I am so glad after reading some really bad reviews about the Hotel I had originally booked that I was able to secure a last minute reservation at Le Drips....besides being a moderately priced beautiful Hotel with a stunning pool....it is literally a museum of Modern and Local Art.....We had spent almost a week in the gloom of Paris and some fellow travellers told us we would find lots of welcoming faces and a different attitude in Marseilles....boy howdy were they right....and it all started with Maylon and the other staff at Le Drips...

Le Drip Hotel charged me a €150 deposit, stating it was a precautionary measure in case of potential damages. Upon checkout, everything was confirmed to be in order, and I was assured that the deposit would be refunded immediately. However, over a week has passed, and I have yet to receive my refund. Despite multiple attempts to contact the hotel, I have received no response. This lack of communication and delay in returning my deposit is unacceptable.

We only stayed one night. The hotel window looked out onto the road which was a bit noisy at night. Staff did not offer to show the pool or hotel areas when we arrived, in the morning the pool was closed for maintainance. Having the pool option was one of the main reasons why we chose the hotel.

I am a world traveler, and I have never experienced such terrible customer service in my life.
It started with being harassed at the front desk with their confusion over how many people were booked for the room.
Then being shamed after we asked for more towels, and then refused to give more on the same day the towels were changed.
The last straw was when I was checking out and they accused me of eating an extra breakfast (for my pregnant guest) which did not happen.
Seriously who starts fights with their guests and then doesn’t even bother to apologize.
The pictures are accurate. The building is hard to find and parking is difficult.
Save yourself the stress and stay anywhere else!

Je suis très déçu de cet hôtel, en arrivant dans la chambre on trouve une serviette de toilette sale dans un placard, je prend une douche l'écoulement de l'eau se fait mal j'enlève la grille et je trouve une poignée assez conséquente de cheveux et autre qui empêchait l'eau de s'evacuer, et pour terminer je trouve un éclat de verre blanc a côté du lit. La personne à juste su me dire on est désolé, aucun responsable n'est venu s'excuser ou me proposer un geste commercial, je ne recommande pas cette hôtel ou on se moque du client et surtout rien à faire de son avis. C'est la première fois que cela m'arrive et j'ai fait beaucoup de séjour en hotel que ce soit professionnel et ou personnel.

Poolen va det absolut bästa med hotellet. Den va bättre än på bilderna! Vi var där 3-5e juli. Precis innan barnen i Frankrike får sommarlov. Så det var väldigt lungt på hela hotellet, både lediga stolar vid poolen och ingen kö på frukosten. Det är ett mindre hotell, utanför stan ca 25 min med in till centrum. Baren vid poolen var inte öppen under vår resa och det fanns inga vegetariska alternativ för mat på hotellet.
Men det gick bra att beställa dryck i baren och ta med till poolen. Vi beställde även uber eats till hotellet.
Vi saknade krokar att hänga handdukar på i badrummet. Annars var det bra förvaring i rummet.
Om det funnit vegetariska alternativ till lunch/snack/middag på hotellet, krokar i badrummet hade det absolut blivit 5 stjärnor!

J’ai beaucoup apprécier mon séjour dans cet hôtel. J’ai été à Marseille pour voir un concert au vélodrome et l’hôtel est très bien situé par rapport au stade. Il y a un arrêt juste à côté de l’hôtel et on y est en 15min en bus.
L’équipe est très agréable et plein de bons conseils pour organiser le séjour et les visites à Marseille. Le quartier est calme et on a trouvé où se garer facilement à côté de l’hôtel.

Pour avoir testé la quasi totalité des hôtels 4* de Marseille, je trouve que le Dripsl est un « peu juste » pour une classification 4* : décoration des chambres assez « froides », parties communes , petit déjeuner également à améliorer en terme de qualité.
Les chambres côté rue sont très mal isolées, d’autant que le centre Cial à côté se fait livrer par camions dès 5h le matin…
Et enfin, approche les 170€/nuit à l’époque où j’y ai séjourné, début avril.

A l'arrivée le parking est très sale mais à la reception l'accueil est très agréable avec un personnel au top. La chambre est correcte et le lit confortable. Le distributeur de savon ne fonctionne pas et le fond de douche ne fonctionne pas avec obligation de le retirer manuellement.

La localisation n'est pas optimale sans véhicule personnel. Le petit déjeuner à un rapport qualité/prix que je n'ai pas croisé souvent dans un hôtel - bravo! La décoration avec des street artistes est très originale mais peine à masquer un établissement un peu impersonnel de part l'architecture du bâtiment. Je n'ai malheureusement pas profité des extérieurs (novembre...) qui semblent très agréables.
