Absolutely loved our stay at Aplai Dome. Breakfast was delicious and the infinity pool was amazing. Staff very friendly and helpful - we will definitely be back! Highly recommend Aplai done to anyone staying at Santorini.
Janice
We stayed at Aplai Dome for 10 days and we can't say enough great things about this property. This is a family run operation and this is exactly the way you are treated. Shout outs to Elena at reception, Haris at the bar and Stamatis at breakfast.
Breakfast is included in your room price and it is always fresh and delicious. There are awesome pizzas and a few other snacks available throughout the day for a reasonable price. The breakfast/bar area, infinity pool and I believe all rooms overlook the Aegaen Sea. Sunsets from your deck are the most amazing we have ever experienced. Oia is a short 5-7 min stroll up hill with many great restaurants and views from every angle, take the time to go on walks through this town.
We will definitely be coming back, we miss you guys already.

Amazing 3 nights say with lovely breakfast.
Every aspect of this property has an ocean view with a beautiful sunset.
The best part is you are not in the hustle and bustle of the tourist influx in the village of Oia, but only a 10 minute walk away… Best of both worlds. We are seniors and found the slight uphill walk absolutely doable…
Helena on reception was a legion organised a lovely sunset cruise for us and airport pickup and drop off…
I didn’t get the name of the bar staff but they all are friendly and helpful when asking for advice..
I would not hesitate to recommend, and would definitely book again if I was lucky enough to visit again from Australia…

Aplai Dome ended up being such a wonderful stay. From check in to check out and everything in between, the staff in particular Elena, made the entire process seamless. She also provided many recommendations and arranged reservations for us during our stay. The property is clean, comfortable, and safe. Location is a short walk away to the main attractions in Oia. I would return and highly recommend staying here! Thank you again Aplai Dome for your hospitality!
Gabriel
The service was amazing. They are so friendly and go above and beyond to make sure you have a wonderful stay. 10/10 would recommend a stay here. It’s only a short walk from the OIA shops and cliffside views.
Riddhi
This was a great stay! Loved the room and views. Location is 5-7 min walk to main oia view but gets you away from the crowd. Staff, amenities and location were fantastic! Thank you!
Paulina

Loved our stay In oia would definitely recommend this hotel . I know I would go back !!!

Chrisa at the front desk = next wife material! Super friendly, very helpful in making dinner and transportation reservations! The pool and pool bar scenes were both wonderful. Super serene, a beautiful ocean view and just a five minute walk to The Blue Dome Churches in downtown Eia! I’m coming back here next year!

Had a nice stay at this hotel! Very close to the main area of Oia. Clean property and nice pool, reasonable prices at pool bar, and good breakfast. Chris at front desk was very helpful. She arranged transportation from the port, gave great recommendations, and overall very helpful. She tried helping us with rental car as well, but we needed a larger car than most rental cars offer. So if you need a big SUV book that in advance. Our room had the jacuzzi and a great view of the sunset! Parking lot is small so if you are renting car or big SUV it may be tight and you may have to park somewhere not on property so consider that.
Belinda
The hotel had a lovely infinity pool and a beautiful view of the sunset. It had very nice deck chairs. Our room was comfortable and everything looks good. The people who work there were very helpful. The breakfast could have been a little more attractive and bountiful, but it was OK. The hotel was within easy walking distance of town, but we were able to park at the hotel.
Amelia
Staff were friendly, pool was gorgeous and sunsets divine!
Charlotte
Lovely spot close Oia center, yet calm and relaxing. Lovely staff, beautiful views.
William
The hotel is fantastic. Small but enough people for atmosphere. Service from arrival to departure was second to none.
Mellesia
Chrisa is AMAZING!!! She’s the best, she was so friendly and gave amazing recommendations!!! The place was beautiful and clean and the sunset view from our room was beautiful!! :)

Beautiful hotel and perfect location
Hotel is in perfect location to visit all the sight in Oia. The staff at the property are amazing and cannot do enough to help you, great advice and kind. Loved our stay would definitely recommend.
Norma
Great location--just a short walk to everything. Wonderful staff. Beautiful view of the sunset minus all the people criwding the walkways of Oia.
HONG
Best hotel service ever. Super friendly staff. Great breakfast options, and the food quality is excellent. Skip the crowds in Oia and enjoy sunset views directly from the balcony. We will definitely stay here again in the future.
ARVEITY
This is one the best places to stay in OIA. If this hotel is still available there is no need for you to look for others. Breakfast is one of the best we have ever had in any hotels. Staff are very kind and exceptionally sweet. They go way beyond to make you comfortable and answer any questions you have around here. Overall the BEST place around for you to stay.
Mosammet
It’s was really nice place. Must recommend .
Sinead
A really lovely stay. Private, quiet but very close to the centre of town. Chrisa gave great recommendations and the other staff members were great as well especially the woman at breakfast and the barman. We enjoyed meeting the resident dog Rex. Cannot recommend enough.
Adil
Amazing stay here. My girlfriend and I enjoyed this hotel, the view of the sunset by the pool was outstanding aswell. Very peaceful quiet hotel, amazing for couples.

