minutes from the tram stop to the residence, which is very secluded.

Mon fils et moi avons attendu pendant des heures à la réception car la chambre n'a pas été faite à temps ( ok) une fois arrivé dans cette fameuse chambre je remarque que les draps sont sale, le sol plein de poussière 😐 donc on nous a fait patienter pr une chambre sale et non parlant mm pas des couloirs 😢 dire qu'ils ose prendre une caution pour un tel endroit. Je ne recommande vraiment pas ct hôtel plus jamais ce n'est pas du tout comme sur les photos.

La chambre n’était pas du tout comme sur les photo. Rien avoir aucune baie vitrée ou quoi que ce soit elle était vraiment éclater. L’hôtel et sale est très mal équiper. La vaisselle et sale. Les étages sont pleine de poussières. Le sol n’était pas propre. Les couloir ressemble à un hôpital abandonner. L’accès à l’hôtel et complexe l’adresse indiquée nous ramène dans une impasse rien à voir. Il faut faire le tour passer dans une ruelle étroite pas trop éclairer et c’est très mal indiqué il faut bien regarder les petite pancarte J’ai réserver une chambre double on m’a donner une chambre avec deux petit lit séparé. De plus rien ne ma était notifier qu’il ne fallait pas fumer dans cette soit disant chambre d’hôtel il n’y avais pas de détecteur de fumée rien donc pas au norme car il y’a une micro-cuisine.. Pour avoir trouver deux mégot de cigarette dans la poubelle on m’a facturer 40 euro. Donc voilà. C’est la première et dernière fois que je prend cette hôtel c’est bien parce que j’étais en galère sinon pour rien au monde je retourne là-bas. Je déconseille fortement à quiconque de prendre un chambre dans cette hôtel car c’est une pure arnaque. Attention hôtel mal fréquentée. Nuisance sonore ++ donc voilà j’ai rien d’autre à dire. Sur ce bonne soirée.

J'ai pas utiliser la cuisine, j'ai fait attention de ne pas trop salire et quand j'ai voulu balayer, la pelle était neuve mais de mauvaise qualité, elle ne tenait pas plate sur le sol, j'ai dû retirer les saletés avec du papier humide, n'ayant pas pu m'en servir.

Je viens ds cet appart hôtel depuis 2018 et c'est franchement correct. Studio pratique. Tjs beaucoup de travaux ds la zone mais très proche du tramway, métro etc.. pas loin à pied des terrasses du port. GD Pathé Gaumont proche pour les cinéphiles

L’établissement offre un accueil personnalisé. Cependant on peut regretter la qualité médiocre du confort. La ligne de chemin de fer passe sous la fenêtre ce qui ne favorise pas un sommeil déjà très difficile causé par un lit dont la literie est à changer. Une odeur très désagréable nous a accompagnée tout au long de notre séjour. Les équipements sont spartiates et des éléments de conforts sont manquants. Pas de cafetière, et le strict nécessaire pour deux personnes. Un établissement qui pourrait mieux faire.

Pour manger, comme couverts nous avons 4 fourchettes et 1 couteau, avec 2 grandes cuillères et c’est tout. Pas d’ustensiles de cuisine, ni de petites cuillères.
Pour ce qui est de la literie, je pense qu’elle est complètement à refaire.. le sommier est mort il avait un énorme trou, on a dû l’enlever et dormir que sur le matelas, c’était impossible de dormir dessus.

Uscite di emergenza che dovrebbero essere chiuse sono invece tenute costantemente aperte (anche di notte) con seri rischi per la sicurezza degli ospiti, considerando che la struttura si trova in una zona periferica. Sarebbe opportuno che questo genere di sistemazione non venisse neppure proposto da un circuito turistico. Sconsigliatissimo!!!!
