Good location, right next to the metro, and several bus stops very close so you can get to beach, downtown, or to calanques very easily.

The hotel was nice enough. It's small and a bit dated, but the staff were nice and accommodating. If you want luxury, this isn't the place for you, but if you just want want a place to crash between exploring the city while on vacation it'll do just fine.

Left after one child-unfriendly night

Upon arrival, we had to wait 20 minutes at an empty reception before someone came to give us a key. By then, drugged guests had walked in and out the lobby several times. When leaving the elevator at our floor, the smell of cigarettes and weed overwhelmed us, and because of the large gaps under the doors, we had the same smell in our rooms. In the evening and until well after midnight, a group of guests on our floor that occupied several rooms was constantly switching rooms, slamming the doors and shouting, but even if they would've whispered we could've heard every word because of the poor acoustic insulation. When they finally went to bed, a loud fight in another room started... When complaining at the reception, we were promised someone would come over and check, but they never did. We basically spent the night reassuring the kids while going through the cancellation conditions and looking for an alternative hotel for the rest of the week (the decent wifi was pretty useful after all). Luckily, in the morning, someone at the reception felt bad for us just enough to not make a big fuzz about a cancellation and reimbursement. Well, other than that, the location was great, right next to the metro station, and it's too bad we didn't have the opportunity to try the swimming pool, but knowing the poor state of the rooms our hopes weren't too high anyway.

Really friendly staff and lovely atmosphere. They had everything you need. Swimming pool, washer/driers downstairs, perfectly equipped kitchenette in apartment, mini-shop in reception. The location is brilliant for a stay in Marseille. 2 min walk from Perrier Subway station, opposite Prado Perrier bus stop (with buses to Cassis and Prado beach). Patisserie opposite and Carrefour a short walk. Apartments small but not too small. If we come to Marseille again, we’ll most definitely stay here. Shopping centre at next subway station.

Good option!

Convenient and quiet. The kitchenette was particularly useful, both in saving money and in reducing exposure. Had some difficulty figuring out the airconditioning Front desk was very helpful.

You need to pay for room cleaning. I did not, and it was fine. But you should know...

Very comfortable hotel

Very comfortable stay. Hotel is in a very good location, situated on one of the main access roads into the city. Close to a metro and bus stations. Good eateries close by. Excellent bakery below the hotel. Room was spacious and comfortable. Bathroom clean and functional.Staff were friendly and helpful.Access to upper floors by lift. Parking available. WiFi worked well. Breakfast available however we did not avail of it. Overall, would recommend to others.

Terrible property

The stay at this property was terrible . Never again .

It was filthy , there was no cleaner , so same sheets all week had to take out rubbish ourselves , they charged for towels .

The only positive thing is the location other than that very poor and I advise anyone to visit to stay clear . Worst experience

Hotel entrance is hard to find. The access is through a car parking entrance.
Room was very clean. But very limited accessories, no tissue for example, and only one towel. You had to pay extra for changing bed sheets or towels.
If you are planning to cook, it had a good amount of cookware.
In general, this is a good and clean budget hotel.

Good value accommodation in convenient location

Well situated. Easy access by Metro from St Charles station to Perier. Supermarket two streets away. Studio room, rather small but with proper comfortable bed. Usual self-catering facilities. Everything worked correctly. Quiet, because set back from the street. All staff friendly, helpful and welcoming.

Comfy but Taxi needed to get there!

Very nice and comfy room, awesome bathroom, comfy beds, good quality of sleep but location a bit inconvenient (you must get taxi from the airport to get to this hotel, you pay about 10 euros, hotel is located 2 mins drive from the airport but you can't walk there!!)

The hotel is good and the staff was very nice.
The only negative I have to say is despite the fact that we were staying in a non-smoking room and presumably the entire hotel was non-smoking, we still had some neighbours who decided to not respect those rules. Therefore we had to open the window in the middle of the night (in winter) to air the room that was smelling of cigarettes...