We LOVED our stay here and will definitely be back if our travels bring us to Oia, Santorini again someday. Everything about it was perfect!

We had a lovely stay in a lovely hotel just a few minutes walk from the main street. The staff was amazing especially Chrisa who greeted us on arrival. She was so friendly and helpful we felt like we already knew her. Breakfast was lovely. A Platter of food and fresh fruit. We highly recommend this hotel and would love to visit again some time
Madeleine

A Blend of Warmth and Shortcomings
Our stay at the Aplai Dome Hotel in Santorini was marked by the exceptional kindness of its staff, particularly Esperanza, who surprised us with her perfect Spanish. The breakfast team mirrored this warmth, further enhancing our stay.
However, the room rate of $320 USD per night raised our expectations for amenities and services, some of which were unfortunately not met. Firstly, the absence of a luggage service was noticeable, leaving us to manage our luggage to our rooms.
In-room, we noticed the lack of bedside reading lights, a standard amenity in many establishments. Additional inconveniences included the lack of complimentary beverages in the mini-fridge, and only one room key provided. Returning late, we found the need to send a WhatsApp message for someone to unlock the door, another minor yet noticeable inconvenience.
While such elements might be overlooked in a budget accommodation, they are less acceptable in a higher-priced establishment, particularly one located in a tourist hotspot like Santorini. Hence, despite the warm hospitality extended by the commendable staff, our overall rating for Aplai Dome is a measured three stars. While the hotel has a strong foundation in its attentive and friendly staff, there are evident areas of improvement that need to be addressed to justify the current room rates and enhance the overall guest experience.

Amazing 3 Night Stay!
We stayed for 3 nights at Aplai Dome and had an amazing time!
The location is great for exploring Oia, but peaceful as it’s set back from the main street. The hotel is clean, with a lovely bar and pool area (which you can watch the sunset from undisturbed)!
We’d definitely return in the future!

Only 10 apartments, pretty new and well maintained. Has a parking lot and breakfast is really good, lots of variety. This hotel is located 10 mins walk from the sunset view location in Oia, as well to restaurants, etc. And it gives you the option of staying away from the crowds if you want privacy and quiet.
Staff is amazing! Even though reception desk is not open 24/7, staff is accessible via WhatsApp and show up quickly.

Absolutely amazing hotel. The staff was very friendly and helpful and made sure our stay was nothing but terrific. This hotel has a beautiful view of the sea and the pool was great as well. Also, the breakfast was one of the best we’ve had so far on our trip. Highly recommend! 👍👍

Don’t let the pictures fool you
Honeymoon suite with little privacy, hot tub that was not hot & the wi fi did not work!
I wouldn’t recommend & I certainly wouldn’t honeymoon there!

Amazing 3 nights
A fabulous small hotel where nothing is too much trouble. From the welcoming to the departure we felt at home. Rooms are spotless, very nice pool.
One minor constructive comment is our hot tub could be a smidge warmer I am only adding this comment to show some balance
I couldn't recommend this place enough - much nicer than being crammed on the caldera

Santorini - Aplai Dome 5 🌟 stars
We stayed here 5 nights on our way to Milos. From check in time with Charis #1 to the free breakfast with Charis #2 and the rest of the team. Our time at Aplai Dome was just excellent.
Dinner reservations help? -check, recommendations on beaches to go? -check, airport/port transfers? (without the overcharge) -check.
The suites were exceptioal, the daily housekeeping was superb (performed by a lovely couple) and I highly recommend getting the room with the spa. Sunsets will never be the same.
If you find yourself hungry at night the staff is more than willing to help you and call a local restaurant that will deliver the food directly to your room. Of course if you want something outside their food menu.
Everything is a close walk 5-7 minutes on average. I do suggest getting a Quad ATV if you can - which can be delivered to the hotel.
Overall our stay was 👏 fantastic and if you ever need anything reach out to Stamatis and he or anyone else in the team will make sure you are taken care to your satisfaction.

Great hotel
Aplai Dome is a great hotel for a stay in Santorini. It is well located in Oia, a short walk from the main town but far enough away to be quiet. The staff are excellent (in particular Charis, who was extremely helpful) and there is a good breakfast in the morning. There is a lovely pool from which you can see the beautiful sunsets. Highly recommend if you are staying in Santorini.

