Beautiful rooms with direct sea views and the Calanques in the distance. Breakfast offered a good variety and solid quality. The hotel was clean, the staff friendly, and the location excellent. Indoor parking (€28/day) is a safe option. Great location on the Corniche, making it easy to reach the Vieux-Port in about 10 minutes by car.

A great stay - funky hotel on the corniche. The pool was perfect for us to enjoy a last day of r’n’r on our holiday. We enjoyed a fabulous lunch at the hotel restaurant. Hotel is a little way from centre of Marseille but possible to walk to beach and restaurants.

We made a mistake with the reservation and Expedia could not get in touch with anyone at the front desk. When we got there we told them that we made an error in booking and the young man rolled his eyes and said we can’t do anything about it because we booked through Expedia. We told them Expedia tried calling them but no one answered and he said they were short staffed and maybe that evening someone would answer. I got on the phone with Expedia and was providing them with the info and issue and magically the issue was resolved without the need for expedias help. Finally, we settle into our room only to see each time we came and left our room, the dishes from room service stayed in the hallway for about 10 hours, and I don’t mean overnight but throughout the day as well. There was often garbage left on tables that would take 24 hours to get cleaned up. Our room was fine for the most part, but the hallway cleanliness and front desk need to really improve.

Guest services manager, Benjamin, went out of his way to ensure the rest of our vacation was perfection. It was. We will return as soon as we can!

Be prepared to load and unload all suitcases, manage your own issues and be met with non stop attitude for the slightest requests, such as checking in, checking out, an extra pillow or any other standard hotel requests. The staff were very helpful, friendly, and polite. We didn't speak French, but there was always someone there to communicate with us in English. The buffet breakfast was amazing with many options. Dinner at the restaurant was also delicious with their unique dishes. The decor of the resort was unique and clean. The beds were comfortable and the views of the Mediterranean were stunning even with the rainy/cloudy weather we had during our stay.

Loved how the hotel was tucked into the hillside and walkable to the beach area. Pool was perfect. Room was clean and as described on-line, we had a balcony perfect for breakfast and listening to the crashing waves. Would definitely recommend to future visitors to the Marseille area.

Beautiful hotel with lovely spa and outdoor pool. Bus outside going to lots of places. 30min from airport and near kosher restaurants. Near the beach and beautiful wheel. Spacious hotel and very relaxing spaces including the tunnel and natural spring. Salt water outdoor pool. Loads of deckchairs and stunning view.

We had a two night stay at the nhow Marseille hotel, and enjoyed the location and the gorgeous hotel. The room was a great size, well decorated and clean - we were located on the ground floor level next to the terrace, pool and spa. The man who helped with our luggage was really friendly, as was the receptionist who checked us in. The hotel is well located near to the La Plage and the new end of town by the Hippodrome, which is a 15 minute walk and offers lots of choice for bars and restaurants. It’s a great spot to watch the sunset too. It’s around 45 minutes to walk into Marseille - we’d recommend taking the sea route and enjoying the scenic views, monuments and attractions along the way. We returned to the city by bus for the evening which was convenient and only cost EURO 1.70, and runs late into the evening so it’s really easy to get back to the hotel. The pool at the hotel is lovely, as was the spa - although we didn’t get a chance to use this.

Now for some of the issues - I want this review to be impartial and provide constructive feedback to the hotel, which was also provided in person during our stay. Firstly, the parking is charged at EURO 25 per 24 hour period, which is a significant added expense when there is no alternative locally. There is a EURO 100 deposit charge PER NIGHT, which again seems excessive, but you have no choice other than to pay this. The restaurant and bar in the hotel is very expensive (breakfast is EURO 30 per person!) [no characters left]

Lovely and fun vacation!

This hotel combines fun and elegance. The staff are friendly, the rooms large and comfortable, the bar and restaurant great. The beaches are a short walk and, in season, the pool is a treat. Do note the hot tubs are part of the spa service and an extra fee. We very much enjoyed our stay.

This was the nicest getaway for a few days during our vacation in France. I was more at peace on this property than I think I’ve ever been in my entire life. The location is gorgeous and the property is funky and cool. Every amenity is available in your room. Most notable pleasures—the rain shower, the most relaxing tub, the automatic lighting, and generous amount of storage space and number of electrical outlets. The room was the most spacious we have seen in France and it seems to have been designed by someone who knows just exactly what travelers need. We will certainly be back!