Good for business trips

I stayed at this hotel with my partner on a weekend holiday. The cleanliness was not disappointing but the view was rather sad..just a few old ragged down buildings. The bed was a bit too hard to sleep on too, but the pillows made up for it. If you do stay at this hotel however, the best advice I can give is DO NOT pay for breakfast there, it was horrible - £9 for bread and butter. I tried to cook an egg but some of the rather greedy residents would not move away from the cooker..Anyway, we also missed out on the pool which is closed \"until further notice\" and there was no mention of that at all when I booked it so that was also a downer. The best thing was that it was really close to Perrier metro station and the Port. Walking however would take around 30 minutes-40 minutes. I would recommend staying here but only for business trips, it has absolutely no personality for a couple's or friends trip, but then again it's the company that makes the difference :)

Adagio Access Marseille

Not much of a view from our room and just above the pool which could be rather noisy. The room itself and kitchenette was very good, but the carpet, though clean, was badly stained which gave the place a shabby look.

The personnel were friendly and helpful, but when I asked them if the Beaux Arts Museum was open they simply referred me to to the Tourist office at the other end of town.

Even in February, the room was too warm. I managed to turn the airconditioning down to 17c on the remote control, but this made little difference.

There's not much to see in the direct area, but a short metro or bus ride will take you the lively Castellane square. From the hotel you can very easily get anywhere in the city by bus or metro.

Ticks most boxes for a budget hotel

This hotel was pretty decent for the price. I was here for business and it was only 10 minutes walk from the Parc Chanot Exhibition Centre/Stade Velodrome which was perfect. It was also right next to Perier metro station making trips into the Old port very easy. The hotel was clean and in good order although the air conditioning in my room seemed to attack my throat for some reason?

Good value for money. Location is perfect. Rooms are a fair size. Self catering facilities more than adequate. Aircon was essential as temp in August was 37c in the shade. Parents need to be aware that swimming pool is 1.7m deep. no shallow end. Staff are friendly and courteous and english speaking.

Accueil froid, séjour moyen.

Nous avons séjourné dans l'établissement pour 3 nuits. Nous avions prévenu que nous arriverions vers 11h, et avons demandé si notre chambre était déjà prête. Accueil glacial de la part de la réceptionniste. Nous avons du demander de nous même pour utiliser la bagagerie, ce qui a semblé plutôt agacer la réceptionniste.... L'autre réceptionniste qui a réalisé notre check in le soir était déjà plus accueillante. De manière générale, le personnel n'était pas très accueillant. La chambre était de taille correcte et ses équipements fonctionnels. L'établissement est bien situé dans la ville, à 2 min du métro et de la station de bus.

Concernant l’hébergement je trouve cela cher pour ce que c’est, serviettes en supplément, pas de gobelets dans la salle de bain, douche absolument pas pratique. Pour une nuit c’est bien mais je ne serais pas restée davantage. Je pense que l’on peut trouver beaucoup mieux pour moins cher si on s’y prend un peu plus à l’avance.

C'était parfait pour un séjour d'une semaine . La piscine étant ouverte jusqu'à 21h , j'ai pu en profiter pour me détendre après chaque journée de tourisme. L'eau est super chaude . Le personnel est à l'écoute et sympathique .

Excellent établissement foté d'installations dernier cri dans l'appartement et étant même doté d'une piscine avec une grande amplitude horaire. Il faut également noter l'amabilité du personnel ainsi que la mise a disposition gratuite des reste du petit dejeuner. A ce propos il faut noter que c'est l'unique point faible de cet établissement. En effet il est assez cher (14 euros) et les mets sont assez basiques (mêmesi les croissants sont absolument 😋)
En plus de la qualité du service nous avons été agréablement surpris par sa proximité avec les supermarchés, salles de sports et monuments locaux, vous trouverez une salle de sport à 200m et le stade vélodrome n'est qu'à 15 min à pied

Gestion du petit déjeuner

Un gros point noir au niveau du petit déjeuner : les tables ne sont pas débarrassées de suite car l’employée déléguée est rivée à son portable et affalée dans le canapé de l’accueil.
De plus elle débarrasse les plateaux mais ne nettoie pas les tables ….
Et le summum, elle se sert au buffet et les clients doivent patienter pour accéder au pot de Nutella …
La honte pour l’hôtel !!!!

