This property is getting pretty rundown. My sliding glass door on the balcony had no lock and the safe wouldn’t lock so I felt my valuables weren’t safe in the room. It wasn’t a ground floor, but if someone wanted to they definitely could have gotten in. Television, refrigerator, lights, and other small things were broken.

Affordable, close to beach. Building needs a new coat of paint. Kids appreciated pool as it was really hot. Air conditioning worked. Don’t pick if you like fancy hotels or need a certain level of sleep comfort, but it had a small kitchenette and a patio space. Hotel’s breakfast was very good. Staff were friendly and helpful.

Booking was for an apt for five adults. It had one bedroom for two - very dark and none of the lights worked. The other three were sofa beds that crammed together and could hardly be pulled out. While the room looked clean, it did not feel clean. Because of the lighting situation, however, we were allowed to cancel and a refund was issued. The best part about this place was the short walk to the beach and the very helpful and understanding receptionist.

Close to beach. No grocery stores close by for quick snacks or food. Limited dining. Had to use e-bikes and scooters to get any amenities or restaurants. No hair blowers in room, nobody made the beds just took out your garbage. Outside is run down. Good about giving help in English. Safe property.

Our air conditioner was broken the entire 3 nights we were there. The maintenance guy tried to fix it but did not. We asked for him to come back and look at it again on the next day, but were told he had left for the day and would not be back. We asked to move rooms and were denied. We asked to borrow a fan to help cool off so we could sleep. There was one right behind the counter. She said no. So no help in any way at all. It was a very disappointing experience to say the least.

Not good value for money.

Firstly we weren’t told that we needed to flash our key in the lift for our key to work. There was no sign in the lift either.
When we got to our room, it hadn’t been cleaned, the bed had been used and there was washing up to do by the sink.
The receptionist did allocate us a different and bigger room but it has a mezzanine bedroom which was difficult for me as l have mobility issues and use a walking stick.
As we’d flown in the UK at 7am that morning we were too tired to change rooms again.
We also felt that at €15 each, breakfast was very limited. There was no fresh fruit or salad items and only a very small amount of meat.
On the plus side, although the hotel looked very tired, the rooms and bedding were clean.

Lovely staff who were super helpful and kind about a very late arrival! Really good location for easy access to a beach, sports stadium and the bus to the port area. Nearby supermarche had most things in stock to be able to fill up the fridge for a weeks worth of breakfast and snacks. Only mild disappointment was no loungers by the pool as it would have been nice to dry off in the sun after a swim.

Very nice staff. The rooms could improve and the cleanliness depends on the room numbers (we used two. One was clean, the other was dusty). N8ce stay on the whole.

Not such a pleasant experience !

It’s a very budgeted apartment/hotel, had to stay here just because there was no other option, swimming pool wasn’t looking clean, one of the beds were broken, and the only staff perceptionist tried to fix it and couldn’t, no other rooms were available so I had to fix it myself, at 4am some workers from underground parking started to load a truck with some cargo with lots of noise for 40 minutes and woke us up, receptionist doesn’t speak English either.

Nice aparthotel, didn't care for the beaches...

This aparthotel was nice. There are only 4 free parking spots. If you do not get one of these, you must park in a pay lot that is just outside the hotel. The immediate vicinity of the hotel was nice. However, we did not care for the beaches or strip restaurants/stores along the beach. The beach was dirty and crowded. Prado beach was completely closed for, perhaps a concert. there were people with shampoo and body wash showering in the outside beach showers. So overall we did not like this part of Marseille. The sofa bed was comfortable. And having a kitchen is always very nice.

no so great experience

the location is amazing really close to the beach and restaurants , shops etc.
however the hotel needs a lots of improvements on the building outside and inside the sofa bed was old which my father wasn't happy about that , the bed was ok but some lining was with yellow marks, the slide door wall-draws were broken it almost felt on the head of my little girl... also the air condition wasn't working and was a lots of mosquitos.. + after I found out that Cleanning was not included not even once! so far I wouldn never come back to this hotel... photos on the add shows spotless on the advert but once arrived it's not the same as the photos were when the building was new but not anymore. once again the hotel needs a lots of upgrades and improvements outside and inside.

I chose it because its location was convenient for personal issues. The room I got sleeps 4. It has a mezzanine not very well aerated or lighted. General condition is below average: lifts are terrible. Vacuum aspirator in toilet did not work, and it was not repaired for the whole week we stayed. They clean the room for additional 26 euros/ day, and change bedding for additional 26 euros/ day. So one should consider adding those fees when comparing with other hotels. But they have washing/dryer machine in the basement that cost 7.5 euros per use.
Breakfast is basic, and cost additional 11 euros per adult, and 6 euros per child.
Very calm neighborhood, It is very close to the beach and parc borely, and It takes 45 minutes by bus to get to the vieux port.
To conclude, this will not a place I would recommend, although staff are very nice.

Room amenities below average - lighting poor, space very confined, beds average comfort, decoration depressing
Bathroom - shower water uncontrolled, temperature change from scalding to cold, plumbing may be 50 years behind today's standards; shower shield inadequate as water spreayed on the floor.We used Javel to clean up the bath, toilet and the kitchen sink to clear the remaining musty smell
The most recent Adagio catalogue advertises Adagio Plage as newly decorated; we found the room decoration poor and the balcony ceiling badly moulded and peeling; the balcony railings were badly rusted and in need of cleaning and painting.
The lifts required servicing; one lift was frequently out of action and to access the laundry room we had to use the stairs. Staff explained that servicing required centre authorisation which during our 12 day stay was not forthcoming.

