The room was good. Except apparently no air conditioning for the whole week. If you left the windows open it was cool, however mosquitos would find their way in. If you do laubdry make sure you have coins, no credit card and the machine doesn’t give you change, nor does a store you have to buy something. Staff was helpful. Overall was good. Close to bus station if you want to travel downtown marseille, and you can walk to the waterfront in town

Late check-in could be an issue (thanks to reviewers) but following up with management it went very smooth. Room is needed touch-ups for sure. My biggest issue is cigarettes odor in room. It is non-smoking room but smells like ashtray. Needs fresh paint and old stained curtains to be removed!!!

The maitre d'hotel was fantastic, very welcoming, demonstrating the after hours locks, and providing a map and list of things to do in the area. My only caveat is the office is a bit hard to find within the residential-shopping complex. I recommend parking (at least first) next to the dentist office and walking the short distance upward along the front of the sloping driveway to the building entrance. Further, one must walk into the ground floor a bit to find the proper office suite. Just be prepared to do that.

We missed our check in time because of flight 2 hour delay, when we arrived we couldn’t find anyone and the phone number we had was a message in French. We eventually found the office inside the building, by waiting for someone to come out as you needed a to type in a number to open the door. Other than that it was comfortable practical, and staff were helpful. It was a half hour walk to the Orange Velerdrome, or the beach, which suited us.

The location is great, easy to walk to shops, parks and the sea side. Very easy parking so super convenient with a car.
The property itself is ok but the room was really run down, lots of wear and tear.
Bed is not really comfortable, some dust and dead bugs under the table and bed.
I was wondering why the price was lower than it used to and know I know.

Wonderful Apartment Hotel

For us, this was really the perfect place to stay! I don't usually even write hotel reviews but it was exactly what we needed. We decided last minute to get a hotel instead of staying with family and this ended up being in the same apartment complex as them! It was quiet and the location, while not downtown for ideal tourism, is right on a bus line, walking distance (~15 minutes) to the beach, with a nice shopping center and grocery store just down the road. The apartment itself had a little kitchenette with fridge, a spacious bathroom, living room, and bedroom (not totally separated - no door between bedroom and living room) and even a balcony. We never saw any other guests and weren't ever disturbed. It's not a hotel so there isn't a concierge at a front dest 24/7, but we knew that ahead of time and were able to get the door code and then picked up the key from a drop box. We'd definitely stay there again.

clean room but not so good service

The room was clearly left unfinished by the cleaners, with lamps on the bed, toiled seat disassembled and chairs on the table. When we pointed this out, we were moved to another room but we wasted half an hour in all this between waiting and moving up and down with suitcases. The reception was often unavailable for queries. I had to ask twice to get an hairdryer, the first day I was promised they would bring one but that did not happen. Very strange and unpleasant that at check out they require guests to empty the bin and take the bin bag in a dirty bin room outside the hotel. The tiny toiletry provided was definitely not enough.

Great potential, beds let it down.

I would like to reiterate some of the comments made by other reviewers and add my own. Firstly, it is rather far away from the city and beach so you will either need a car or have to rely on a bus service (we personally didn't mind that and enjoyed the area). Secondly, the main bed we had was very, very firm and many people may take issue with getting a good nights sleep on it, especially in combination with the pillows supplied which were fat, synthetic? and offer very little support. Also note that the bed is very short so I found my feet stuck out over the edge (And I am only 5'10\" - 180cm tall). Thirdly, the sofa bed we had was so worn out that our eldest child didn't want to sleep in it as it sagged and didn't support his body and back properly, and given the amounts of exposed metal and gaps, I wouldn't advise a small child to sleep on it either as it could be potentially dangerous. I wish I could have written a more positive review as the lady who checked us in was very helpful and very nice, and the area offered great potential for a nice family location with great amenities for food shopping etc. It could have been a nice little apartment to stay in, but the worn out sofa bed and the main bed let it down to the point that we wouldn't consider returning unless we knew these issues had been addressed/replaced.

For what we wanted to do, this was an excellent hotel.

