This was our second visit here. We love the kitchenette since we like to stay in for breakfast. The fold-out sofa is great although we didn’t need it. 7-11 very close by as well as other stores. On-site garage a huge bonus. We loved it!

We stayed at the hotel for just one night. Overall, the stay was okay, but the location was a bit far from main attractions or conveniences. If you’re planning a longer stay, I’d recommend considering renting a scooter. The hotel can provide scooters, which is a helpful option.

3 Star Property at Best

The property does NOT look like it does in the photos. Definitely a catfish, which if you are spending decent money to stay there during high season it's definitely not worth it. Didn't have hot water for 3 nights (they refunded me one night to be fair) and had to move rooms because walls are all banged up, furniture is cheap and chipped, overall the condition is not great. If you're paying $35-$50 per night at this property it's well worth the money as that's what you expect to get at that price point.

Front desk lady was lovely and helpful, the general manager (her boss) was friendly at first then as usual never followed through on anything until me and other guests had to raise our voices to get anything done. 2 other guests left the property early and demanded partial refund just as we did.

The Pool is not as pictured, none of the pool chairs are functional (90% are broken). This is a condo-hotel and the property management team is pretty much absent and so is the owner. Just another poorly run spot but can't blame them specifically, these types of places are all over SE Asia.

The property is close to the beach and great restaurants, so again if you get it for CHEAP, then great. Otherwise this is a major \"skip.\"

The breakfast is good though.

This property could use some attention. The room was disappointing, and not what I would expect for a listing that gives itself four stars. The sheets were dirty and had holes. The sofa had a number of large stains. The edges of the kitchen counters and entertainment center were worn, as though they'd been run into frequently. The water kettle was grimy. The kitchenette stove hood was dusty. The vanity veneer top was held on with tape. The shower head was held up with a zip tie. The lower part of the front door was covered in shoe scuff marks. Someone had left a message in the grime on the glass of the bathroom door. The front door lock was finicky and hard to get open. There were food splotches in the fridge. No single thing was particularly awful or egregious, but taken together they left a suboptimal impression. Some greater care in cleaning would have done a lot to improve the experience.

What this property does have going for it, though, is the location. During my stay on Phuket, I visited Bang Tao, Surin, Kamala, Kalim, Patong, and Karon beaches, and Surim was my favorite. The hotel is close enough to walk to the beach, but far enough to be away from the hubbub. It is a quiet location, with sufficient if not abundant options for local food.

The infinity pool on the roof was pretty, but small. The fitness center did look nice, but I didn't use it.

A clean, efficient, comfortable serviced modern accommodation. Convenient if you want practical and affordable for short stays. Has microwave, a stove top and fridge. Parking and good roof top gym and pool; although, the few loungers fill up in busy season. Good location, with 10-15 min walk to beach and eateries.

Ordinary, but great pool!

I was a bit disappointed, not to the point of dismay, but the room was, let's say, ordinary. I understand that I got a supposed \"75%\" discount but my expectations were for a pre-discount quality room. This room was not that. It was clean enough, service was good, but it just underwhelmed. Having said that, the rooftop pool is amazing! It is very big for the size of hotel, I'll give it that much!

6th avenue was one of the places we stayed during our 3 week vacation. The pool was amazing and had great views, there was nice facilities in the rooms making it easy to prepare meals. The air conditioner worked well during the day but seemed not to work well at night ? Not sure about that one lol. The power did go out twice on us while we were there but came back on shortly after. It was easy to walk to grocery stores, restaurants and the beach! Ample covered parking which is nice as well. Would recommend !

My stay here was bad from the start! Admittedly it may have been ebookers who helped with the confusion but the hotel couldnt find my booking to start with. I was kept waiting for what seemed like ages in this heat. I was then put in a sun standard room. When i discovered this was to be my room i complained as the biggest problem was there was no security...the balcony doors were broken and would not lock. I was kept waiting again until i was told i was being upgraded. Turns out it was no upgrade and the same issue happened. I mentioned it again only but all i got was agreement and a smile. I asked if they would do anything and was told no.
I then noticed the shower was broken. The furniture was falling apart and dirty. The tiled floor would bounce and move when walked upon.
The hotel is not as nice as it looks. Its a hot walk to get to the main road and then very little to do.
I would never stay here again! Nor would i recommend to anyone!

Even one star is too much.
Couldn’t have a worst experience in a so called hotel!
The rooms come with a kitchenette, but everything in it is either not working or dirty and not clean. You can see the bathroom cabinets in the picture!
The AC doesn’t work, the electricity was cutting every 5 seconds.
Couldn’t stay there at all!!!

