Staff lovely on arrival but seemed short staffed in the rest of the hotel and restaurant. Ate dinner at the restaurant and food was served very late and cold (other guests complained).

Sunbed situation was not normal for a 5 star hotel. There are not enough for guests and some are reserved all day without management removing any towels

The staff couldn’t have been more helpful and friendly . The breakfast buffet was amazing with great coffee’s . The location is perfect only a few minutes walk to the beach. The pool is huge if you enjoy doing lengths it’s perfect.

Twin Palms was exceptional - terrific staff attitudes - willing and able. Lovely pool and grounds and architecturally well planned with amazing loft pool villas - huge living dining level with additional full bathroom - large bedroom middle level and a large pool and deck on top . Completely private . Food is very good for lunch and breakfasts are true 5 star . We have stayed at many - this was one if our best finds ! Twin palms’ at Kamala has a great beach restaurant and their catch beach club is wild . Surin is a perfect locationn.

3rd stay and I am coming back

I recently stayed at Twinpalms Phuket and had the absolute best time! From the moment we arrived, I were treated like royalty. The staff were incredibly warm, friendly, and attentive, always greeting us with genuine smiles and making sure every detail of our stay was perfect.

The hotel itself is stunning—beautifully designed, chic yet cozy, surrounded by lush tropical greenery and featuring an amazing pool area. I spent countless relaxing hours lounging by the crystal-clear pool.

My room was spacious, immaculately clean, and beautifully decorated. The bed was incredibly comfortable, and I loved the thoughtful touches like fresh flowers and personalized welcome messages. Waking up each morning to the serene views of the tropical gardens was pure bliss.

A huge thank you to the entire team at Twinpalms Phuket for making my stay unforgettable. If you’re looking for a luxurious, friendly, and genuinely joyful experience this is it.

It was very relaxing atmosphere. Thoroughly enjoyed the stay but unfortunately due to my inability to walk much and area around was hilly I couldn’t get out much unless I used a taxi service. Also, the hotel had a few steps in the entrance which I made me quite wary I might fall when coming up and down them. Apart from that it was an awesome place to stay.

Our honeymoon in Southeast Asia took us to 7 cities across 5 countries, all at 5-star resorts that exceeded our expectations—except for Twimpalms Phuket. This resort barely qualifies as a 3.5-star property. I was misled by the overly positive reviews on Expedia, which seem questionable upon reflection. The only good feature was the pool, however it felt cramped and overshadowed by tall trees, leaving little room for sunlight. The public beach across the street was dirty, though the hotel offers transfers to a more appealing beach club 10 minutes away.
The resort's atmosphere was surprisingly dull, bordering on lifeless. Our room was outdated. There was no door for the toilet, and the weak flush required multiple attempts. The shower lacked a door, resulting in water flooding the bathroom. The bathrobes were so thin they were nearly transparent. While the room had a wide sliding door facing the pool/common area, the glass was see through providing no privacy, forcing us to keep the curtains closed.
Breakfast was a letdown and unsanitary. I witnessed the chef taste food from a soup spoon and reusing it. One morning, we had to share a table with other people, and the quality of food and coffee was poor. We prepaid breakfast for four days but only used two.
Rooms lack an iron and board, requiring us to request them from room service, sometimes waiting an hour. At checkout, I was unexpectedly chased down for a $12 charge for a small fruit plate ordered while waiting for an iron.

They made us pay for dental kit, provided in the restroom, with no tag price on it.The price should be obvious so you’re not surprised at the check out. They showed us a book with the prices for the minibar staff. We asked the front desk to talk to the manager about the shaving kit and dental but the front desk said he is not available and this is our policy. It wasn’t for the total amount that we had to pay but it looks ridiculous for a 5 star resort to charge guests for this elementary things. Staff weren’t friendly at all. They barely could say hi or smile.The internet connection was not good at all. The resort was modern style and the rooms were really nice. Cleaning service was great!

Property and staff is nice. When we showed up we had rented the Penthouse. Soon arrival we discussed the penthouse has 3 step of stairs. Being disabled this was not going to work. Staff was nice and said they will call Expedia and make an adjustment since the room we had to be in with no stairs was half the price. When checking out we discovered the hotel blocked Expedia 3 times from adjusting the price. I asked the manger for help and he got into my face. He asked to fight me. I’m in a wheelchair and never been treated like this.

Location is not great. It’s not on the beach. The pictures of the beach is a club you have to buy bottles for 200 each at.

Great hotel. Beautiful grounds. Comfortable rooms. The pool area is inviting. Big patio with each room. They give fruit platters between 3 and 4 everyday. Great breakfast with many choices of bread. Only downside is that it is not on the beach ant there is no good restaurant within walking distance, except the hotel’s. Also, the A/C can’t be set lower than 20 Celsius.

