Notre séjour de 5 jours était impeccable, la chambre était au goût du jour, propre, accueillante. Le personnel était très gentil, le restaurant offrait un beau menu et d’émormes portions! La rue est mignonne, avec tout ce dont nous avions besoin pour le séjour. À quelques minutes à pied du palais des congrès. Merci!

Un bel hôtel que sent bon le premium. Par contre je n’avais remarqué le prix du parking à 18€ par jour. Sinon la chambre est belle et lumineuse. Le bruit de la ville est ultra présent dans la chambre. Le lit est immense mais inconfortable ! Il est dur, les oreillettes ne servent à rien ils sont ultra mou. Bref j’ai très mal dormi. Dommage

last minute stop overnight at marseillle, only room left in the city. Clean, check in was simple and easy and staff was friendly but Hôtel characterless, and expensive for what it is. One night stop over works fine but otherwise will not use it.

A nice place to stay in Marseille

It's my second stay here, and it's a nice little hotel about a mile from Prado beach. Also pretty close to the metro just up the avenue. Very good staff very cleanliness oriented. Bear in mind this is not the Ritz, that's not what you paid for, it's just a nice reasonably priced hotel.

Super helpful staff and a walk to prado beach but the area wasn't as nice as staying near the old port. Hotel did have a beautiful terrace we could bring our own drinks up to which was great. Really easy to bus and walk to the calanques from here and staff help you get there.

This hotel was decent but I don't think I would have enjoyed it had I stayed in Marseille longer. The room was very spacious but overall the décor and furnishings were dated. The location is ok, a bit of a walk to the metro station.

Inconsiderate front desk staff

While the front desk staff was at times quite professional and friendly, other times (especially when calling down) they were rude and inconsiderate. For example, on the night of our late arrival we called down to the front desk and asked be transferred to a pizzeria. Instead of transferring the call, the clerk simply said, \"I don't have time for this, I will give you the number, and you call.\" So, we let it slide and thought maybe she was having off-day. It happened twice more later in our stay. Little did we know we were being charged 3 euro for every outside call, until we got the invoice the last day... just felt dishonest from them. Otherwise the amenities were great, and the hotel very clean.

Hotel fine- not the greatest location

There's a lot to like about this hotel- room was immaculate although some of the cupboards could probably do with a lick of paint or a refurb, toiletries, tea and coffee were topped up daily and the air conditioning wasn't intrusive. The only fault I could find would be that it would have been handy to have had a vending machine or something similar for a late snack as the hotel bar is small and geared up to serving the restaurant. Although the location is reasonably convenient as regards the metro and other public transport, apart from a few bars and restaurants everything's closed after about 8pm and the Avenue du Prado seems to attract a few unsavoury actvities.

Good location for all of Marseille's activities

We stayed in Marseille for two days. The location of this hotel was great. It was about a 15 minute walk to the beach down a safe, busy street. Busses also ran down that street often. We took a short cab ride to Notre Dame de la Garde and it was inexpensive. We are the types that take Metro and busses whenever we can, and all of this was very convenient to the hotel. The desk staff was extremely personable and helpful. There's also a great restaurant located right across the street. Also, a huge bathtub was a nice option! Took a great bath in the tub.

Definitely not a 4 star property

We arrived after midnight and were able to check in promptly which was great. I had requested a non-smoking room when making the booking, but when we got to our assigned room, it was clearly not a non-smoking room. We were too tired to complain so we just kept the window open our entire stay to air out the room. The beds were a bit saggy in the middle and my pillow had a strong perfume smell - oddly it was a fragrance I actually own but didn't bring on the trip. The bathroom was equipped with a bathtub and wand-style shower, but no shower curtain or door. The result being that if you wanted to shower, the whole floor of the bathroom got wet and there was no drain in the floor to compensate. There was only one English TV channel and the buffet breakfast was not worth the additional 17 euros per person. Phone calls to Canada were also very expensive and the guide to help you determine the cost of phone charges was highly cryptic and not helpful at all. The free wi-fi in the rooms was a nice feature. The front desk staff were helpful in recommending restaurants of various types, prices ranges and locations. Overall, it was an inexpensive booking ($227.00 total for 2 nights), but it ended up being not such a great deal since the quality was par with the price, that of a 2 star property. This should not be classified as a 4 star hotel.

Aging, but being reasonably maintained.

Only significant issue was that non-smoking floor of rooms is above smoking floors and connected by same ventilation systems. When your neighbors smoke below, you will smell it (mild-moderate) in what is otherwise a very clean and well maintained non-smoking room.

