The Ibis Marseille Bonneveine is in a great location. It is easily accessible by the buses and there are lots of places to shop and eat in the shopping centre that is directly opposite. The staff are friendly and speak English well. The room itself was lovely and clean. Ours overlooked the swimming pool and tennis courts. The beds were really confortable too. I wouldn’t hesitate to stay here if you’re looking for something comfortable with good transport links.

This is an inexpensive hotel, very casual, a lot of young people, but quiet. It's in a commercial section of town, a drive away from anything.

When I booked this hotel, the pictures were a bit misleading. It showed updated rooms but when you get inside, they are older, really small. There was no room to put my suitcase on the ground at all. The beds are hard and the AC works on/off.

town is incredible place to visit full of character sunshine nice people beautiful views take the ferry from ponte rouge to vieux port and a trip to calanques
we stayed at hotel and went to nearby beach and then went into town to look around and also went out on calanques trip
Old fort, churches, restaurants and ferries plying the water all make this an incredible place to spend a few days and while away the time

really this is a gorgeous part of the world and it is not a twee touristic town but one with much faded glory and history and multicultural too the street market at night with African and Moroccan and French performers is also wonderfully fun...

Old fort, churches, restaurants and ferries plying the water all make this an incredible place to spend a few days and while away the time
Gastronomic experiences abound with French Vietnamese and Indian food on offer am sure many others
Good hillwalking as steep hills with impressive views in town and of the sea

The hotel books rooms for 3 people by converting a desk to a third bed! The room was small even for 2 people. The entire hotel, except for the lobby and breakfast area needed a scrub down. The parking garage level with the elevator to the lobby smelled like sewer.
The worst part is that we could have stayed at a much better hotel but had chosen this one for Its proximity to the calanque.

Reasonable clean hotel. A shopping mall with Carrefour center just across the street. Minutes by car to the South beach and hippodrome. A lot of street parking.

L’hôtel est propre et bien entretenu, mais plusieurs points ont gâché le confort du séjour. La chambre manquait d’éclairage et de chaleur dans la décoration, et une porte donnant sur la chambre voisine laissait passer tous les bruits, ce qui a nui à la tranquillité. Le lit grande place était en réalité composé de deux petits matelas, peu confortable. Le parking, payant et situé à seulement 10 mètres de la piscine, présentait en plus une forte présence de rats, ce qui est très dérangeant. Dans l’ensemble, le rapport qualité-prix n’était pas à la hauteur des attentes

Séjour très agréable ,cependant je suis très déçu du service hôtel.com concernant le tarif . Une offre de plus de 100€ moins cher a été trouvé après la réservation . La réponse apporté par vos services était complètement hors de propos ! Je ne conseillerai pas votre site à mon entourage.

De retour d'un dîner vers 23h30 sur le centre de Marseille je me suis âpreté pour dormir.
Très rapidement, après avoir éteint la tv vers minuit , un bruit (soutenu) métallique (comme des ailerons desaxés sollicités par le vent) s'est fait ressentir. J'ai attendu, avec un agacement croissant, que cette\"gêne\" cesse. Au bout d'une vingtaine de minutes je me suis rendu à l'évidence que cela ne se arrêterait pas. Ce bruit durait un quinzaine de secondes puis 30 à 40 secondes de calme. Et ce rythme en continu. Impossible de dormir. J'ai alerté l'agent à l'accueil en lui faisant part de cette nuisance insupportable. Après m'avoir répondu que le vent fort présent devait provoquer ces désagréments, cette personne m'a relogé vers 1h dans une autre chambre.
Je me disais que de faire l'observation sur un flacon de gel douche vide dans la douche était un peu exagéré. Mais ne pas arriver à dormir dans un hôtel 3 étoiles me semble inacceptable.
Ce bruit ne doit pas daté d'hier et aurait dû faire l'objet d'une réparation.
Ma dernière nuit à été indéniablement \"tronquée\" et désagréable mais j'espère que ce commentaire amènera les responsables de l'hôtel, ou Ibis (Style) , à agir pour se conformer aux exigences de ce groupe hôtelier quant au confort et à la satisfaction de sa clientèle.

Je déconseille fortement l’établissement! L’odeur de cigarettes dans nos deux chambres était insoutenable! L’aspirateur n’a pas été passé avant notre arrivée! Des cheveux longs au sol dans la salle de bain. Une seul prise électrique présente dans la chambre et encore elle était de type chantier car elle pendait au mur! Pas de pression dans la douche et siphon bouché! A notre étage deux jeunes filles semblait s’adonner à de la prostitution et venaient se baigner dans la piscine en sous vêtements sous les yeux de nos enfants! Le personnel est agréable et n’est pas responsable de la situation. L’hôtel est très cher pour ce que c’est !

Séjour horrible à 100€ la nuit du vol car dessus se rajoute le parking enfin parking en sous sol attention les voitures ne passe pas on raye le bas de caisse aucune indication et impossible d’en sortir bloqué dedans 30mn avant que l’employé trouve une solution et dehors payant mais pas surveillé et pas de place quand on est rentré la nuit mais déjà facture donc tant pis.

Das einzig erfreuliche an diesem Hotel war die sehr nette und überaus kompetente Mitarbeiterin namens Yasemin. Sie war jederzeit ansprechbar, hilfsbereit und präsent......da sie aber nicht permanent anwesend war, gestaltete es sich sehr schwierig an der Bar und im Restaurant Getränke zu bestellen, da das Servicepersonal abends sehr planlos und überfordert wirkte. Es gab nur auf Verlangen eine ausgedruckte Rechnung. Ein großes Lob geht ebenso an die Mitarbeiterinnen im Frühstücksservice, die ebenfalls sehr freundlich und aufmerksam waren und an das Reinigungspersonal der Hotelzimmer, unser Zimmer wurde täglich top gereinigt. Alles in allem ist das Hotel für kurzfristige Aufenthalte akzeptabel, wer allerdings mehr als 3 Nächte buchen muss, sollte in ein anderes Hotel ausweichen!!!

La chambre est convenable pour 3. La propreté était au rendez-vous mais on a eu une fourmilière dans la salle de bain et puis une odeur d'égout au niveau du lavabo. Les femmes de chambres étaient très sympathique. Une des responsable était gentil et serviable mais l'autre était désagréable avec des petites réflexions sur certaines personnes à cause du port du masque alors que d'autres pouvaient déambuler dans l'hôtel sans masque et sans remarque. La piscine était bien. Je recommande pour passer quelques jours si on ne fait pas le difficile.

Super semaine à Marseille !
Un très bel hôtel, superbement décoré. Une petite chambre mais suffisante pour notre séjour de 4 jours à Marseille. Les plus : petits déjeuners copieux, la piscine, l’équipe très sympathique! Parc national des calanques assez proches, le centre commercial Bonneveine juste en face, les transports en commun pas loins! Les moins : un ascenseur un peu capricieux, sèche cheveux HS, un tournage de film pendant notre séjour et donc terrasse et piscine inaccessible pendant les prises... mais un affichage anticipé dans les parties communes pour nous en avertir, nous pouvions donc prévoir des activités à la plage où en ville durant ce temps.

Le personnel a été adorable. La restauration, petit déjeuner et le bar rien a redire impeccable. Les points négatifs sont la propreté de la pelouse à côté de la piscine (mégots et déchets), côté chambre, à notre arrivée le sol était sale, sous le lit de la poussière et une bouteille en plastique vide d'un précédant client, la lunette des toilettes était dévissé, le portant à papier toilette pleins de poussière. Ceci dit une ambiance chaleureuse règne au sein de cet établissement, je suis satisfaite de mon séjour.