The sound of the working men and whatever they were doing to the roof of the corridors was unbearable 😤
Got out as soon as we could.

Not worth the money at all!!! You can get a VERY MUCH BETTER hotel withe same price.

Don’t waist a penny there.

We love the pool but there is no shade. It is rooftop pool with little room for so many people..It is fairly close to one of the best beaches in Thailand being bang Tao. The staff were friendly and very helpful unfortunately the building is set with cheaply designed fixtures and fittings.. The units have poor power point placement and loose floor tiles everywhere in hallways for such a newly built building..breakfast was very good and the staff very good..

6th Avenue is short 10-15 minutes walk from the nearby beaches, so it has a great location. The Condominium offers the basics what most visitors need, but it seems like it is not properly maintained, so our stay was a bit disappointing.

The good:
- Walking distance from the convenience stores (Tesco, 7-Eleven) and the beaches
- Infinity pool on the rooftop offers quite the view (probably the only thing I really liked)
- Staff were quite nice

The bad:
- No mosquito nets in the rooms and the area is flooded with mosquitoes (late April)
- AC irritated our noses (2 different studios), so probably the AC filters need an immediate replacement
- Studios are quite small, it was even difficult to find a spot to unpack my carry-on luggage
- The place needs a massive refurbishment, furniture shows wear and tear

The good:

1) Friendly staff

4) Quiet area
5) Amazing Thai restaurant (best in Surin Beach) a few meters away (Bhorn Por Mae)

The not so good

1) Shuttle service booking system. Booked our seats on the shuttle yet when we arrived the shuttle list had two names but the shuttle was jam packed with guests which left us stranded even though our names were first on the list. Next day the shuttle service was stopped at 4pm with no expl or backup.
2) Happy hour at the pool was mostly unattended by staff leaving guests dry mouthed in the pool
3) If you are not in a position to pay for your drinks at the pool, this cannot be added to your room bill and they will hunt you down to pay it before the bar closes
4) Bathroom basin plug got stuck so we struggled to shave or do anything in the basin
5) No cleaning of kitchenware is done by staff. We couldn't clean either as there was no dishwasing soap
6) Location is not great as it is next to a construction site housing settlement of sorts
7) No clothes horse on balcony to hang wet towels or swimwear to dry
8) Breakfast was very basic
9) No smoking divide at rooftop pool which meant non-smokers had to sunbathe in between smokers. Perhaps a smoking section could be demarcated
10) Poor wifi reception (in our room) and TV reception

6th Ave was our 2nd hotel stay in Phuket. The rooms are spacious and well-equipped. The view from the pool deck is amazing. The staff is accommodating and helpful. The property attracts a wide gamut of nationalities. I would stay again. That said, be aware that it is a distance to the beach. The shittle runs once per hour. Breakfast is limited, but you do have a stocked kitchen and fridge. Also, taxi rates change at night! The shuttle stops running around 7pm. Unless you arrange transport, ypu are at the mercy of the hotel and taxis. Getting back to Surin beach at night may be costly. I arranged a taxi pickup that Inwas tipd would run 500tbh that normally would be 300tbh. The clerk took payment instead of the driver. I later witnessed the clerk give a lesser amount to the taxi. Just be aware that transport prices change at night.

Nice hotel with lovely roof top pool. A few pool umbrellas would be welcome though as it gets quite hot and with no shade it’s not feasible to enjoy the pool area which is a real shame. Breakfast area was on a beautiful rooftop garden had nice variety and eggs were cooked to order every morning. Bed very comfortable. WiFi very slow. Air conditioning very good.

Own transport is needed to scour the surrounding areas, but ideally, leave the noise behind and enjoy the serenity

Close proximity to the beach meant you're very well tempted to have 1 of the more Prestinct beaches around in Surin beach. Couple of restaurants around as well but key is own transport.

Fab hotel. Rooms: just enough space, super clean, although air conditioning is really weak and the bedroom area is hot at night. Bathroom nice. Staff: really pleasant and helpful. Especially room service and pool bar. Pool: GORGEOUS. The views are amazing! And very clean. Restaurant: nice menu but the portions are child sizes (plates need changing maybe!). Reception Staff was very overwhelming! They provide good amenities for guest. The free shuttle to the beach was a good approach! View from the top was really amazing. Food wise, the property was more biase to non-muslim as there were limited food option for muslim. Water tap in room kitchen wasn't working. Cooking utensills were placed separately and hard to find. Request for queen bed but got two single bed combined.

