Our room was spacious & well equipped with everything that we needed for our 8 night stay. The bed could be better & the carpet needs cleaning. Fantastic location and plenty of restaurants close by. Would definitely stay here again

We really enjoyed our stay, the apartment was clean, well set up and spacious for a family. The beds were comfortable and it was so handy having the laundry facilities. The apartment was in a great location, easy walking distance to restaurants, bakeries and most importantly the beach.

Kitchen was equipped with 4 of everything which meant we couldn't just load the dishwasher and use other dishes for the next meal. Otherwise the kitchen was satisfactory. Despite being a non smoking hotel, our room smelled strongly of cigarettes. Also, if you're in a 2 bedroom unit, be aware that the second bedroom has no window and the door is made of glass.

Disappointed with our stay at Ramada Scarborough . Checkin was slow with the person in front of me struggling with entering details on the small screen. Not a very friendly screen set up and not a lot of help from the person on the desk. My checkin was a bit better, but not really friendly. Room was a good size , but didnt look as \"new or bright\" as the photos. Room was a bit older than what is shown in most of the photos.
On a positive, Bed was very confortable and the kitchen has all of the basic items needed.
Internet was terrible. Struggled to watch a 20 second video without bufferring. I do expect better internet. It just looks and feels a bit tired.

Whilst the location and hotel appearance were great. I believed that I had paid for a room with a balcony & sea views of Scarborough. After inspecting the room, I returned to the front desk to ask for a room with a view - to which I was advised that there was no room available with the view. This was terribly disappointing and I believe false advertising as the photos for the room clearly show sea views. I may as well have chosen a cheaper room in Perth City.

We had a 2 bedrooms room, everything we needed is there but it was not in clean condition. The curtains were dirty, the walls need to be painted. Spiders webs on the ceiling make me uncomfortable. This is not happening in a 4 star hotel. There is not enough free parking for everyone .

The hotel is extremely clean. It smells lovely and is in a fantastic location.

We came for a sports tournmanet that was being played in Doubleview. The hotel has laundry facilities and decent packing. Also has an amazing french bakery and Dominos located in the building.

Staff were lovely.

Only thing that is a negative was the repair and maintenance was a little bit lacking. The rooms needed re-painting and proper touch ups and the drain doesnt drain very well and water floods the floors when the shower is in.

I booked this hotel for a two-night stay, arriving late in the evening. As soon as I opened the door to the room, I was hit by a horrible stench. I attempted to contact the after-hours number to report the issue but couldn't get through.

The carpet was filthy and emitted such a strong, unpleasant smell that it was unbearable. I ended up sleeping with the balcony doors open just to tolerate the air — fortunately, I was on the third floor and felt safe doing so.

The next morning, I explained the situation to reception and showed them the photos I had taken of the carpet. The staff member was apologetic, and offered a full refund that I had requested.

Excellent location in Scarborough. Spacious 2 bedroom studio room with all amenities required. Laundry room external to room on same level with free use of washing machine/dryer. Comfortable beds. Lovely balcony looking out to the ocean.
Only downfall was minimal parking for guests and not many options along street.

Love the location however the apartment had several issues, bathroom extractor fan started banging so loudly you could hear in the corridor on day 2 of stay and we were told no one could Come to repair it that day, meaning we had to shower in the dark as the fan would come on every time we turned the bathroom light on. Engineer eventually came but couldn’t fix it however disconnected it from the light so we at least had light in the bathroom, it still wasn’t working when we left despite several reminders to the front desk. The dishwasher also got stuck on a wash setting so we just washed the dishes by hand after that. The apartment wasn’t vacuumed at all during our stay and the exterior terrace floor, table and chairs were filthy so I bought cleaning products to clean them. We stayed here 5 years ago and came back this time as we loved the location however the last time the apartments were much newer.

Hotel was in a great location, near the beach, room was nice, clean, comfy beds. Receptionist was really lovely. Stored our cases until our room was ready and sand the next day as we didn’t leave until late.

The lift did not work so we were forced to climb up and down the fire stairs to levels 4 and 5 with our 83 year old mother and the luggage. One night we were suck in the fire stairwell and the night manager who was not on site did not answer the phone. We had no alternative but to dial 000. The next morning the door to our apartment would not open which is frightening to think we were trapped in the apartment.

We paid for a family 3bedroom suite and a one bedroom suite. We confirmed 3 days out what rooms we had. Upon arrival, the one bedroom suite had a king bed. Not what we asked for. They world not seperate the beds. My two adult kids did this. Then after day 1, the elevator broke and we had to use the stairs for 5 levels. With an elderly lady that couldn't climb stairs. They offered a two bedroom suite on the other side of the property, but we had three rooms for a reason. The plants outside smell like marijuana everytime you walk out the door. The kids room had bugs coming out of their bathroom sink and it smelt like sewage after day 1. Never staying there again.