J'ai visité la France pendant un mois et j'ai séjourné dans divers endroits, mais nhow Marseille était de loin le meilleur endroit ! Je voulais être près de l'eau et ils m'ont offert ce luxe, ainsi que leur incroyable service hôtelier et leur atmosphère ! Excellent séjour ! En tant qu'anglophone visitant le pays, j'ai fait de mon mieux pour être respectueux et parler français quand je le pouvais ou utiliser mon application de traduction et la plupart du personnel était très gentil et patient avec moi. Certains ont été généreux pour essayer de parler anglais quand ils le pouvaient. Je me suis toujours senti bien accueilli par le personnel de la réception et le personnel d'entretien et le personnel du restaurant et du bar. J'ai hâte de visiter à nouveau.

I visited France for a month and stayed in various places but nhow Marseille was definitely the best place by far! I wanted to be close to the water and they gave me that luxury, plus their incredible hotel service and atmosphere! Excellent stay! As an English speaker visiting the country, I tried my best to be respectful and speak French when I could or use my translator app and most of the staff was very kind and patient with me. Some were generous to try to speak English when they could. I always felt welcomed by the front desk staff and housekeeping and the restaurant and bar staff. I look forward to visiting again.

Rooms are dirty. They first put me in a room where there was a dirty napkin in between the sofa. Staff wasn’t nice to tourists. They were acting like they are the mask police. Other parties did not have a mask on and once we didn’t put ours on they would come and tell us to put on, even chase after us. Only plus was the pool salty water and the pizza truck. Rest sucked. Do not recommend it to tourists

No internet during our entire stay, impossible to work. On top of that very hard to obtain a discount for this major issue for us. We were 5 people booking in this hotel for a business trip and some of us paid more than 40€ by connecting our laptop to our phone to access internet...

Checking in was a very slow process. There weren't a lot of people in front of us, but it seemed to take the staff, behind the counter, a long time with each guest. Our room was very nice and the balcony was private, like most of them. We took advantage of the spa and had the 90 minute massage - it was ok. We really liked the pool itself, the staff not so much. Not once in the number of times we were there did someone come around to offer us a drink, we had to go to the pool bar each time. The food at the hotel was very good. I would suggest including the breakfast buffet in with your room - the selection is enormous! The staff at both breakfast and dinner were excellent. My only complaint is that at dinner we were seated next to a toddler who cried and carried on the whole time. If this were Denny's i'd understand, but for a regular dinner costing $200 I don't think so. My overall impression is that the hotel/spa itself was very pleasing, the staff is not.

Gorgeous hotel in an amazing location, right on the water but a quick walk to shops. Every room seems to have a water view, the rooms are funky but also clean and well appointed. A lot of thought has obviously gone into the interior design. Breakfast was nice, the cocktails were good, the only place they could improve is the staff in the lower bar seem to actively avoid serving.

Okay but better and cheaper easier to find

Even though the hotel is not in the centre of Marseille it has a bus stop outside with a very frequent bus that takes 10-15 mins to get into the centre.

The hotel has just be refurbished and has a few teething issues which they are working through.

Two things which were of deep concern:
1. On arrival for a nearly two week stay we had to give a credit card for a down payment deposit for our stay- absolutely nothing unusual there as all hotels do it- however the amount was shocking! To compare with another hotel I stayed in in Marseille for the same amount of time it was 4 times the amount here!! I had to let them take nearly 2000 euros (yes that is not a mistake- two thousand!!) The other hotel was 500 euros- so if you have a limited budget this could destroy your holiday as neither Expedia or the hotel tell you this prior to booking.
2. The hotel has a rat problem! It is common knowledge to the reception- as the rats can be seen swimming in the pool at night time- my problem with this is that it is a salt water pool with no chlorine- therefore nothing will destroy any germs from the rats- this was explained to the reception staff who showed no interest at all in this instead demanding photos/videos we had of the rats in the pool were deleted.

Although not the hotel's fault the location is rather poor as it stinks of raw sewage all the time!! A river runs into the sea by the hotel which has open sewage pipes and around the pool area smells strongly all the time!

5*****Eperience, the hotel is amazingly appointed. At the check-in very sweee and pleasant people at the reception. I arrived at 11:30am and reception was very kind to check me in. The rooms fantastic and super clean and amazing bed. Hotel design very cute and very trandy. Hotel pool top class super clean. Hotel breakfast fantastic and big variaty to choose from. I had lunch at the pool restaurant and I must say the food was ok and believe that Cook Cheff doesn't meet the standard. Also, I used the hotel SPA , facial treatment and I must say they were professional and met all my expectation from the treatment point and kindness.
Overall my stay was fantastic and hotel staff was fantastic and very helpful with very good spoken English ❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️. I will be back with family 100%.

I booked this hotel for my honeymoon. I made right choice because the stay in that hotel made our trip memorable. The hotel is on beautiful location. The view from the room was magnificent. The mediterranean food was delicious. The staff was very friendly and cooperative.
The only drawback is that the hotel is far from famous tourist destinations. So we had to use Uber service and taxi service provided by the hotel.