It's located between 2 beaches, although it's 10 mins walk to each through very curly and confusing roads. It's all good there, it has more a feel of apartment with kitchen than hotel room. I would give a better score if my room wasn't on the base floor facing hotel entrance and people smoking in front of it - so technically speaking I had curtains covering my window through entire stay. Other higher floors come with balcony.. So I probably wouldn't buy it again on Expedia as worst rooms are given.

This property is actually not a hotel at all. It was obviously built as a condo tower. The reception area is about 4’ x 6’ and the reception desk is about 4 feet long and full of clutter. The suppose it luggage storage area is a staircase accessible to everyone. The apartment itself is a ridiculously out and makes absolutely no sense. I would not recommend this property, surely there somewhere better to stay than this. We spent three nights here I would never go back.

We rented as advertised 1 bedroom suite, 4 star hotel near Surin Beach Phuket but to our surprise this Place was not near Surin Beach but in between somewhere remote from the main roads or beach, you have to walk at least 10 mins to get to main road and beach was also 15 minutes away. The good part was they had a shuttle to beach which runs every hour.
When we saw the 1 bedroom suite we were surprised. A standard size Room was divided in two small rooms to make it a suite. Bedroom had no space and there was a small room with sofa and tv. It would have been bigger room without partition. Sofa was not clean and the towels we got were so old and over used that they had holes and were torn from side.
There was a small balcony with AC Compressors, a view of junkyard and some construction sites. We asked them to change our room to better view and space. Reception said their hotel doesn’t have a good view.
Breakfast was on the rooftop with very limited selection and the presentation and service was bad. We asked for a cup of tea at our table which never arrived and we had to get it ourself when the waiters were just standing there. Next day we were not even bothered to have breakfast.
This property was not a hotel but it was a condo and we seriously don’t think it’s 4 star property 2 stars would have been more appropriate.
We were disappointed because we paid for what was advertised but at the end we overpaid.

Beautiful, clean modern hotel. The pool and gym were great with amazing views. Big bed which was super comfortable. The hotel is slightly hidden away but only a short walk to lovely restaurants and beautiful beaches. We really enjoyed our stay and we highly recommend.

The rooftop pool was amazing at sunrise with the ocean on one side and the hills surrounding. A little sad part of the deck was under construction. Sure it will be finished when you go. The neighborhood is sketchy but you are in Thailand. Very nice place. It is off the beach but the view from the room and rooftop were great.

At this time of year, great value for money. Very good gym and roof top pool. Food relatively cheap at restaurant/bar. Rooms clean and functional. Staff helpful. Location wise, if hire motor bike (or use free shuttle), location is near Bang Tao beach which is swimmable at this time of year (unlike many others). Will definitely stay again during low season given cost of room versus what it offers.

A MUST BOOK!!!

From the lobby to the 5th floor, It was an amazing experience. The building is new and also smells new, the staffs are amazing and welcoming. The A/C was great, bedroom was spacious, sheets were clean, food was delicious, etc. It is a one bedroom apartment really, you have your room, living room and your washroom of course. The best part is the pool on the 8th floor! Such a beautiful view. It is by far the best hotel i have stayed in. It is 7min walk to the main road.

Overall stay is worth the money, swimming pool have nice view, location is far from patong, only good for travellers who want to just stay in hotel and don't mind going to surin beach and bangtao beach.Shuttle service need to reserve 30mins in advance and was out of service and we were not notified via phone call or email. Hence, walking from bangtao beach and back to hotel. Staff did compensate us with food voucher. Overall stay is still ok

This is a really nice hotel but a terrible location. I booked it because I thought a taxi from the airport would be cheaper than going to Patong but it wasn’t. The hotel is basically in the middle of a construction site and all the food/grocery stores are at least a 5-10minute walk. The hotel runs a shuttle to the beach (free) which is nice because the beach is a little far. Air con was very mediocre and the shower didn’t really drain. The hotel is nice, pool is amazing but location is not good.

Clean and comfortable

We only stayed one night here before going to Patong. This place gets full points on everything, except for the location. It's quite difficult to get to if you dont' have a car, and a bit of a trek from the nearest beach. The staff were excellent too. We would definitely come back here again!