Pleasant hotel, conveniently located

My friend and I were very happy with our 4-night stay at the Adagio Apart-hotel. It was comfortable, clean and had everything necessary, even a dishwasher. If we needed anything else, the hotel staff were most polite and helpful. The hotel is located in a quiet district, only 5-10 minutes walk to the beach and a bit less to the bus stop into town. There are a few steps on the way and you have to pass some building work which is on hold, but that is minor as long as you're careful where you walk. If you don't feel like going into the city centre, there are several restaurants and cafes nearby, and a good supermarket too. We really couldn't fault this accommodation. Thank you Adagio!

Perfect location, great hotel.

I arrived a few hours before check in began but a lovely lady on reception (who spoke perfect English) helped me check in early for no extra charge. (Which was invaluable because I'd been awake for about 36 hours by then!)
Lovely, clean, spacious apartment with everything I needed. The bed was the size of a car park, I got lost in its infinite comfort all on my lonesome. The cupboards had everything I might have needed, and plenty of things I couldn't imagine needing!
Staff always friendly and helpful, I felt comfortable and happy. The balcony was a decent size and I could see the sea so was nice to sit outside in some shade. I had friends visit me in my apartment and reception staff were very welcoming.
Lovely clean pool, just big enough to swim in! Although swimming in the sea was far superior, the pool offered more opportunity to get out of the sun for periods.
I did not take the optional breakfast option but the breakfast room seemed to be well frequented when I passed by.

The location was absolutely ideal. Whilst I did spend a short time exploring the city centre, the beach area was exactly where I wanted to be. Lovely restaurants and cafes nearby, the Parc Borely was a welcome retreat from the sun and noise of the beach area when wanting to relax during the heat of the day. I spent a lot of time at the Bowl de Marseille where I was greeted by a really friendly and welcoming community and made some life long friends.

10/10. I want to go back now!

I nice French apartment near the beach.

The room was clean, staff was very friendly and helpful. the only issues were little and unimportant. The hallway was dim but the hotel is safe. The pool was drained but it is seriously a two minute walk from the beach. the room was warm so we just left the patio door open to smell the sea air when we slept. grocery store right across the street. Near the bus, metro, stadium, hookah bar, a dozen restaurants and the statue of david.

Perfect for us. We traveled everyday and cooked meals when we felt like staying in.

Great place.

It is self catering, with a Casino supermarket nearby: the studio was well equipped with everything and had a dishwasher. The location is fantastic, just near the Prado beach. It is easy to get into the centre of marseilles: the 83 bus runs from nearby every 8 minutes. Also, it is very easy to get out of Marseilles through the tunnel. It took us a while to find the hotel; make sure you print out the map of the area around the hotel: it is quite tricky to get off the Prado to the rue Mousse (we arrived after dark, and it took us 3 attempts!). Small but pleasant outdoor pool. parking was easy.

Hôtel 3 étoiles au standing respecté. La chambre est propre et spacieuse, la literie confortable, et tout le nécessaire de cuisine est à disposition. Gros point positif : l’odeur de désinfectant et de produits ménagers dès l’entrée dans la chambre, ainsi que dans la salle de bain et les toilettes, ce qui est très rassurant.

Je tiens particulièrement à souligner l’accueil, qui représente selon moi une grande part de la satisfaction d’un séjour. La réceptionniste, Adir, est souriante, bienveillante, à l’écoute et très professionnelle. C’est une personne qui mérite d’être reconnue pour la qualité de son travail et l’attention qu’elle porte aux clients.

Stannade i Marseille i endast två nätter. Riktigt fin utsikt från rummet, trevlig personal, härligt med pool och bra läge i ett lugnt område med närhet till stränderna, en stor park och restauranger. Diskmaskinen och två av eluttagen fungerade inte i mitt rum, men jag hann inte påtala det då min vistelse här var så pass kort och jag inte påverkades av det så nämnvärt.

Hôtel à fuir: chambre sale, tout petit matelas, pas de climatisation, attitude du personnel plus que limite: dort sur le canapé d’entrée, prétexte le fait que nous sommes à Marseille si le tout est ainsi…
Pour couronner le tout, la piscine est minuscule, sans pédiluve (merci les infections), les baies vitrées ne ferment pas ou ont été forcé.
Un établissement s’entretient mais visiblement pas celui ci.
Proche de la plage mais long de tout le reste et sans commerce à proximité.

Réservation avec climatisation et elle ne fonctionnait pas aucune excuse un ventilateur prêté et aucun remboursement on nous a offert le petit déjeuner les 4 derniers jours en insistant un peu. État général très très sale baignoire encrassée vitres très sales par terre noir de saleté avec les chaussettes blanches. Sent le renfermé baignoire digne d’un film d horreur ne mérite Leleu pas 1 étoile. Une jeune femme a l accueil Dorra exceptionnelle très gentille et adorable vraiment le seul point positif. L'intérieur de l'hôtel et les chambres sont tout à fait correct. Par contre la façade est complètement décrépie et le la literie est à changer.
Dans notre chambre, la clim de fonctionnait pas et la baie vitrée ne fermait pas à clé.
Dommage car l'ensemble du personnel était souriant et très accueillant ; ils répondaient avec sourire et gentillesse à toutes nos questions.

Det är ett lägenhetshotell med eget pentry som är hyfsat utrustat. Där finns två plattor, en mikrovågsugn, vattenkokare och kaffebryggare. Där finns även tallrikar, bestick, muggar och glas. Det fattas dock en brödkniv och kockkniv.

Très bon séjours à l'hôtel. Petite chambre avec cuisine et balcon plus la piscine c'est top. Personnel très sympathique. À 5min de la plage du prado. Je recommande.