The property is in a great place near the beach within walking distance of the necessities (awesome food and foot massages).

Unfortunately, there were some lapses in the service, which made our stay underwhelming. Housekeeping never wiped down counters and, for some reason, had an aversion to leaving toilet paper. On day four of our stay, I had to repeatedly call housekeeping to have a roll brought to our room. After the third call, I went to the front desk to make a request. As we reached crisis mode, I had to go to the fitness center to pinch a roll from their supply. The cleaners also failed to wipe down any of the countertops. Odd. The poolside restaurant was great, but there isn't a poolside drink service, so you'll need to roll off your lounge chair and walk to the bar. Not. huge deal, but if you're used to the Shangri La, it's a different experience. The decking around the pool is wood (what were they thinking), and it's rotting, so if you're in bare feet, getting splinters is next to guaranteed. Overall, a nice place that saw its best years a decade ago. 3 - 4 star at best.

The staff is so lovely here. The checkin process is very thorough and the app is super helpful for room service and scheduling housekeeping. Breakfast is varied and delicious. The pool area is wonderful for lounging but dated with tiles loose in the pool, boards rotting on the deck and sand in the pool.

Twinpalms was a beautiful resort. The staff was friendly which was very appreciated after 17 hours of traveling. The breakfast is amazing and we had an early 7am excursion one day where we would miss the breakfast buffet (it opens at 7am) and the staff made us a breakfast box by 6:30am. It was very thoughtful. The rooms were nice and clean. The pool was nice. I am a VIP member with Expedia and I didnt get a room upgrade because they werent available, that would be my only complaint. I would stay here again.

After a horrible experience with Expedia customer service, I was so happy to have gotten the chance to stay at Twin Palms Resort the staff is so amazing. They are friendly, they are very attentive as well. The manager here is amazing!! We had a roof leak and he moved us rooms and was awesome about it. It was also the rainiest week they had seen so I don’t hold that against them. When I return to Phuket I will be staying at Surin Beach Twin Palms Resort. If you plan on visiting Phuket you should stay there with them you will not regret it!

Twin Palms has a beautiful, elegant Thai architectural design. The pool is beautiful - just a few steps from our rooms, and a wonderful place to spend the afternoon and meet for a drink after a day at the beach. The hotel is across the road from a fine beach - not too hectic, beautiful sunsets, and fun beach food. Our family, ages 73 to 9, loved our rooms, the attentive staff and fantastic breakfast buffet. This property is 250m from the beach. 150B rents you 2 chairs for the day. There are many food vendors during the day. The hotel is also 3 min walk to a FamilyMart convenience store if you head North. If you walk into town (5min) you have a 711 and just past that a grocery store. There are lots of restaurants around town. Hotel grounds are well kept.

This is one of the best resorts I have ever stayed at! My partner and I felt so taken care of from the moment we stepped on the property. Shout out to our personal concierge Ya who took care of us every step of the way. We stayed in a penthouse villa with a private pool and it was just beautiful and felt like home.

The villa was clean, the bed was comfortable, the room service menu was small but everything we ordered was so good.

The nice part of Twinpalms is that the resort has restaurants and beach clubs outside the resort property (that come with a free shuttle service). It was nice to get off the property and visit some of the other locations, but still have the convenience of charging purchases to the room.

Cannot wait to stay here again!

The hotel is vey cosy, quiet and elegant. Rooms big enough and comfortable. The pool is amasing. Staff excellent. I would reccomend it to couoles and enyone who want peacefull holiday. The beach is near and it is beutifull, one can rent a car and visit other parts of island, there is a garage in hotel.

Amazing facilities, amazing resort. There was a beach club, a lounge and a restaurant all within 10 minutes drive (which the hotel provides free transport to on a regular basis) at different beaches! So unique and cool as it allowed us the opportunity to explore beaches around the area that we would have not have seen otherwise. They had a library for picking your pillows, scents and flowers which was an incredible experience

Twin palms is probably the best hotel I have been to in awhile! No exaggeration. If you are looking for a more relaxing and peaceful vacation, you will love it here. If is more family oriented and also conveniently located (walking distance) by a food market, 7-11, spas etc. All od the excursions I decided to do we’re close in proximity via taxi.

All fhe staff are so respectful, helpful, and sweet. Anything I needed they went out of their way to assist and were so fast in response. The pool is wonderful and clean! The breakfast served every morning taste amazing. I am planning on coming back and staying here. Thailand is a beautiful island but this hotel truly embodied the beauty. This will be my new home away from home.