Good in-house breakfast bar selections, a little pricy but good variety. Excellent local french and italian restaurants nearby and nice seaside park about 20 minute walk down the main boulevard.

Nice hotel, but take a taxi

I did like the hotel, but it was a little out of the way. I would suggest most people take a taxi or public transportation. Prado beach is about a mile away straight down the street. The views you can get walking along the Med are amazing. The room was always clean and I never had any problem with check in or out. overall a nice stay in Marseille.

The location is ok but we did a lot of walking to get around which was quite. a awu for the beach or port but then again we could jump on the bus or metro and b there in seconds- which we also did. The breakfast was brill lots of choice. The hoyel room was clean on the surface but carpet could use a deep clean. The bathroom was very clean. My pillow was very hard but my fault for not asking for another one. All in all its a good location to be able to explore more of Marseille as you have to go further and in a nice location.

I found the Inn to be very nice and comfortable. Even thought there was some repairs going on due to recent weather damage it was quiet. The Inn personnel were very friendly and helpful. The breakfast selection was very good and quite adequate.. The bar service in the evening was very cordial and pleasant.. I would recommend this Inn to anyone staying in the New Phila/Dover area.

Séjour impeccable. L’hôtel est bien situé dans un quartier très paisible, à quelques pas de la mer. Très bien structuré et bien équipé, propre et élégant, avec un personnel particulièrement sympathique et professionnel, notamment Aziz et Pierre, avec qui nous avons pris le temps de discuter à plusieurs reprises de choses et d’autres.

Mon séjour n’était pas bon et j’ai rencontré de gros problèmes parce que ma chambre De Donnee côté rue il y avait énormément de bruit. Qui plaisaient les rideaux n’étaient pas occultant, et donc il était impossible d’empêcher la lumière de la rue de rentrer, ce qui a rendu ma nuit exécrable. De plus, le système de climatisation était très mauvais et il faisait une chaleur étouffante, ce qui a rendu mon séjour particulièrement désagréable.
l’hôtel lui-même n’est pas mauvais, mais mon expérience expérience dans ma chambre a été très mauvais. J’espère qu’à l’avenir il s’améliore rompt sur ses points.

Albergo ben tenuto e pulito, vicino al velodromo a circa 15 minuti dal centro. Zona residenziale tranquilla. Accoglienza cordiale e gentile. Camera di buone dimensioni (eravamo in una superior che affacciava sul retro dell’hotel, non sulla strada), pulitissima e ben tenuta. Unico neo, i soffitti erano un po’ bassi e si moriva dal caldo! Abbiamo lasciato la finestra socchiusa tutta notte! Colazione buona e con varietà di dolce e salato. Non ci ha deluso!

Rummet var bland de bästa jag haft, allting nytt, fräscht och prydligt. Bra säng/dusch/tv och ac.

Vi gick till stranden tog ca 20 minuter, 7 minuter till tunnelbana som gick smidigt till tågstationen och hamnen där vi åt middag.

Accueil plus que surprenant

Nous avions réservé deux chambres supérieures pour une nuit sur Marseille pour un couple, et une personne seule.
Une bouteille d’eau de 50cl offerte pour 3 personnes en guise de cadeau d’accueil (Sérieusement, même pas une bouteille par chambre ?).
Par la suite demande d’une caution de 300€ pour chaque chambre (j’imagine que c’était dû au fait que nous ne collions pas à l’image de votre clientèle habituelle vu que nous avions 25 ans...).

Cette demande m’était très surprenante compte tenu du fait que j’ai l’habitude de séjourner dans les hôtels du groupe Accor dans le cadre de mes séjours professionnels et qu’on ne m’a jamais demandé ça auparavant mais apparemment, « politique propre à cet établissement ».

Mouais, pas convaincue.
Pour le standing de la chaîne et le prix des chambres, je m’attendais à un meilleur accueil mais les chambres étaient très bien, c’est déjà ça.

Chambre très propre et règles Covid très bien respectées. Hôtel moderne avec un personnel serviable. Ménage fait tous les jours. Seul bémol, la localisation : les alentours ne font vraiment pas rêver. Idéal pour un week-end de match, pas forcément si vous recherchez des vacances dans un cadre sympa et balnéaire.

Chambre propre malgré des serviettes tachées, spacieuse, fonctionnelle. Hôtel très bien situé. Parking disponible à 16€ la journée. Centre Commercial à 3 min, plage à 25 min à pieds.