Quieter stay in Oia
There are definitely more luxurious places to stay on Santorini but this works for those not wanting to pay those prices. While they do not have the stereotypical views of other properties on Oia, I much preferred this location with it being an easy walking distance to Oia without the crowds of Oia. It was easy for us to walk to enjoy the typical sunsets and restaurants of Oia without having to wake up or be disturbed by the huge crowds that flock there during the day and at sunset. Rooms were comfortable, staff friendly, and small pool area perfect for relaxing.
The honeymoon suite had a hot tub which was small and not worth the extra. All the rooms have an outdoor sitting area.

Staff were AMAZING. Top notch customer service, beautiful pool, close to all the action, wonderful breakfast. Cant recommend this place enough, will definitely go again.
Lucille
Memorable stay in this beautiful island. Aida made sure we had everything, even provided midnight snack for us. This hotel is close to caldera and restaurants, we highly recommend and will definitely return. Thanks Aplai Dome!

Great place with a great pool
The location is pretty good, the pool is excellent. The breakfast was very big and filling. Cant fault anything.

We really enjoyed Aplai Dome and getting know the owners who were so accommodating and friendly! The layout of the hotel was wonderful. If there is any negative, it would be that you need to walk up the main road, which can be hazardous and a bit crazy, to the city center area.part of the way , you need to share the narrow road with cars and other part has a bumpy sidewalk which was not very conducive to heels or wedges.
Doreen
Tranquil oasis walking distance to Oia attractions
Tranquil stay away from the hustle and bustle but easy, walking distance to the Oia main street.
Emily
A perfect stay!
So beautiful! The room was clean and well kept and the views from the pool were breathtaking. The staff was so friendly and accommodating and the breakfast was delicious! So close to the main attractions in Oia but could spend the whole stay at the hotel. We can’t wait to come back.

Great service
It is about 15 minutes walk from the tourists area. Nice new property with great service. I had my best breakfast there during my stay in Greece. They even sent breakfast the night before to my room because I had an early flight. That’s very touching.
Kendall
Wonderful place to stay
The place was in a great location. Just a short walk up to all the restaurants. Our room was especially nice and we thoroughly enjoyed hanging by the pool and soaking in the rays. The staff couldn’t have been any more accommodating and friendly. Lastly, the breakfast was excellent. We would certainly return if given the opportunity.
Jonathan
Great service by the staff. Lia the receptionist was very helpful in guiding us where to go. The breakfast was one the best, and the waitress/chef/teacher is extremely nice. 2 blocks from Oía
Stephanie
Our stay here was fantastic! Lia and Joana were amazing and so so helpful and welcoming. We are already discussing returning and staying here again. The location is fantastic - a 4 minute walk to the heart of Oia and for everything else Lia helped us call taxis. The breakfast buffet everyday was amazing (as was the rest of the service). We cannot say enough good things about the Aplai Dome and team working here!!
Justin
loved this place
great place. Nice room with private terrace. Great views and friendly staff. Short 5 min walk into the town of Oia.

Absolutely beautiful property with amazing views.
Jo, lia and Stop are the most generous of people you will ever meet in the hospitality industry. Your happiness is everything to them.
The room is cleaned daily, fresh towels and toiletries replaced daily.
The breakfast, like all the food is excellent and freshly prepared from local products.
10 minutes away from the most magnificent views of the Caldera. Easy walk.
A taste of paradise.

One of the best hotels my friend and I have stayed in: super friendly and helpful staff who are very welcoming, delicious breakfast spread, very clean property throughout, good amenities, perfect location in terms of being near enough to the heart of Oia without having to use public transport but also not too close to the masses of tourists. Our only “constructive feedback” would be if the rooms had one or two towel rails in the bathroom. Otherwise, thank you so much to the staff for making our stay so pleasant!!
David
Our stay at Aplai Dome was great. Flight got in at 4am and we had reached out to the hotel for suggestions of what we could do; they were able to arrange a car from the airport for us, and accommodated our early arrival by setting us up in a guest room while we waited to checkin.
With the number of rooms at the hotel and the staff who was there from morning to night, it definitely felt like a B&B and we could actually get to know some of them.
Everyone was also helpful in getting us some great tables at the restaurants we were looking at, as well as reserving a rental car that picked us up right at the hotel.

The reception staff is very helpful. She provided all information that we need with extras. The room is very cosy n clean. Provided very good breakfast. Only a 7 mins walk to Oia centre where all the transportation station. Love it.

Best location for oia for people with no cars! Enjoyed the stay!

Nice quiet hotel....good for couples.
Excellent service, comfortable stay.
Room was beautiful and the pool had a gorgeous view.
Free breakfast was a plus.
One negative was it was a bit of walk on a hill from the bus stop.