J’ai passé une nuit dans l’établissement, la dame de l’accueil était très gentille ! L’appartement est très bien équipé ! Il y a accès à la piscine intérieur.
Seul problème c’est le bruit je dirais on entend vachement ce qu’il se passe dans le couloir et autour, faut pas venir pour espérer faire une grasse matinée quoi.

Hotel fermé entre 12h et 14h. AUCUN MESSAGE D'ALERTE

Arrivé à 12h15, impossible ne serait-ce que de déposer des affaires.

Pour des besoins professionnels nous avons été obligé de prendre une chambre ailleurs.

Nous aurions été informé au moment de la réservation, nous n'aurions pas réservé.

Une nuit n'a pas été utilisé à cause de ce désagrément.

Temps, et argent perdu juste parce que l'hotel n'a pas pas indiquer fermer ses portes entre 12h et 14h

A good stay

We liked the hotel, it was clean, the room was nice, but...
It's the only hotel we visit with an indoor pool, which is not heated !! (It should be mentioned in the description at the site)
We are a little bit disappointed with a man at the reception (the others were very kind)
I suppose that he had to inform us that no one would come in the room during our stay for clean towels or taking out the gardbage (it was our first stay in an aparthotel, so we did not know such things.)
Also, the microwave did not work and the same receptionist promised that we had to wait for him to bring another, but did not come at all...
Finally we informed another man in the reception, that was very kind, who came immediately and brought us another microwave which was working.
But overall it was a good stay.

Unser Aufenthalt hat genau 30 Minuten gedauert, die Zeit um eine andere Unterkunft zu suchen und zu wechseln. Das Hotel ist in einer sehr schlechten und unsicheren Lage. Schlechte Parkmöglichkeiten, das Hotel selbst hat keine. Der Empfang hat uns die ersten Eindrücke über unserem Glück: es hat nach Feuchtigkeit und geschlossen ekelhaft gerochen. Alles sah so alt und schrecklich schmutzig aus, die Schuhe kleben auf dem Boden. Der Aufzug ist ein Abenteuer:alt, wackelig, schmutzig. Wir sind ein Schritt weiter gegangen und ins Zimmer gegangen: es mufft und klebt. Die Ausstattung ist so gut wie nicht da, ein Besen gab es ja, im einzigen dreckigen Schrank. Der Schlafsofa war klebrig von fette und dreck, der Boden, die Wände…eine reine Katastrophe! Wir haben sofort eine weitere Möglichkeit gesucht, und schnell abgehauen. Bitte die Auflistung dieses Hotels in Expedia prüfen, mit der Bitte um Ausschluss.

Un hôtel bien confortable, n'hésitez pas !

Le personnel est courtois, disponible, souriant. L'ambiance de l'hôtel est calme, ce qui est très agréable. Mon seul hic, le matelas ne me convenait pas, mais bon ça c'est personnel ! L'hôtel est proche de toutes commodités, c'est appréciable. Pour aller à la plage, il y a plein de bus ou alors faites comme mon compagnon et moi une bonne marche sur l'avenue du Prado, ce n'est pas mal non plus !

Bon séjour dans cet appart’hotel, juste ce qu’il faut pour un court séjour avec piscine et parking, et très bien situé, tout est à proximité de tout, seul détail rien de grave mais dans la chambre à notre arrivée le sol était un peu comme poussiéreux et collant, j’ai passé un p’tit coup de balais mais sinon parfait pour nous. à refaire si l’occasion se représente.

Inconfortable mais bon accueil

Cet hôtel a ses 3 étoiles seulement grâce à sa piscine et son emplacement. Nous étions très déçus de voir que le ménage n'est pas fait en 7jours et les serviettes restent non changées. Ces services sont payants en supplément. Le lit est très inconfortable ! Plus dur qu'un lit futon ! Merci aux réceptionnistes pour leurs accueils et leurs communications. Bien situé, à 1min du métro Périer, à 15min à pied du Vélodrome.