We stayed at this hotel for 4 nights as it was close to Mazargues where we were involved in family research. If you wanted to use this hotel to visit the tourist sites of Marseille, you will find it less convenient, although public transport is so good that it really is no problem to commute into town (approx 25 mins to downtown, bus 23 or 45 to Rond Point du Prado, then metro. The nearest local beaches are a 25 minute walk or short bus ride, the bus stops and big supermarket are close by. Staff were friendly and helpful, the apartment excellent with a nice sunny patio and very quiet. The only negatives were the hard bed and the advertised Restaurant which was permanently closed! First time entry to the Residence is via a key panel if the door is locked- press \"Appeler\" to contact reception, once you have a key, everything is easier. Would not recommend using a car in the city unless you like permanent gridlock. Overall this was an excellent hotel/apartment which we would be happy to use again.

Petit studio pratique pour 1 nuit, tout équipé, séjour pro
Le seul reproche que je pourrais faire, est au niveau du gel douche (juste une mini dose avec un micro savon) c'est très léger, sinon cuisine toute équipé, il faut faire aussi son lit car il s'agit d'un canapé lit

Très bon accès, 1 nuit séjour pro, j’ai pu profiter du spa et sauna seul tranquille à cette époque peu de résidents.
Accès facile grand parking

Cela aurait pu être mieux

Résidence assez bien placée mais attention le gps renvoie quelques mètres plus loin ce qui pose souci aux livreurs par exemple . Appartement spacieux mais très froid,triste . Télé compliquée à faire fonctionner ( il faut utiliser la télécommande du boîtier à côté mais ce n'est expliqué nulle part ) ( L'accueil ferme à 19h ). Il est indiqué que la porte de la résidence est fermée le soir et pas de code ou la clef pour l'ouvrir ( pas pratique pour aller chercher le livreur ,peur de rester enfermé dehors !!) .

Hôtel ou résidence hôtelière : ce n’est vraiment p

Il ne faut pas séjourner dans un établissement de ce type comme on va dans un hôtel : le service y est minimum et la demande d’une caution de 300€ m’a bien étonné ; peut être y est fait mention lorsque l’on décrit cet établissement mais sans doutes en petits caractères et tout en bas
La toute petite cuisine aménagée dans le couloir d’entree Ainsi que le canapé lit n’ajoute en rien au confort de ce qui n’est en fait qu’une chambre d’hotel 2 étoiles qui n’offre pas le service D’une présence permanente Qui est le propre d’un hôtel
Enfin last but not least une odeur quasi pestilentielle nous a surpris en ouvrant la porte : la chambre était au rez-de-chaussée de chaussée et profitait sans doute de sa proximité avec les égouts
Je ne craignais qu’une chose, c’etait de devoir batailler pour récupérer ma caution ; fort heureusement le jour même j’ai reçu contre toute attente, notification de la levée de ma caution.
J'avais quand même Pris toutes les photos nécessaires à une éventuelle « négociation » sur un état des lieux litigieux.
Voilà mon expérience sur un séjour dont je ne me souviendrai pas avec plaisir

Un séjour des plus satisfaisants à bien des égards

Une arrivée bien gérée pour notre 2ème séjour.
Un prolongement de séjour envisagé et confirmé qui nous cependant coûté plus cher alors que le marché affichait des prix plus bas.
La vaisselle un peu chiche et usée
Une literie « un peu »dure.
L’ensemble du séjour a toutefois été des plus corrects

Accueil très décevant et manque de propreté.

J'ai informé les responsables que l'appartement n'avait pas été balayé et que je souhaitais que le nécessaire soit fait. Ils m'ont répondu que le sol avait été nettoyé avant mon arrivé et rien n'a été fait pendant les 3 jours qu'à duré mon séjour. Yne seule serviette mise en fisposition pendanr les 3 jours. Le personnel d'accueil n'est pas sympathique. Tres déçue.

Lägenhetshotell som var relativt bra. Ingen bra restaurang på bekvämt gångavstånd men skönt med gratis parkering i en annars kaotiskt stad för bilar.
Bra AC i lägenheten.
Inte fullt så bra kök om man vill göra egen mat.