The room was perfect. No problems there.
The shower went cold after 5 minutes so the second person had a cold shower. Maybe there should be a sign to say 5 minute shower for 1 person at a time.
The bed was not to bad but it could be a bit softer.

This would have been inconvenient but later in the day I dropped in to reception and a wonderful guy called Caleb sorted out a space for me for the weekend. A little thing like that made a huge difference to our experience.

There is no soundproofing. Also the carpet sounds like it has plastic underlay. When you walk around it literally crunches underfoot. When we arrived there was confusion over how many people we had booked for and extra bedding wasn’t made up.

We arrived on a very late flight from Brisbane which the hotel staff were aware of. We retrieved our key cards from the lock box and they didn’t work so we tried the after hours number. He was very rude and kept hanging up on us as we tried to explain that our cards didn’t work and we couldn’t access the hotel.
We were left standing outside in the cold with our two kids until a resident gave us access to the lobby to wait.
Two hours later a maintenance man came and we were able to get into our room which we found rather dusty and basic.
The next morning we went to reception and the reception supervisor was so flipping rude. He basically said there was nothing wrong with the key cards and was quick to secure a hold on our credit card while talking to every other person that entered Reception. Such terrible customer service!
The only saving grace was the friendly housekeeping ladies and the location.
We will definitely NOT be staying here again.

1. Location is great and near to Scarborough Beach.

2. Beach is beautiful and has rows of fancy eateries to eat and be merry.

3. It is 5 minutes walk from Coles Supermarket for groceries shopping.

4. It is 7 minutes drive to Karrinyup shopping mall which is a fantastic mall that is new, vibrant and houses mass brands for great shopping experience.

5. Hotel room Carpet is old and requires a changeout. Wood flooring will be ideal for customers who face asthmatic issues.

6. Hotel lift requires servicing.

7. Hotel reception is friendly and helpful.

8. Hotel kitchen for cooking is great with ample utensils, and kitchen wares for both cooking and dish washing.

9. Requires plastic bags changeout for trash

I had 2 separate bookings fire following dates. Reception went out if thief way to let us stay in same room which really helped us pack for a full days flight home. They put us in a 2 bed room apartment and everything was spotless, very comfortable beds and great bathroom I can’t recommend this place enough.

Great staff at checkin & cleaning staff friendly & helpful especially when my sons 2 surf boards were stolen from parking area. Fantastic traditional French bakery/patisserie downstairs with good coffee. Excellent restaurants within walking distance. Lovely view from room. Only one problem, part of underneath of the roof on our balcony was missing on balcony so rattling noise of tin & vents heard when windy throughout apartment.

This one bedroom business apartment was excellent.
Separate bedroom, lounge/dining area, plenty of storage, full kitchen, washing machine/tumble dryer. Sofa, single comfortable chair, coffee table. TV in lounge area & bedroom. It's a shame that there's such a poor choice of TV progs. Could have done with Netflix, 7+. Reception staff very helpful. Needed instructions on how to work oven etc.

Getting in after reception closed at 9pm could’ve been easier but thereafter the place has been great. Very fresh and clean place with kitchen facilities and a balcony and incredibly close to the beach. Try the patisserie downstairs too.

The apartment was fine but room not set up for 4 people which we booked for. Linen was bought up by lovely staff but then no extra towels. Lift was temperamental so had to use stairs on several occasions. Signage could have been better in stair wells and by lifts. Kitchen tap needs to be looked at as it soaked me when turned on.

I didn't like the attitude of the receptionist. She was somewhere in the hotel when we arrived approx. 8pm. Had to phone for her to come down and waited 15 minutes to be let in. Feeble apology and we were told there is \"only one of me\". Not impressed after travelling all day.

The hotel is in a great location. Its a stunning party of the WA coastline. Thats the good stuff. Never been made to feel welcomed as a return traveller. i stay in Perth about 4 times a year for work for a week. There is nothing ever offered to reward you for loyalty. This trip, i was put in a back room right next to the elevator. I need a full size fridge for my samples, got a mini bar fridge. went down to ask for an upgrade, even offered to pay the difference. Got told we are booked out. The downstairs carpark told a different story. There has been a gradual decline in service over the last 2 years.. Back to Fremantle I go..

Lovely hotel right in Scarborough within walking distance of plenty of restaurants and cafes. Beach right down the road. We had a 3 bed apartment - so much space, 2 bathrooms, 3 toilets and full kitchen. Will definitely stay again!

My husband and our two teenagers stayed here over the NYs break. Great location, quick walk to cafes, restaurants and beautiful beach. Hotel was good, cleaning staff were very attentive and accommodating. The only down side was that the beds were way too hard. By the end of the week, all four of us had sore backs and felt tired due to lack of comfortable sleep.