Nous sommes arrivés à l’hôtel fatigués après la route, avec simplement l’envie de nous détendre. Nous avons d’abord souhaité prendre un verre au bar, mais nous avons été très surpris par le prix particulièrement excessif des boissons : 16 € pour un simple Aperol, 12€ un verre de vin .. Devant ce tarif, nous avons préféré remonter dans notre chambre pour prendre un verre tranquillement… mais nous n’avions qu’un seul verre à pied pour deux personnes.

Nous avons ensuite voulu profiter de la piscine. À notre grande surprise, celle-ci était déjà occupée par plusieurs personnes et l’accès était en plus payant,15€ par personne ce qui n’était absolument pas ce que nous attendions d’un hôtel de ce standing.

De retour dans la chambre pour nous préparer à dîner, les mauvaises surprises ont continué : le distributeur de gel douche était vide. J’ai donc dû me laver avec le shampoing, et l’après-shampoing était inutilisable car le produit était dur et impossible à utiliser. En sortant de la douche, il n’y avait même plus de mouchoirs dans la chambre.
Ne parlons pas du prix du parking 28 € la nuit .

Au moment de notre départ, nous avons pris la peine d’expliquer ces différents problèmes à la réception. La seule réponse que nous avons reçue a été un simple « ah bon, très bien », sans aucune considération ni tentative de solution.

Au vu du prix de la chambre et du standing revendiqué par votre établissement, nous trouvons cette expérience particulièrement déplorable et très décevante.

And I have to tell that the NHow hotel in Marseille is in the top 3 of the hotels I visited.
This hotel is a gem. A decoration that is just incredible. And the location, in front of the sea, is just wonderful.
I really enjoyed this place a lot.

RAS sauf le bruit insupportable du voisin qui a était infernal toute la nuit ! Malgré 3 appels à l’accueil ….. nous n’avons pas dormi de la nuit et on nous a proposé une chambre de remplacement qu’à 6h du matin ….. dommage car l’établissement est sympa nous qui sommes souvent en déplacement, nous avons était déçu de cette mésaventure.

Je suis très déçu de l’hôtel étant un habitué, connaissant bien toutes les chambres pour avoir loué toutes les types de suite y compris que la suite Penthouse, il ne m’a pas été attribué comme prévu dans ma réservation, une chambre premium la chambre extrêmement petite la première chambre qui m’avait été donnée avec salle de bain Intégrée dans la chambre pour connaître l’hôtel depuis plus de 15 ans, on m’a donné une chambre de base au premier étage, on m’a remplacé la chambre avec la même typologie de chambre, mais avec une cloison je n’ai pas reçu la chambre trium qui était prévu, j’ai toutes les numéros de chambre Premium pour les avoir réservés, sachant que j’ai réservé directement par votre plate-forme et non par l’établissement il m’ont octroyé une chambre de basse qui de surcroît n’était pas entretenu et propre. Je vous envoie des photos pour faire votre propre idée, je suis extrêmement déçu.
Tarif exorbitant pour ce niveau d’accueil et type de chambre

Il n’y a même pas de coton-tige dans la salle de bain
Tout est fait et calculer a minima pour faire une rentabilité maximum au détriment du client

Chambre Sea View Premium donne une vue Mer très décevante : il s’agit plutôt d’une vue sur un toit non entrevu.. avec perspective sur la mer au loin… décevant. Je ne sais pas qu’elle vu ont les chambres standard vue mer du coup.. ?

Même si on jouait en local, ce fut une expérience très agréable, vraiment l’impression d’être en vacances.
Le début du séjour j’étais solo car pour le travail.
Un voiturier à l’arrivée avec dépose des bagages directement en chambre.
J’avais demandé le petit déjeuner en chambre et un peu déçue car pas de couvert et peu de choix.
J’avais aussi demandé à ce qu’on ne fasse pas ma chambre (on a le choix, dans un but écologique) mais elle a quand même été faite.
Mon mari m’a rejoint les 2ème et 3ème jours, repas délicieux au restaurant Les Bains de l’hôtel, serveur très gentil et sympathique.
Petit déjeuner continental avec un large choix, produits de qualité.
Piscine à l’eau salée très agréable avec vue mer.
J’ai oublié, lors de notre départ, des affaires personnelles que j’ai pu récupérer sans problème quelques jours après.
Bref, j’ai adoré

Emplacement magique sur l’eau face aux îles
Très facile d’accès et »central » grâce arrêt bus on se rend facilement au port/ centre ville et vers les calanques.
Néanmoins l’extérieur a besoin d’un bon rafraîchissement - notre chambre avec balcon était en mauvais état plafond cloques barrière rouillée - ne devrait pas être classé en premium