Spacious room, clean and comfortable. Suitable for families. Breakfast buffet offers enough choices to satisfy. Pool on roof has nice view. Hotel restaurant food is good. Adjacent neighborhood offers nothing much to do or buy but the hotel has a beach shuttle. Most activities in Phuket you will book a driver to pick you up at the hotel anyway. Just bring your own snacks or pick up some while you’re out.

It's a condominium, not a hotel.

Well built, poorly maintained condominium situated far away from beaches and main road. Most of the staffs are not friendly. I checked in around 7:10pm and after dropping my luggage, took a quick bath and went to pool. It was 7:50 pm then and I was told to leave after 10 mins, stating that pool closes by 8:00pm. Well, if that's the rule, I'm glad to obey that. I returned to room immediately. Next day I noticed two english couple laying over floaters and drinking alcohol, time was around 9:30 pm. I quickly approached the security person there and asked how come they are still in pool, that too consuming alcohol as if they are rented their private pool. He dont have any answers for that.

RULES SHOULD BE EQUAL TO ALL..!

One side of the property is a construction ground, too noisy and dusty. Other side is a big workshop, even if you get a high view room, nothing is there to see ;)

Kitchenette is is very small and practically no cooking vessels are provided. There was a small fry pan an a saucepan. But both were not in a good condition to use. No cleaning materials provide though. Eventually i had to buy dishwasher liquid and scrub to wash. Not much worth to spend that money for a service apartment kind of thing, rather I would prefer to rent a hotel whom can offer better service.

Great hotel fantastic value for money

The room was a studio flat with everything we needed. Lovely large bed, fully functioning kitchen and seperate tv and couch area. Immaculately clean room and hotel. The pool was spotless with good views and the food and service was very nice too. The hotel is certainly worth it's 4 stars. It is around a 10/15 minute walk to the beach but there is a free shuttle bus so that was no problem. The surrounding area is not very touristy and there is quite a lot of building work going on around the hotel but i could not hear the building work at all through the windows and we were only on the third floor. Great value for money

The staff was very friendly and willing to help, they have like a little taxi (tutu) that take you to the beaches. You just have to sign up for it.

The food is kind of limited but good. I just wish they could offer more time for the pool, pool closes at 8:00.

Very nice hotel between two beaches

Excellent hotel, amazing quality for the price. Hotel has stunning roof pool with amazing view. It is situated few minutes from Surin and Bangtao beach - not very far on foot but you can use shuttle bus for free. Breakfast is same every day but there is always smtg to choose from plus they will make the eggs for you on request. I would definitelly go back - very nice quiet area, facilities were modern and clean, staff was nice - just smile they will smile back. They deserve 5 star review from us. Just AMAZING.

Excellent all round!

only here for one night before early flight, we were out most of the day and it was amazing to come back to such a comfortable hotel, we were also offered a free upgrade which was fantastic. Comfy beds, two pillows, everything you could need. Only issue is there is a lot of work going on in surrounding area which doesn’t make the views from room that great, rooftop pool and infinity pool make up for it! Had some nice food and drinks also!

Nice hotel with good service and amenities. All very new. Id stay again as it was a great value and no big iproblems. A few issues to be aware of- 1) construction nearby with guard dogs ruins the views and local area while being loud at night from barking. 2) hot water does not exist, get used to cold showers as they use an in room water heater module that gets it to Luke warm. 3) prepare to walk at least a half mile to civilization unless you want to get fleeced by scam taxis. They have a shuttle but its somehow always full or never around. Also,

Nice hotel with a great pool

Modern apartment style hotel with basic kitchen facilities. Comprises a mix of one and two bedroom apartments with separate living areas. Most have balconies. As mentioned previously it is in an area where construction is occurring but this was not an issue for us. One issue is the fact that you can’t charge meals or drinks had in the rooftop restaurant to your to your room. This can be frustrating especially if you want to make the most of the swim up bar.

Overall thoughts:

1 The beds are really comfortable
2 kitchen utensils are limited
3 there is a garbage room on each level which causes smells in the hallways
4 the pool is sensational
5 tiled hallways means that excessive noise can be heard at times

Very satisfied

Lovely modern top notch rooms, with everything you need even microwave and utensils etc. Very clean and comfy beds. My boyfriend was impressed with big TV and sofa bed.
Quiet and nice pool.
We stayed an extra night we were that satisfied..
Once find route to Bang Thao beach it's OK about 10mins down side street but did take a few attempts to find. However, hotel has free shuttle so worth using. Pick up and drop off..
Nice beach.
Overall very happy. Staff very welcoming and helpful when had problem with one booking we'd made online (been cancelled). They offered to match price.
