This stay was annoying. They didnt have towels, and the front desk was horrible with bad service (there eere 2 dark haired men (one with short hair one with long hair), 1 woman, and french guy with short hair. The woman and french guy were very nice. The other two said things like \"nope, dont have towels\" and thats it. Or \"this is a hotel not a hostel\" when i told them there was no water. I hope their customer service comes back to them. It was a bit hot in the rooms, but it was okay for a hostel. They turned off the lights in the common room while we were all hanging out out at 12 midnight. It just sucked. I went to an aparthotel that was the same price near Chartreax, so its not even that cheap.

Perfect location. Friendly staff. Very clean. The communal area does not have an oven. The rooms were good. Although I had a bad experience with other people in the hostel. For the most part they’re all very friendly. Although someone stole over €500 worth of items from my bag whilst in the communal area. Food is stolen every day from the fridges. This is not a reflection on the hostel just the people there at the time.

I had a good experience, location is really handy,very close to the old port and Notre Dame de la Garde. Staff were friendly and helpful at anytime, even when they have a 12 hour shift and I see them the next day, they keep a friendly attitude. I was in a mixed room first day then I asked to be in a girls' room which was more comfortable. I didn't like the breakfast though.

The WiFi connection is not good so if you rely heavily on WiFi for work or your life- i’d chose a different place.

Incredibly stinky (male) roommate assigned to what was supposed to be a female only shared room. Took hours for staff to rectify situation. Eventually I was moved to a different room. Perfect stay before boarding a 7-day cruise
Highly recommended. The hostel was clean, spacious, and very well organised and offers a complimentary breakfast. The guests were well-mannered, quiet and respectable coming from all ages and nationalities. All the Receptionists I met during my 2 night stay were very friendly and helpful, taking care of solo traveller's budget concerns by recommending more affordable eating-out options and offering a \"FREE\" walking tour. :)

Environ 10-15 min de marche des attraits touristiques. J’ai aimé mon expérience globalement, mais cela n’est pas le plus beau hostel que j’ai fais. Le soir, cela peut être bruyant légèrement. Les chambres sont très propres. Personnel +/- courtois.
Attention, il n’y a pas de place pour charger son cellulaire dans les chambres pour tout le monde.

가 봤던 호스텔 중엔 가장 넓고 쾌적했던 것 같아요. 화장실, 샤워실도 각 방마다 2~3개 있구요. 일단 깔끔해요. 위치도 구항구 아랫쪽이라 좋고, 치안은 걱정 안해도 될 것 같아요.

C'était ma 2e visite, l'endroit c'est beaucoup amélioré au niveau du confort. La climatisation était parfaite avec la canicule extérieure. Seul bémol est le minuscule escalier qu'il faut emprunter pour se rendre à la chambre avec une grosse valise.

Arrivée tardive mais accueil ouvert et simple. Le seul problème sont les gens qui parlent forts dans le couloir et ceux qui se mettent à chanter et jouer de la guitare après 23h. Sinon les chambres sont simples mais propres c’est l’essentiel.

Nice newly renovated hostel in central location. Dorms are very spacious modern and clean. Decent breakfast. Kitchen is not great and there is no space in the fridge, its too small. No food labeling so it can go missing or sit there indefinitely.There is no common area but theres a bar however it was closed and lights were off during a public holiday. Wifi is good but doesnt reach the dorms. Some staff members are moody and slightly rude at times but most are nice.

When i arrived the girl ath the reception told to me i should wait her collegue. She wasn*t busy with other guests ahe just don*t want to do check-in becouse her shift finished. Me and other guest waited 15 min - which is not a big deal but still strange. When man finally come he didn*t explain where is my room and what means number at the key. When i comeback to ask him where is shower at the floor he looked at me as i am the stupiest person at the planet i asked: what is your name?

Cet hôtel a l'air de se dégrader, il y a beaucoup de bruit. Un groupe de jeunes filles mal élevées riaient et parlaient très fort dans le dortoir voisin à 2 heures du matin , et cela deux nuits de suite.
J'ai été obligée d'insister auprès de la réception pour qu'ils interviennent, ce qu'ils ont fait mollement.
Finalement on m'a changé de chambre.
Cet incident m'a énervée et a gêné mon séjour

Отличный хостел! Самый просторный номер из всех хостелов, что я видела! В номере 8 кроватей (4 по 2 этажных), стол с 4 стульями для обеда, дополнительный стол, микроволновка, маленький, но вместительный холодильник, кондиционер, целых две ванные комнаты (1 - душевая, 1 - ванная) и 2 туалета. Пока в Марселе все изнывали от жары, в нашем номере было прохладно! Есть одеяла, если холодно. На улице большая территория кухни, завтрак стандартный, но завтракать во внутреннем просторном дворе под деревом - это превосходно. Свежайшие круассаны. Утюг можно взять под залог паспорта. Я оставляла большой рюкзак после чек аута (выезда) до отъезда из города. Очень близко к порту и к главному собору Нотр-Даму марсельскому. До пляжа тоже достаточно близко. Расположение хостела - очень комфортное. В целом - самые положительные впечатления. Ожидала меньшего, досталось - лучшее.
